(Clearwisdom.net) On March 24, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Professor Chen of the Taiwan Minghui Education Association and several practitioners from Yilan initiated a touring event to clarify the truth to their local government, the County Council, and Yilan University. The practitioners brought along copies of the "Declaration of the Grand Coalition to Safeguard Medical Ethics" and the "Declaration of the Grand Coalition to Prevent Genocide," as they called on government agencies, medical circles, the judicial system, and all righteous people to work together to urge the international community to conduct immediate investigations into the brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in forced labor camps, prisons, and hospitals under the Chinese Communist regime.
Prof. Hsu signed the petition to support efforts against the persecution |
The first stop was the Yilan County government offices. Practitioners visited County Head Mr. Lu Kuo-Hua and the director of the Bureau of Education. The practitioners recounted the crimes of the Chinese Communist regime, from its covering up of SARS and the bird flu, to the latest exposure of the regime's 36 concentration camps, including Sujiatun, and its inhuman atrocities of harvesting organs from living practitioners for profit, followed by cremation of their remains to destroy evidence.
One of the practitioners mentioned, "Those who do not know the truth but help the persecution will not be immune from punishment when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) disintegrates. So practitioners are working hard to let people know the facts and to have them renounce the CCP, for their own safety." When the practitioners took out the petition form, "Condemning the CCP's Atrocities of Removing Organs from Living Practitioners," and asked for his signature, Mr. Lu signed right away with no hesitation.
The second stop was the County Council. Because the council speaker and his assistant were all busy, the practitioners were received by the secretary. After a practitioner's explanation, the secretary condemned the CCP's inhuman atrocities and promised to pass the petition letter to the speaker.
The third stop was Yilan Railway Station. The practitioners met the deputy director of the station, who signed the petition right away after the practitioners exposed the CCP's atrocities in concentration camps.
The practitioners also visited Yilan University.
A practitioner said that they had introduced the facts to the speaker and deputy speaker of the County Council, as well as the head of Jiaoshi Township. The university officials learned the facts and signed the petition immediately to "Support the Efforts against the Persecution and to Condemn the CCP's Extension of Violence Overseas." It appears that more and more people now know the evil nature of the CCP and the brutal facts of the persecution.
