(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Hubei Province) On the evening of September 14, 2009, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) personnel from the Caishan Town Government and police station, under direction of the Huangmei National Security Division, followed and arrested Mr. Guo Yanbing. This was the sixth arrest of Guo Yanbing.
For the past several years, Guo Yanbing has been arrested on multiple occasions by CCP personnel. At around 8:30 p.m. on September 14, Caishan Town Government officials and police officers surrounded Guo Yanbing's home. Officials were concerned that local citizens were aware of the crimes that the CCP perpetuates on kind people, so they did not use the front door; instead, they climbed over the fence and broke into Mr. Guo's home through the back door. They arrested Guo Yanbing while he was chatting with his family and friends.
Five large men carried Guo Yanbing to a hidden police patrol car. When he was arrested, Guo Yanbing shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good." The neighborhood villagers were disturbed by the police officers' violence. The crowd of spectators complained that the CCP was persecuting good people. The CCP personnel ignored them, and continued dragging Mr. Guo to the patrol car. The villagers shouted names at the police officers, including "rascals", "bandits" and "pirates". The officers were embarrassed of their actions, and left quickly.
At around 9 p.m. on the same day, more than ten officers returned to Guo Yanbing's home in three vehicles. At the time, only Mr. Guo's 13-year-old son was at home. The police officers broke into the house through the back door. The noise of breaking the door along with the boy's crying bothered the villagers again. Even peaceful villagers stood up and denounced the officers' evil deeds. The villagers questioned them, "Practicing Falun Gong breaks which law? Why don't you even spare a child?" "The people who practice Falun Gong are the best." "Why don't you catch criminals, instead of arresting the good people who practice Falun Gong?" The police officers were upset about the villagers' questions, and wanted to identify those who asked the questions, but were stopped by the villagers. Then, they broke into the house through the second floor and went into Mr. Guo's brother's room. They confiscated a DVD player, an audio speaker, two MP4 players, ID, the household registration book and a marriage certificate. The officers left the the house in shambles.
Around noon on September 15, the same group of policemen and government officers came to Guo Yanbing's home intending to search the house again. Mr. Guo's wife (a practitioner) was at home and restrained them from their evil deeds, and asked about her husband. The officers were unable to provide any evidence to justify a search of the house, yet confiscated two satellite receivers and threatened to penalize the family heavily if they found any documents.
At about 9 a.m. on September 16, Guo Yanbing's mother and sister went to the Caishan Police Station to determine Guo's whereabouts, and told officials that they wanted to bring Mr. Guo some clothes. The deputy director slapped Mr. Guo's mother on the left side of her face, which made her dizzy; she could not even stand. The lady told those present about her son practicing Falun Gong, and the reason they came to the police station. She also asked why the director violated the law when confronting them, and why he hit an elderly woman. The director replied without hesitation, that the CCP is unreasonable, then forced them to leave the station.
At 6 p.m. on the same day, five policemen came to Mr. Guo's home and told Guo's wife, Fei Yueying, to go to the police station to retrieve all the confiscated materials. Fei Yueying delegated this request to a relative, but when the policemen saw that it was not Fei Yueying, they refused to return the materials. It was determined that the officials planned to use this method to trap Fei Yueying, because they knew that going to her home to arrest her would incite the anger of the local residents. Now, Fei Yueying is forced to stay away from home, and her family is divided by the CCP.
Mr. Guo was previously arrested and taken to the Shayang Forced Labor Camp twice, and sentenced to three years of forced labor.
