(Clearwisdom.net) On September 6, Falun Gong practitioners hung up banners and display boards and erected a petition table on the main shopping street in Zurich, Bahnhofstrasse. Despite the noise, many passersby paused when they saw the practitioners demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises, and read the posters exposing the persecution of Falun Gong. There were also some who were doubtful and could not understand the photos and who then came to talk to the practitioners.
The behavior of the CCP is a reflection of its fear
Ms. Oberrecht took a leaflet, put it into her bag, and then told a practitioner that she had been to China twice. She went to Beijing and Kunming and said she liked China very much. She is particularly fond of China's culture and ancient history. When she was traveling to Hong Kong some time ago, she sought out a cultural museum in order to learn more about China's culture.
She knew the situation regarding the persecution of Falun Gong. She said, "In China nowadays, it's impossible to seek justice. China today frightens me." The practitioner replied, "Actually, there is nothing that we should be afraid of. It is CCP that should be extremely worried, since the people who do bad things should always be afraid that their crimes will be revealed." Ms. Oberrencht paused, somewhat surprised and then said, "Yes, it's the CCP that is worried. Its behavior shows that it is extremely worried. Or else why did it want to carry out the persecution?"
When she learned that there was a petition she could sign to stop the CCP harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs, Ms. Oberrecht added her name immediately. As she looked at the different Chinese materials and VCDs on the table, she said with regret how wonderful it would be if she could read them. Ms. Wang gave her a copy of the Nine Commentaries in German and told her that the book systematically exposed the CCP's tactics and that, since the Nine Commentaries was published, more than 40 million people have quit the CCP and/or its youth organizations. Ms. Oberrent was first shocked and then said, "I see there's hope."
Many people raised questions about Falun Gong. After listening to the practitioners' explanation of Falun Gong and why Falun Gong was being persecuted by the CCP, one of them, Ms. Doloris, asked, "Is there a book? Where could we learn Falun Gong?" When the practitioner went to look for a Falun Gong book, Ms. Doloris signed the petition appealing for an end to the CCP violence.
Ms. Doloris was quite disappointed that she couldn't get a copy of Zhuan Falun. She kept asking how she could get one. In the end, she was given a piece of paper with the address of the exercise site and the times. When she left she said that she wanted to learn the exercises and would look for the Falun Gong books.
A young girl distributing promotional gifts was looking at the photos and stopped distributing in surprise when she passed the display. The practitioner told her that they were exposing the CCP persecution of Falun Gong and that CCP does not allow people to have their own beliefs.
The girl kept nodding. When she heard about the CCP harvesting living Falun Gong practitioners' organs, she trembled. She said that she supports human rights, so she thought it was important to let more people know all this. The practitioner gave her a copy of the Nine Commentaries and told her the book could help her understand the CCP better and understand why the CCP is persecuting Falun Gong and other people that want to hold onto their own beliefs. She was very glad to accept the book and said, "You've done very well. Thank you."
An elderly lady told the practitioners, "I just want to tell you that you've done very well. I wish you success."
Another elderly lady kept asking, "Why?" when she saw the tragic photos of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong. When the practitioner tried to explain to her, she pointed at her ear and said that she was deaf. When she read that the petition was a bid to stop the CCP from harvesting living Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profits, she nodded her approval and signed her name.
When it came time for practitioners to leave, there were still a lot of people standing in front of the display boards. Ms. Pahlke said that she came from a former communist county, Poland, and she knew all too well about the bloody communist regime. She felt very lucky that communism was over in her homeland. She signed her name to express her support for Falun Gong practitioners and said she would let others know about all this.
