Officers from the Zhanqian Police Department in Jinzhou District arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Haibin on September 10, 2003. She was illegally detained at the Sanli Custody Center in Jinzhou District for three months before she was transferred to the Dalian Forced Labor Camp. Within one year her face became deformed from torture; her eyes swelled up and her weight dropped from 154 pounds to about 88 pounds.
Ms. Chen Haibin was transferred to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City in October 2004 and is still being held there now. She is extremely weak and her hair has turned completely white. She hardly has the strength to speak. Her term expired in July 2006, but she is still being held contrary to the law.
Chen Haibin's mother, Yi Lizhen, is also a Dafa practitioner who has lived in worry and anguish since 1999 because her daughter has been arrested three times and her home ransacked five times. She passed away on May 23, 2006, without seeing her daughter for the last time.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Fengmei has been detained at the Shenyang Women's Prison since 2004. She developed illnesses after being brutally tortured at the prison's Section 2, Ward 10. Ms. Li was later sent to the Shenyang Prison City General Hospital where she was forced to receive injections and oral medication. She recently developed swelling of the lymph tissue in her neck; additionally, numerous red lumps developed on many parts of her body. These could be symptoms of lymphoma.
"610 Office" agents arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Fan Ruiqin from Hefangkou Village, Huaibei Town, Huairou District, in, Beijing. It happened at 10 a.m. on July 6, 2006, while she worked at a temporary job in Jiugukou. Her current whereabouts are unknown, and her home was ransacked.

About seven agents from the Baoji City 610 Office in Shaanxi Province harassed Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Jiangmei at her home at 11:00 p.m. on July 7, 2006. They told lies and issued threats to her family. They arrested Ms. Wang from home at 11:00 a.m. the next day.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhu Benfu and his practitioner wife Sun Jingmei were arrested in January 2006 and detained. Mr. Zhu is incarcerated at Division 8 of the Yingkou City Prison, while Sun Jingmei is being held at the Masanjia City Women's Prison in Liaoning Province.
Dafa practitioners Ms. Yang Guiying and Ms. Lu Yan are now being held at the No. 2 Detention Center in Harbin City. According to a reliable source, Nangang Police Department officials issued arrest warrants for both practitioners in mid July 2006. They are trying to sentence both practitioners to prison.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Defu, 53 years old, from Shenhe District, Shenyang City, was reported the morning of July 16, 2006 at the Shuntong Market in Shenhe. Officers from the Renao Road Police Precinct in Shenhe District, Shenyang City, arrested him. He is now being held at the Zhangshi Brainwashing Class.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Shao Hongzhen from Shanghai City has been incarcerated three times since the persecution against Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999. She suffered greatly, both physically and mentally.
Her 19-year-old son Chen Yifeng was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor in January 2001 after being charged with "distribution of Falun Gong flyers." The Minxing Police Department placed the charge, despite an absence of evidence. Ms. Shao's mother passed away ...from illness in January 2002, and her father died from a sudden illness in June 2006 when no one was around to take care of him.
Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Defang from Shinian Township, Shiqiao Town, Jianyang City was arrested in early July 2006. The persecutors sent her to the Erequan Brainwashing Class in Ziyang City.
Earlier this year, in February 2006, Zhao Defang, Ms. Yang Mingfang, Ms. Xiao Feiqiong and other Dafa practitioners were reported by Fu Wangang from Xingfu Village in Sancha Township and were detained for a few months.

72-year-old Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Huazhang from Jianyang City was arrested and his home was ransacked in 2002 after he said to authorities that he was a Dafa practitioner. Subsequently, he was sentenced to three years in prison and sent to the Deyang Prison. His pension was withheld after his return home and he was threatened numerous times. He had no choice but to go into exile to avoid further persecution.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Zeng Jun went to Beijing in December 1999 to clarify the truth about Dafa and was detained for 15 days. In July 2000 he drank tea with fellow practitioners on a riverbank and was subsequently detained for 15 days. In 2001 the police took him to a brainwashing class and charged him 400 yuan per day for the brainwashing class. 'Officers from the Tianyuan Police Department in Deyang ransacked his home twice. They confiscated his Dafa books and his bank deposit slips. Mr. Zeng was arrested again on April 26, 2006 when clarifying the truth to people in Jingyan County, Leshan City. The next arrest happened on April 29, 2006. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Jingyan County Police Department. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor.
Dafa practitioner Ms Cai Xinou, in his 40s, from Changsha City, was arrested in the evening of July 16, 2006 when distributing truth clarification materials. Cai Xinou has been holding a hunger strike to demonstrate resistance to the persecution.
Agents from the Caidian District 610 Office in Wuhan City ordered officers from the Xinnong Town Police Department to break into the home of Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Huandi at 10:00 a.m. on July 13, 2006. They arrested her and sent her to Jiuzhigou Custody Center in Dongxihu District.
The Mengjin County Court officials sentenced Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Zhenhai to three-and-a-half years in prison, to be served in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Huang Zhiqiang was arrested on March 6, 2006. Officers from the Jinnan Police Department in Tianjin City participated in the arrest. He was charged with "harboring Falun Gong books and related materials" and was sentenced to one year of forced labor.
On July 7, 2006, Zhang Guangyu from Yicheng District Police Department National Security Division in Zhumahe City, Henan Province led about eight police officers to break into Dafa practitioner Ms. Dong Chunrong's home, ransack it and beat Dong Chunrong ruthlessly.
Around this time, other police agents ransacked the home of Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Quan.
Song Jijin, the Wugezhuang Village Security Committee head, led three policemen from Laiyang City's 610 Office to break into practitioner Ms. Wu Guimin's home and ransack it. They then went to Wu Guimin's work place, arrested her and put her directly into the Laiyang City Detention Center. She has been detained there since then, and nobody is allowed to visit her.

Entrepreneur Ms. Sun Zhaolan from the Jiawang District is a practitioner. She was reported to the police while distributing Nine Commentaries brochures and Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Police from the Xuzhou City 610 Office, the Jiangwang District 610 Office and from the Qingshanquan Police Station, arrested Sun Zhaolan and put her into Dinglou Custody Center. In the meantime they ransacked Sun Zhaolan's home and office.

Agents from the Buliu Town Police Station broke into practitioner Ms. Luo Xiuhui's home at around 9:00 a.m. on the morning of July 17, 2006. They ransacked the place and confiscated Master's picture, some Falun Dafa books, two sets of lecture tapes, a DVD player, a laminating machine, copies of the Nine Commentaries and other truth-clarifying materials.
Personnel from Rongcheng City's 610 Office duped practitioner Mr. Wang Qiancheng into going to the Madao Police Station the morning of July 18, 2006. They then arrested him and put him into the National Security Team of the Rongcheng City's Police Department.

Personnel from Shahe Town Government arrested practitioner Ms. Li Caixiang at home on the afternoon of July 17, 2006. Her husband witnessed the process and was so frightened and distressed that he committed suicide by drinking pesticide on the same evening.
Personnel from the Wanghua District Political & Judicial Committee and the 610 Office arrested 49-year-old practitioner Ms. Zuo Yuhua from Xingang Community, Wanghua District and put her into the Luotaishangzhuang Brainwashing Class. A practitioner surnamed Wang was arrested at the same time.

Some practitioners from Qixia City gathered together to share experiences during the evening of July 13, 2006. Someone who does not know the truth of Falun Dafa reported them to the police, leading to the arrest of at least three practitioners that same evening. Police confiscated some materials and equipment, too.
The family of practitioner Ms. Liu Fengxiang was told to pay 3,000 yuan for her release.
Personnel from the Zhanjiang City 610 Office arrested practitioner Ms. Liang Yixian while she was clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa to people the evening of July 15, 2006. She is now being held at a brainwashing class in brainwashing class in Zhanjiang City'.
Ms. Shi Chunmei is from Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. Personnel from the Jiancaoping Police Department broke into her house and illegally arrested her at 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2006. They confiscated a computer, a scanner, 3500 yuan in cash and some truth-clarifying materials.
On June 20, 2006, lawless policemen from the Dongli District 610 Office and from the National Security Team, nabbed practitioner Ms. Dong Guiying's son. They broke into Ms. Dong's house and illegally arrested seven practitioners, including Ms. Dong Guiying, Mr. Xing Shujian, Ms. Wang Jingxiang, Ms. Yang Cuilan, Ms. Wang Zhongfeng, Ms. Wang Wenrong and Ms. Zhang Qingying.
The police intended to sentence Ms. Dong Guiying to four and a-half years in prison. The case was heard at Dongli Court on July 20. Practitioners Wang Jingxiang, Wang Zhongfeng and Xing Shujian were sentenced to two and a-half years of forced labor.
Practitioner Ms. Peng Jufen and Ms. Ma Yueying could not walk due to brutal tortures sustained. One of them is extremely weak because she has been forbidden to sleep for a long time.
When practitioner Ms. Niu Junlan from the Shengli Oil Field was taking care of her grandson in Xiwu District on July 12, 2006, lawless police officer Dong Ning arrested her and took her to the Shengcai Brainwashing Class. Then the police went to Niu Junlan's home at the Shengcai No.3 Mine and confiscated some materials.
