My Husband's Tremendous Changes

My husband was very stubborn, but because I had suffered from breast cancer before I started practicing Falun Gong, he did not oppose my practice. Nevertheless, as an atheist who believed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) slanderous TV campaign against Falun Gong, he refused to read any Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials.

Unfortunately, for a period of time he was repeatedly ill. One time at midnight, his tongue suddenly swelled, his throat was blocked, and he nearly suffocated and died. He got up and drank a bit of vinegar, but it did not help. He tried some medication, but it also did not work. Then our son came to persuade him to quit the CCP. "I'll quit," he said, and quickly accepted the advice. Soon after saying these words, his throat returned to normal.

On one occasion Teacher was cleansing my body, and my husband urged me to read Zhuan Falun. I was reading the book at home when he came back from his walk. He then began reading Zhuan Falun over my shoulder. All of a sudden, his Celestial eye was opened and he was able to see Buddhas. Since that time, he has been reading Dafa books and truth-clarification materials. His ideology has now completely changed. In fact, he constantly reminds me to cultivate myself well.

It is amazing that he has not been sick at all since he quit the CCP. It is the power of Dafa, the effects of his righteous thoughts, and the mighty virtue of Teacher. Since he began reading Dafa books, every time he meets people, he says, "Zhuan Falun is such a great book, it teaches one to be a good person and benefits everyone. It is terrific!"

Illness Free During Two Years of Cultivation Practice

I started practicing Falun Dafa back in 2005. I have benefited greatly from Dafa during the past two years of my practice. Not only have I become healthy again, but knowing the Great Law has helped me to be a truly good person.

Because I suffered from serious heart disease, I turned to Buddhism a few years ago. In spite of my chanting scriptures every day, my poor health continued. My sister-in-law kept reminding me, "Why don't you try Falun Gong?" Without believing her, I wasted a few years of my time.

In 2005, my sister-in-law once again tried to persuade me to practice Falun Gong. For some reason, my mind was suddenly opened and I began to practice Falun Gong every day. Without my noticing it, my heart disease disappeared. I was then able to wash a lot of clothes and quilt sheets, and I did not feel tired or sleepy at all after a lot of housework. In 2007, I even walked all the way to Binghai Road, which was previously impossible for me.

The illness that used to trouble me for years disappeared and I become stronger and stronger. I was previously afraid of going shopping because I had problems with shortness of breath, but now even climbing staircases is very easy for me and I am not afraid of going anywhere.

Dafa is truly miraculous! Zhuan Falun is really a book from heaven! From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful to Teacher, who provided me with such a wonderful opportunity. Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is truly good! I sincerely hope that everyone comes to study Zhuan Falun. Once you start reading the book, you will understand that the divine power of the book is boundless.

Dafa Truly Saves Lives

In the spring of 2005, a man in Fushan Township of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province fell into a mine that was 130 feet deep. He was stuck in the mine for eleven days without any food or water. Unable to save himself, he shouted, "Falun Dafa is good. Dafa Teacher, save me, please!" On the eleventh day, a passerby saved him. As some people said, "Believing in Dafa really saves one's life."

Recently I heard an interesting story while I was visiting a relative. The story demonstrates the irresistible trend among people. A migrant construction worker in the countryside of Henan Province went shopping at a small local store. When he returned, he told his coworkers, "Look! Buy one and get two free. It's truly worth it!" It turned out that he was given free of charge the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and another truth-clarification booklet. Having learned of the "deal," many more people also went to the store. Indeed, everyone received the Nine Commentaries and the truth-clarification booklet to share with their relatives and friends.
