Atlantic City: Audience Is Amazed by the Skill and Moved by the Spirit of the Divine Performing Arts (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Divine Performing Arts successfully concluded the Holiday Wonders performances at Caesars Circus Maximus Theater in Atlantic City, New Jersey on December 30, 2007.


The audience continuously applauds the outstanding performance


Mandira Mehra, a university student said, "I loved the performance. It is one of a kind"


Nick Geeza, a young man from Maryland said, "I'm amazed that they could stand in one posture for such a long time."


Veary Kin from Cambodia attended the show with her daughter. She said, "I liked the 'Mongolian Bowl Dance' very much. It reminds me of my childhood."


Hector Diaz saw Chinese classical dance for the first time and said, "I wanted to dance with them."


Shi Zhiwei, a Chinese staff worker at Bally's recreation center in Atlantic City, attended the show and said that he gained a deeper understanding of the persecution of Falun Gong. He was touched. He also said that the performance showcased the essence of Chinese culture and Chinese people's spirit.


Lin Yan (right), a Chinese audience member said that the show was really wonderful and beautiful. She wished the show could be presented in Atlantic City every day, so that more overseas Chinese there could see the genuine culture of their own nation.


Du Rongguang (third from the left) who works at US Air said that he felt peaceful after watching the program. He commented that the performance was very pure, and loyal to authentic traditional Chinese culture.


An Indian family from Atlantic City, the Chopra's, said that they found a trace of Indian style in the dances. Sarekha (first from the right) described the performance as "beautiful and enchanting." Arpit Shah (third from the right) said that the costumes were colorful and splendid.

The performance is uplifting to the soul

After attending the performance presented by Divine Performing Arts, Mandira Mehra, who is studying at a university in Washington DC commented, "It is a very inspiring show. It really makes you believe in perfection."

Ms. Mehra said that she had traveled to many places around the world, but this performance was one of a kind. "Of course, everyone can say it's beautiful, beautiful dancers, and costumes, but also, it had a lot of heart, a lot of soul, and a lot of good messages. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age. I wish all of the performers a Happy New Year."

Nick Geeza from Maryland repeatedly exclaimed, "Wonderful, wonderful, really wonderful!" He said the performance was really fantastic, and was amazed the they could stand in one posture for such a long time.

When talking about the dance "The Power of Awareness," Nick commended those who stand up to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. He said, "What they did is absolutely right, no other way is better than this. I hope the Communist Party collapses and goodness prevails in China."

Hector Diaz watched Chinese classical dance for the first time and was very impressed. He said, "The dance looked so dainty and light and seemed to be quite easy." But he realizes that the more something looks to be easy, the more difficult it actually is. While watching the program, he wished he could dance along with the performers.
