1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Li Dan Sentenced to Seven and a Half Years
Ms. Li Dan, 38, was a nurse at the Yuanbaoshan District Hospital in Chifeng City. In August 2001, she was illegally arrested and detained at the Kalaqinqi Detention Center. In the summer of 2002, she was forced to leave home due to the persecution. The police added her name to the nationwide "wanted" list and offered a reward to anyone willing to report her whereabouts. In 2003, she was arrested and sentenced. She was later released from the brainwashing center and became homeless once again.
In June 2009, Ms. Li was arrested by the Yuanbaoshan police in her hometown after being reported. On August 25, she was secretly sentenced to seven and a half years by the Yuanbaoshan District 610 Office and the Chifeng City authorities. She is being detained at the Pingzhuang Detention Center in Yuanbaoshan.

Mr. Wei Zhen was arrested on October 16, 2009, and taken to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in Wuhan.

At 8:00 p.m. on October 20, 2009, a group of police officers from the Beimeng Township and the Changti City 610 Office went to Quqi Village, Beimeng Township. They climbed a wall, broke into Mr. Qu's home, and arrested him.

4. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Chengrong Arrested and Injured by Police
Ms. Wang Chengrong, 60, from Zhucheng City was arrested by officers from the Wadian Township Police Station on October 20, 2009, while she was clarifying the truth at a local market in Wadian Township. The policemen covered her head and brutally beat her, causing severe injuries to her arm. Afterward, they locked her inside an iron cage. As a result of these injuries, Ms. Wang is currently in People's Hospital in Zhucheng.
5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhou Xikun and Ms. Yu Fang Arrested
Mr. Zhou Xikun and Ms. Yu Fang from Wuhan City were arrested by officers from the Huashan Police Station on October 17, 2009, while they were explaining the facts about Falun Gong in Donggang, Huashan. On October 18, Mr. Zhou was sent to the Hongshan Detention Center, and Ms. Yu was taken to the Dongxihu Women's Detention Center. On October 20, police ransacked their homes, taking books and some cash.

At 11 a.m. on October 21, 2009, Ms. Huang Juan, 40, from Shapingba, Chongqing City, was visiting another practitioner, Ms. Yang Cailv, 80. A dozen officers went to Ms. Yang's house and took both women to the Tongjiaqiao Police Station. The police also confiscated Falun Dafa books and a computer from the house. Three hours later, Ms. Yang was released. However, Ms. Huang's condition and location are unknown.

Ms. Huang Shunwei has been detained for three months at the Hejiang County Detention Center. She was arrested while she was explaining the facts about Falun Gong in Erli Township, Hejiang. County.

8. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Yongqing Taken to Forced Labor Camp
On September 21, 2009, Mr. Zhang Yongqing, retired from the Nanpu Developing District Alkaline Factory in Tangshan, was arrested in his home. He was taken to the Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan. His family members were not allowed to visit him, even as Mr. Zhang's blood pressure reached over 200.

Mr. Zeng Zhiyuan was taken to the Guangxi No. 1 Forced Labor Camp. On October 19, his family members visited him and found out that Mr. Zeng had been on a hunger strike for 15 days and had developed severe health problems.

On October 19, 2009, Mr. Zhai Zhibin, detained at Daqing Hongweixing Prison, was put into a "small cell" because he refused to do hard labor.

11. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] The Home of Mr. Zeng Qingqi and Ms. Wang Zizhen Ransacked
At 8 a.m. on September 24, 2009, several officers from the Fengman District Police Station and the Hongqi Police Station broke into and ransacked the home of Mr. Zeng Qingqi and Ms. Wang Zizhen, the parents of a practitioner, Ms. Zeng Fanying. Mr. Zeng and Ms. Wang were not at home at the time.
Next, the police went to their son's, Zeng Fanbin's, school and took him to the Hongqi Police Station for the whole morning.

Ms. Guo Hongyan, 40, from Shenyang City was arrested at home by officers from the Shenhe Police Station in Shenyang City on September 13, 2009. She is being detained at the Shenyang City No. 1 Detention Center. Since September 19, she has been on a hunger strike to protest illegal detention.

Ms. Liu Aihua, 60, from Lingshui Township, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, was arrested in Beijing on October 6, 2009. Officers from the Lingshui Police Station, Dalian City, ransacked her home and took many personal belongings, including a computer and a printer. Ms. Liu's current condition is unknown.

18. [Cangshan County, Shandong Province] Additional Information on Mr. Meng Fei's Case
Mr. Meng Fei from Cangshan County was arrested in early September 2009, and taken to the 8th team in Shandong No. 2 Forced Labor Camp. He went on a hunger strike to protest his illegal imprisonment. He was severely beaten and tortured because he refused to give up Falun Dafa. He was covered with bruises. He became so weak that he could not eat or speak and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The doctors put him on life support. After more than 10 days in the hospital, his condition did not improve. The labor camp officials did not want to take responsibility for him, so they told Mr. Meng's family to take him home.

Mr. Yang Heping from Wuliying, Changli County, was sentenced to three years in prison on September 9, 2009. He has been detained at Tangshan Jidong Prison. When his family members went to visit him there, the prison guards refused to let them to see Mr. Yang.

Mr. Zhang Xi and Ms. Liu Lizhi were each sentenced to 15 months of forced labor on October 15, 2009.

Ms. Hu Xia from Yangma Township, Chongzhou City, was arrested on September 29, 2009. She is currently detained at the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.

On October 20, 2009, Ms. Tan (known as Auntie Tan) was arrested by the police from Daishi Township. The police also ransacked her home. She is currently being detained in Guangan.

24. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Shi Wenzhuo and Four Other Practitioners Tortured at Jilin Prison
Five practitioners who are detained at the Jilin Prison, including Mr. Shi Wenzhuo and Mr. Zhu Dexiang in the Third Supervising District, and Mr. Liu Yu in the Fifth Supervising District, were taken to the "strict control cell," because they refused to be brainwashed, and put on prisoners' uniforms. They were brutally tortured. Mr. Liu Yu suffered a head injury. Another practitioner's face was injured so badly that he had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. All five of the practitioners were forced to wear shackles.

Mr. Lv Weihong, 60, a resident of Qixianzhuang who worked at Jinan University, was arrested by the security officers around October 13, 2009, while he was clarifying the facts about Falun Gong. He is being held at the Jinan Detention Center.

Ms. Zhu Ling, 30, from Xiguan Second Village, Zichuan District, Zibo City, was arrested at her home by officers from the Zichuan District Public Security Office and the Xiguan Police Station on October 20, 2009. She was taken to the Zibo City Detention Center.

Ms. Mei Ting, Ms. Zhang Ping, Ms. Tao Puzhu, and Ms. Gao are detained in a hostel in Anhui University. When Ms. Mei went on a hunger strike to protest her illegal detention, she was savagely force-fed through a tube.
28. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Shurong Arrested
In the afternoon of October 14, 2009, officer from the Zhonggong Police Station went to Mr. Wang Shurong's home and arrested him after seeing truth clarification materials in his home. Mr. Wang is currently detained at the Liuchangshan Brainwashing Center.
29. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Zhigao and Mr. Shi Baosheng Beaten by Guard Yang Youlong in Daqing Prison
On September 25, 2009, in Daqing Prison, Mr. Liu Zhigao could not answer when his name was called due to a severe toothache. Prison guard Yang Longyou proceeded to brutally beat him and Mr. Shi Baosheng. The two practitioners were bleeding and lost consciousness. Yang sprayed cold water on their faces until they came to, and then continued to beat them.
