(Clearwisdom.net) Wang Jianzhi was the deputy head of Laixi City Police Department. After taking charge as head of the 610 Office in 2005, he persecuted many Falun Gong practitioners. In 2005, the number of Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally sentenced to prisons or labor camps hit a record in Laixi City.

The following is a partial list of Laixi City Falun Gong practitioners whom Wang Jianzhi sentenced to prisons and labor camps:

1. Ms. Li Zuoqing was from Zhenxili Village, Liquan Township. She was arrested on April 16, 2005 and sentenced to three years of forced labor. She is presently imprisoned in the Wangcun Detention Center in Zibo City.
2. Ms. Liu Junling was from Niuxibu Township. She was arrested on May 11, 2005 and sentenced to one year of forced labor.
3. Ms. Li Xiuxiang was from Lijiazhuang Village in Ruanshang Township. She was arrested on May 12, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor. She is currently held at the Wangcun Detention Center in Zibo City.
4. Ms. Li Cairong was from Li Jiazhuang Village in Ruanshang Township. She was arrested on May 12, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
5. Ms. Zhang Guiqin was from Er Village in Sunshou Township. She was arrested on May 12, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
6. Ms. Zhang Meiyu was an employee of the Lida Group. She was arrested on June 27, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor. She is currently locked up at the Wangcun Detention Center in Zibo City.
7. Ms. Li Xiumei was from Qugezhuang Village in Xiagezhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
8. Ms. Liu Yulian was from Qugezhuang Village in Xiagezhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
9. Ms. Zhang Shumei was from Qugezhuang Village in Xiagezhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
10. Ms. Wang Shuhua was from Qugezhuang Village in Xiagezhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
11. Ms. Zhang Weixing was from Shuangshan Village in Xiagezhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
12. Ms. Zhang Guihua was from Dongzuizi Village in Rizhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
13. Ms. Liu Chun was from Dongzuizi Village in Rizhuang Township. She was arrested on July 11, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor. She was also fined 10,000 yuan.
14. Mr. Sun Zhongbao was the postmaster at the Laixi Post Office. He was arrested on August 25, 2005 and did forced labor in the Seventh Team at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City.
15. Ms. Jiang Shuxiang was from Hetoudian Township. She was arrested on November 8, 2005 and sentenced to four years in prison.
16. Ms. Li Fayun was from Hetoudian Township. She was arrested on November 8, 2005 and sentenced to seven years in prison.
17. Ms. Zhan Shuxue was from Yuanli Village in Rizhuang Township. She was arrested on December 8, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
18. Ms. Wang Chunyan was from Yuanli Village in Rizhuang Township. She was arrested on December 8, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
19. Mr. Wang Jingtong was from Yuanli Village in Rizhuang Township of Laixi City. He was arrested on December 17, 2005 and sentenced to forced labor.
20. Mr. Zhao Xifa was from Choujiazhuang Village in Wubei Township. He was arrested on February 17, 2006 and sentenced to seven years in prison. He is currently incarcerated in the Jinan Prison.
21. Ms. Sun Shuping was from Malianzhuang Township and arrested on May 22, 2006. She was sentenced to four years in prison and is currently incarcerated in the Shandong Province Jinan Women's Prison.
22. Ms. Guo Huaying was from Er Village in Shuiji Township. She was arrested on May 25, 2006 and sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
23. Ms. Chen Yuxiang was from Shuiji Township. She was arrested on July 5, 2006 and sentenced to five years in prison. She is currently incarcerated at Jinan Women's Prison in Shandong Province.
24. Mr. Li Delong was an employee of the Industry and Commerce Bureau. He was arrested on August 30, 2006 and sentenced to one year of forced labor, to be served outside the prison.
25. Ms. Pan Guilan was from the Shagezhuang Village in the New Development District. She was arrested on September 3, 2006 and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She is locked up at the Wangcun Detention Center in Zibo City.
26. Mr. Zhang Naifu was from Daimu Village in Rige Township. He was arrested on September 8, 2006 and sentenced to prison.
27. Mr. Li Guoen was a doctor at the City Hospital. He was arrested on October 10, 2006 and sentenced to four years in prison.
28. Ms. Li Qin was from Rizhuangdong Village in Rizhuang Township. She was arrested on January 30, 2007 and had been detained for half a year. She is facing sentencing.

Wang Jianzhi persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in extremely vicious ways. He has worked to put them into prisons or forced labor camps.

On July 11, 2005, five practitioners (Li Xiumei, Wang Shuhua, Liu Yulian, Zhang Shumei, Zhang Weixing) gathered at Li Xiumei's home in Xiquge Village, Xiagezhuang Township for a cultivation experience sharing meeting. Xiagezhuang Township police officers intruded and arrested these five practitioners and held them at Laixi City Detention Center. When family members went to visit, they were informed, "Not a big deal. They will be released before July 27, 2005." When family members went to visit again on July 27, 2005, they found all five practitioners had been sentenced to forced labor. The labor camp would not accept those practitioners who failed the physical examination. Normally, under this circumstance, everyone should be released and sent back home. However, under orders from the 610 Office agents who had plotted behind the scenes, the police delivered a large sum of money in cash to bribe the labor camp to accept practitioners who failed the physical examination.
