(Clearwisdom.net) The Danish MEP, Ms. Gitte Seeberg, recently raised inquiries with the European Commission regarding the CCP's crimes of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. This was mentioned in her letter to a human rights organization "China Human Rights Network" based in Denmark. A translation of the letter follows:
Dear XX:
Thanks for your letter of March 23 which mentioned the dreadful massacre of the Falun Gong practitioners in concentration camps in China. I totally agree with your viewpoints. We must pay close attention to this issue in order to stop the Chinese government's systematically massacre of innocent people.
Therefore, on April 19, I wrote to the European Commission to ask them three questions which are attached to this letter.
Regards,
GITTE SEEBERG [signed]
A translation of the inquiries raised by MEP Gitte Seeberg to the European Commission follows:
The motivation of the inquiries:
The Chinese government is now brutally violating human rights. According to online reports, the Vice-Minister of the Public Security, Liu Jin, said: "[The CCP will] Eliminate Falun Gong before the Olympic Games in 2008." Reportedly, the Chinese regime systematically kills Falun Gong practitioners in a secret concentration camp in Sujiatun, and no one has left the facility alive. Some Falun Gong practitioners were murdered and their organs were removed. Still some live practitioners' organs were taken out because it is more valuable than from dead bodies. Then, the remains were cremated in the death concentration camps' incinerator. Therefore no evidence has been left. The organs were sold to different medical centers for high profits.
Inquiries:
What concrete measures will the Commission take to stop the CCP from torturing and killing Falun Gong practitioners in secret concentration camps?
How can we get an overall understanding of the Falun Gong practitioners' situations in the secret concentration camps?
In the trade talks between EU and China, how can we specifically raise questions regarding the CCP's severe human rights violations?
