(Clearwisdom.net) In May 2005, Mr. Zhang Haofu was diagnosed with late stage liver cancer and only had two months left to live. The hospital sent him home after giving him some medicine. His wife, a Dafa practitioner, told him that only Dafa could save him. He took her advice and immediately began to study the Fa and do the exercises.

For many years Mr. Zhang Haofu has been supportive of his wife’s learning Dafa and practicing Dafa’s five sets of exercises. This laid a very good foundation for him to obtain Dafa. As a Dafa practitioner, he devoted his full body and mind and all his time to learning the Fa and doing the exercises. He used to like to watch television. His son had recently bought him a new television with a video player and some videos which he used to love to watch. However, after learning Dafa he gave up this habit. When he was sick in bed he couldn’t even pick up a blade of grass; now he has rosy cheeks and looks like a normal person. Gradually, he became stronger and stronger. In October he could climb hills and pick up hay bales. He said to his wife; "Teacher gave me my second life. I certainly have to tell people of the world that because I practice Falun Dafa, I have gained a second life."

The Wonders of the Falun Dafa Truth-Clarification Protection Symbol

I am a resident of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. In the summer of 2006, a high-pressure cooker exploded in our kitchen. The explosion destroyed the stove and even cut a hole through a hardwood cutting board that was hanging on the wall. However, all the glass windows were fine, although the contents inside a plastic bag hanging on one of the windows was crushed. At the time my husband and I were both in the kitchen. The explosion caused me to lose consciousness, but I felt as if there was a cover overhead shielding me. When I looked around, I saw that the pork rib soup was strewn all over the ceiling and walls. It was everywhere. But, I could not find a single tiny spot of it on me. My husband was covered with pork rib soup, but he did not get hurt.

This miracle happened to me because I believe that Falun Dafa is good. Dafa is so miraculous! Teacher Li saved my life. Now I want to be a practitioner too. In the past, I used to cough a lot at the beginning of each winter. However, now the problem is gone. I used to have a heart problem when climbing to the second floor. I would have to stop and rest two or three times before reaching the second floor. Now, I can climb to the 8th floor without stopping. It’s wonderful, and I feel so lucky.

The Greatness of Dafa Reappearing

I have a stepmother who has believed in the existence of Gods and Buddhas ever since she was a child. Her belief was that as long as you are a good person and always nice to others, you’ll receive blessings from Gods and Buddhas.

There was one time when I brought her to my home to stay for a period of time. My husband and I frequently read Zhuan Falun to her in order to enable her to understand the meaning of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." Whenever we did the exercises, she would always sit and watch. One day while we were doing the exercises, she saw that there were a lot of flowers and words on our clothes but she couldn't understand the words. However, we were wearing plain clothes, without flowers or words.

As she was going home, I gave her a Dafa truth-clarification protection symbol, reminding her to always recite "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion- Forbearance is good." Last year she was eighty-seven years old. Her son all of a sudden sent us a letter saying that she was seriously ill and that he was concerned that she might not survive this time. He was hoping that we could come to see her.

When we got to her house, she was laying in bed motionless and was unable to recognize people. We sat by her side and started saying, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." When evening came, she sat up abruptly and said, "I am hungry, and I want to eat." While she was saying this, she was putting on her clothes and then she asked for a bath. Everybody was stunned. But because of her insistence, we were busily getting everything ready for her. I offered to help but she refused. After finishing the bath, she ate a complete dinner.

Neighbors came to see her one after another after hearing about this fantastic story. She was happy and was telling the visitors that Teacher wanted her to live for two more years. She said that when she was sick in bed, Teacher would always sit by her pillow, watching and smiling. In the beginning, everyone thought that this was a momentary recovery and that she would die soon after. But, it has been almost two years since that time. Her sons, daughters, and neighbors are beginning to believe in the existence of Gods and Buddha and the magnificence of Falun Dafa.

Mr. Li’s stomach cancer disappeared

Mr. Li, 77 years old, from Anqiu City, Shandong Province, learned Falun Gong before the persecution began, but was forced to give it up in 2001.

In October 2006 he was not feeling well, so he went to the hospital to find out why. He was diagnosed with late stage stomach cancer. While he was in the hospital it was found that he had blood in his bowel movement. His condition seemed to be serious. Due to his age and physical condition, surgery was not recommended. One of his sons had just started practicing Falun Gong and he brought home Teacher’s lectures in Jinan City and a large picture of Teacher. Everyday Mr. Li listened to Teacher’s lectures and gradually he had a miraculous recovery. Mr. Li now always says that Teacher saved his life and that he will remain a solid Dafa practitioner forever.
