NEW YORK (FDI) -- The Falun Dafa Information Center has received information from a third witness professing first-hand knowledge of concentration camps throughout China holding Falun Gong adherents, who are killed for their organs and cremated, with victims sometimes still alive. The source, who spoke with The Epoch Times Thursday (story) on condition of anonymity, identifies himself as a veteran medical doctor who has served in the Shenyang military zone.
The source confirmed fears surrounding a recently-alleged camp--said to be in the Sujiatun district of Shenyang city, China--saying recent reports "are true," while indicating that the scope of the problem far exceeds that previously imagined. A total of some 36 similar camps exist throughout China, he says. Falun Gong practitioners are sent to the camps when "occasion calls for it," with the three largest camps being in the northern China provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning. The fifth-largest camp, located in the Jiutai district of Jilin, holds as many as 14,000-plus Falun Gong at a time. The largest camp, codenamed "672-S," is said to hold over 120,000 people, among whom are Falun Gong and other prisoners of conscience.
In a related development, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) said on Thursday that its investigators had spoken with medical staff in eight of China's provinces, each of whom disclosed that organs being used in transplant surgeries had indeed come from imprisoned Falun Gong adherents.
The source, said to be a military doctor, meanwhile, has indicated that it is the lucrative selling of captives' organs and bodily materials that is driving the camps. "Falun Gong practitioners... are no longer regarded as human beings, but as raw materials for commercial products," he told The Epoch Times. "One must understand that... the Chinese Communist Party's Central Committee decided to treat Falun Gong practitioners as 'class enemies' and handle them in any manner that is economically profitable."
According to the source, captive Falun Gong adherents are shipped in "sealed freight trains" to and from the camps, with as many as 5,000 being transferred in a single day. "I witnessed a specially-dispatched freight train transferring over 7,000 people in a trip from Tianjin city to the Jilin area," the source recalled. "It ran at night, guarded by the Chinese army. Everyone on board was handcuffed to specially designed handrails atop the ceiling, like rotisserie chickens."
Information Center spokesperson Levi Browde remarked today: "The self-identified military doctor's testimony joins a growing list of horrifying and detailed disclosures that suggest that our worst fears are true: that Falun Gong practitioners are being held in concentration camps throughout China and killed, by the communist regime, for their organs. That 'Never again' we promised ourselves after World War II is happening again, it appears."
Significantly, the military source upped previous figures of those believed to have been held at or gone through the Sujiatun camp. He indicates that over 10,000 (as opposed to 6,000) were being kept there as of early 2005. The number at present is around 600-750, however. Many have been transferred "to other concentration camps," possibly in response to media coverage and the related disclosures of two Chinese sources. The source sounded a cautionary note, saying that, "It's useless to enter Sujiatun to try to investigate the concentration camp, because transferring a few thousand people elsewhere is easy [for authorities to do]."
If past indicators are meaningful, that prospect could prove real. Time magazine documented Beijing authorities actually packing SARS patients into ambulances and driving them in circles around the city in 2003, amidst the devastating outbreak, in an effort to elude World Health Organization investigators who had come to examine China's hospitals amidst allegations of cover-up. A broad range of Chinese officials, medical workers, and military staff had to participate in the now well-known scandal for it to successfully mislead media and investigators for months. Ultimately it was one courageous Chinese physician who broke the story.
The source further indicated Thursday that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regulations dating back to as early as 1962 paved the way for the rampant "harvesting" of prisoner organs now taking place. A legal document issued by the CCP's powerful Central Military Commission is said to have given provincial governments authority to establish "recycling entities" that would "process" those felons in the military zone under its administration "according to the developmental needs of the state or of socialism." In 1984, following an amendment, this evolved into the fully-legalized extraction of organs from felons.
Further, many of China's crematoriums allegedly retain the bodies that are under their care instead of performing cremation, shipping the bodies elsewhere via secret networks. The source says that "in many cases the ashes given to the families of executed prisoners come from animals or other people's bodies," with the actual corpse being sold at high cost to state-owned enterprises. There they are used "as raw materials" for a variety of "products."
A recent investigative report by The Guardian found that the tissues of executed prisoners in China are being used in cosmetic products, some of which are sold in the West to unwitting consumers.
"In the face of such grave and horrifying allegations, we must bring the full weight of the international community to bear on this matter," says Browde. "The details we have received so far are shocking, yet sadly in line with the CCP's history of mass killing and wanton disregard for human life. It demands a complete, thorough, and relentless investigation by the international community. We are calling on all governments and relevant organizations to step forward and ensure such an investigation is carried out."

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa (about), is a practice of the Buddha School, consisting of meditation and exercises, with teachings that emphasize living by three principles: truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. (Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners in Australia gathered in front of Parliament in Canberra on March 27 to 30, 2006 and conducted an anti-torture exhibition, meditation and a 72-hour relay hunger strike protest to condemn in the atrocities at Sujiatun Concentration Camp. They also called on the Australian government and the international community to investigate the situation.
Ms. Hong Chen, a practitioner participating in the hunger strike protest, said, "I hold a hunger strike to protest the CCP's barbaric crimes in Sujiatun Concentration Camp in harvesting body organs from living practitioners and selling the organs on the black market. I hope Australia and kind-hearted people will offer help to stop these brutal atrocities."
Wendy said, "For such atrocities like Sujiatun Concentration Camp, anyone with conscience should be shocked. If no one spoke out, barbarity would then be allowed in the world. Like others, I take a leave from work to speak out for the several thousand practitioners being persecuted in Sujiatun and protest the atrocities by hunger strike. I hope more people will be awakened and send forth a righteous voice."
A lady called Lisa signed a petition and joined the protest by holding a banner after listening to a practitioner's explanation. She said, "The reenactment of torture is to show the Australian Government about the persecution in China. Though the exposure is just a piece of iceberg, I think it is a very good way." She learned five sets of Falun Gong exercises before she left.
In the morning and evening, the practitioners held banners exposing CCP crimes on the roads along which Senators and Members of Parliament drive to work.
(Clearwisdom.net) On March 25, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Madrid, Spain gathered in front of Chinese Embassy and condemned the CCP's brutal crimes in setting up Sujiatun Concentration Camp to murder Falun Gong practitioners, harvest body organs from living practitioners and cremate their remains to destroy evidence.
Practitioners in Spain protested the atrocities in Sujiatun and called on the international community to investigate and help stop the persecution.
The Chinese Embassy is located in a prestigious neighborhood. Passers-by were shocked and indignant at the atrocities at Sujiatun Concentration Camp after seeing the posters, banners and handouts. A gentleman said, "The Communist party's evil reputation is well known. Setting up a concentration camp to brutally persecute Falun Gong practitioners and even harvest body organs from the living is so barbaric. Such brutality must be stopped!" An old lady said after seeing the photos, "God will punish the criminals."

On roads, there were vehicles passing by continuously. Many of them slowed down to watch the banners and posters. Some rolled down window to ask for handouts. Some expressed support with thumbs up or tooting their horns. Even bus drivers slowed down. The drivers and passengers turned their heads towards the posters and banners and showed shock and indignation in their eyes.

People were greatly shaken by the inside story of how Falun Gong practitioners' organs were harvested and sold and their bodies cremated in Sujiatun Concentration Camp. Some even screamed on seeing the pictures of dead Falun Gong practitioners. Some couldn't stand to see them. Some asked in surprise, "Why?"
After learning about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by all means, many people signed their names to express their voice of apposing the persecution and rescuing Falun Gong practitioners.

(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of March 29, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Malaysia called for an end to the Chinese Communist regime's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where the visiting chairman of the CCP's Political Consultative Conference Jia Qinglin would come to visit.

Falun Gong practitioners expressed that the protest activities conducted in the Southeast Asia area, where the CCP's influence is rather large, can shock and frighten the CCP officials who visit the area. "We know Jia Qinglin will visit the Prime Minister's Office, so we come here especially to protest against him and at the same time convey our message to the Prime Minister that we hope he show concern over the persecution of Falun Gong in China."
Police officers and representatives from the Prime Minister's Office came to the protest site. The practitioners told them about the lawsuits against Jia Qinglin for crimes of genocide and torture. The officers were very surprised to hear the news.
Falun Gong practitioners expressed concern that when they held protest or appeal activities, sometimes the police, due to heavy pressure (from the CCP), would require them to leave the protest site, especially when they held protests in front of the Chinese embassy or protest the CCP officials when they came to visit. But the police can always feel Falun Gong practitioners' kindness and peacefulness. They would repeatedly say, "Thank you," and "Sorry" (showing their being helpless but have to ask the practitioners to leave) before the practitioners left. Sometimes the police would enthusiastically greet practitioners as old friends do.
Practitioners stood on alongside busy roadways in front of the Prime Minister's Office and unfurled banners reading, "Falun Dafa is Good," "Stop the persecution of Falun Gong" and "Jia Qinglin is sued overseas for the crime of torture." Shortly after the practitioners unfurled banners, Jia Qinglin's car passed by. The practitioners expressed that they would hold a protest against any CCP official who has participated in the persecution of Falun Gong.
(Clearwisdom.net) March 26 was another rainy day at the famous tourist attraction, Yong'an Harbor. To further expose the atrocities inside the Sujiatun Concentration Camp and rescue practitioners who are still being detained there, practitioners came out as usual to clarify the truth and raise awareness of the persecution despite the bad weather.
As soon as they had truth-clarifying photos and posters set up, many people came to read them. After reading the posters about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, some asked: "How can such brutal things happen? One person said, "You are doing the right thing to expose the atrocities; otherwise some people will still believe that the CCP is good! You have worked hard!"
After watching the documentary about the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, another person told us that he lived in Mainland China for 17 years, and that all the contents of the Nine Commentaries are true. Some commented, "The CCP is a political ruffian, it is too evil! Heaven will not tolerate it any more and it will collapse!"
After seeing the truth-clarifying photos and the posters about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, a lot of people were willing to take a copy of a special truth-clarifying flyer. Practitioners could see that more and more people are awakening to the truth and the evil nature of the CCP. The Sujiatun incident is a large-scale test of people's conscience, and people shall realize that they can live in peace only if they give up their illusions about the CCP and its tyranny.
About 2PM March 26, 2006, the rain that continued for days temporarily stopped. At the busy Yangmei Railway station, a group of Falun Gong practitioners were demonstrating the exercises and displaying pictures and reports on Chinese Communist Party's secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp. Passengers slowed down their steps. Some were shocked at seeing the "harvest organs from live people to sell for profit" display board and asked what bad deeds CCP did again. A practitioner explained the pictures and reports about the seven-year-long persecution of Falun Gong. The passenger waved his head as he could find any word to describe CCP's atrocity.
One man asked practitioners what is the source of these materials. When he learned that mainland Chinese risked their lives to bring them out and the Falun Gong practitioners volunteered to edit and print the flyers, he said, "It is hard to imagine that a hospital had such a decent appearance actually was murdering people inside it. The communist party is an autocracy. They set up a few model cities attempting to fool the foreigners. But they didn't give any freedom to Chinese people. (CCP) even wants to control what people think and what they believe. It is too evil. No wonder no one likes 'One Country Two Systems'. Look, Hong Kong has failed. CCP can kill its own people; it will treat Taiwanese worse..., your information is valuable, I respect your effort to let the public know the truth."

Many foreign workers also came to watch. One worker can speak Chinese. After he learned the truth, he told his friends how cruel CCP is. Another foreign worker wanted to donate money but practitioners thanked him and declined. A practitioner wanted him to tell other people the matter and help to rescue the Falun Gong practitioners jailed in Sujiatun Concentration Camp.
The day before, a practitioner met the former Director of the Township. The director told him a real case happened in Mainland China. "One person caught flu. A mainland doctor said he needed a whole body anesthesia for some exams. When he woke up, doctor found no problem but he found one kidney was gone." He said that in Mainland China, people only worship money but without basic conscience and morality.

These days, we hear many stories about Taiwan patients going to Mainland China for organ transplants. They want to extend their lives and spent a lot of money for liver or kidney transplants in China. But the result was just opposite to their expectations. No one knew where the organ was from. It costs about 1 million Taiwan Yuan (USD 33,000). Those lucky ones live one or two years. Some die a few months after the surgery. One died three days after he flew back to Taiwan.
Today, one passenger took a flyer and told practitioners a story of his own. One of his relatives went to Mainland China and spent a lot of money for an organ transplant, but died in a hospital in China. He said he wanted the government to investigate how many Taiwanese were fooled to go to Mainland China who lost money and sometimes their lives.
Near evening, more and more people came and left railway station. Many people took the flyer and read seriously. When more people recognize the CCP's evil nature, it will fade into history.
(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of March 28, 2006, California's Union City Council passed a resolution, which decided to report to President Bush about the Chinese Communist regime's (CCP) atrocities of harvesting live Falun Gong practitioners' organs in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, and urge him to take action.
At 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the first agenda of the city council meeting was questions from the audience. Several Falun Gong practitioners reported to the city council about the horrendous atrocities of harvesting live Falun Gong practitioners' organs and cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence in Sujiatun.
Bay Area computer engineer Shang Changhe began, "The media recently disclosed that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp has held more than 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners, their organs are removed when they are still alive, and their bodies are cremated to destroy the evidence. It is reported that only 2,000 practitioners are still alive there, no one is able to come out of the camp alive." Shang Changhe called upon the city council to write to President Bush and California State Council members to request the United States and the international community to investigate the atrocities committed at Sujiatun.
Ms. Cheng, who was arrested and detained in China for practicing Falun Gong, recently arrived in the USA. She recounted the persecution she suffered for appealing on behalf of Falun Gong in China. She said that she had been detained three times by Chinese police. During the detention, she had been subjected to tortures such as being forced to stand for a long period of time, being forced to kneel down, sleeping on cement floor and having her head bumped against the wall and other tortures. The guards once threw her heavily on the ground, as a result, she sustained an injured back and could not take care of herself. Upon hearing of atrocities committed at Sujiatun, she said, "I hope the American government will show concern about the incident, and will conduct an investigation and rescue the Falun Gong practitioners who are still alive."
Falun Gong practitioner Shen Shumin explained that both she and her husband had suffered persecution in China for practicing Falun Gong. She said, "Since the CCP started the persecution in 1999, our telephone had been tapped, and the police officers often came to our home to harass us. On a cold winter day, the police came and smashed our windows, and besieged us for seven days. Our personal freedom was severely curtailed."
Shen Shumin continued, "We went to Thailand afterwards, but they still would not leave us alone. We were often followed and had our photos taken by somebody secretly. Even worse, they came to our residence to threaten and harass us. Our personal safety was endangered." Shen Shumin is worried about the safety of detained Falun Gong practitioners in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. She hoped the American government would conduct an investigation as soon as possible and rescue the practitioners detained there.
During the break of the city council meeting, the attendees asked for information and materials about Sujiatun Concentration Camp from Falun Gong practitioners around them. Deputy Mayor Richard asked Ms. Cheng more about the persecution of Falun Gong.
The city council resumed their meeting. Deputy Mayor Richard proposed a resolution, motioning the city council to write to President Bush to report to him about the recent atrocities of harvesting live Falun Gong practitioners' organs at Sujiatun, and urge him to take action. All members voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.

There is a horrifying story going around the world: In the northeast of China,
thousands of prisoners are being held, so that they can be killed for their
organs. The prisoners are practitioners of Falun Gong, the
meditation-and-exercise system. The facility at which they are being held
-called a "concentration camp" or a "death camp" -is at
Sujiatun. Chinese human-rights activists believe that this name should cause the
same shudders as Treblinka and the others.
I cannot say whether this story is true; I can say that one ought to pay
attention.
Of course, "organ-harvesting" is a very familiar story: The PRC has
been doing it, with prisoners, for many years. In 2001, the U.S. Congress held
hearings on the matter, which caused a sensation. But the sensation died down,
as sensations tend to do. Organ-harvesting has gone on, with no negative
consequences for the Chinese government.
Organ-selling is a huge business for the Chinese. You can obtain organs in China
as you can nowhere else: any type, and very speedily.
The subject of organ-harvesting has been revived by the discovery of Sujiatun. I
will not attempt to do justice to this story in this space (as though justice
could be done). I will mainly direct you to the website of the Epoch Times, and

How do we know about Sujiatun? Mainly through two witnesses, indescribably
brave. One is a woman whose husband was a doctor who took part in the
organ-harvesting; the other is a Chinese journalist, long based in Japan, who
investigated the matter. Both are now in the United States, in hiding, in fear
of their lives. I talked to the journalist, by phone, on Monday morning.
First, a further word about the woman: You can read an Epoch Times interview

human mind can take, and probably more. In brief, her husband became deranged by
his work, unable to go on. The wife did not intend to step forward as a witness,
but concluded that she had no choice.
I will indulge in just a few details. The woman's husband said to her, "You
don't understand my suffering. Those Falun Gong practitioners were alive. It
might be easier for me if they were dead, but they were alive."
The woman also said this, to the Epoch Times: "Some poor farmers from
nearby places were hired to work in the boiler room. [This served as the
crematory.] They were penniless when they first came.... But they could scrape
up some watches, finger rings, necklaces, and so on. The amount is not
small."
Finally, she said, "I would like to expose this to the international
community, so those who are not yet killed can be saved. Also, I would like to
expose this as an atonement for my family."
Now to the Chinese journalist: His name is Jin Zhong-or so he calls himself for
the purpose of media reports. I spoke to him when I was meeting with some Falun
Gong activists in a New York conference room. One of them, Charles Lee, was
recently released from a Chinese prison after three years' confinement. He was
tortured, and I will be writing about him in the next issue of National Review.
Dr. Lee is a U.S. citizen, by the way.
And, in a strange twist, he bore witness to organ-harvesting, while a young
medical researcher in China, years ago. Prisoners would be shot in the back of
the head, and their bodies would be hustled to a waiting van. There, doctors
would extract their organs; Charles Lee served as an assistant, holding the
instruments. Sometimes, the prisoners seemed not quite dead, he says.
Before Dr. Lee and I talked, I was able to interview Jin Zhong by phone, using
an associate of Dr. Lee's as a translator.

about Sujiatun when he was investigating SARS, and the extent of the Chinese
government's cover-up of that problem. Some local officials let slip information
about the Falun Gong camp, and its purpose. He could not believe what he was
hearing: It was too horrific, too inhuman. But he pursued the story, and
confirmed that what he had heard was true.
I ask Mr. Jin whether the officials felt guilty about this murder and
organ-harvesting. He says, "Not at all."
Mr. Jin soon attracted the attention of the police, and was twice detained. He
says he was tortured, while in detention. He managed to return to Japan, and
then come to the United States. His family remains in Japan, and he says they
have received death threats. Obviously, he fears for his own life here in
America. PRC agents have never been respecters of national territory.
For those who care, Mr. Jin is not himself a Falun Gong practitioner. (Neither
is the woman whose husband performed organ-harvesting.) "I'm not even
interested," says Mr. Jin. But he is interested in humanity, and in
justice. He says, "I trust that the CCP [the Chinese Communist Party] will
try to kill me," for telling about Sujiatun. His life would have been far
easier if he had kept quiet, but his conscience would not allow it.
I compliment him on his bravery. He says, "You're a journalist. You
wouldn't have done any differently, in my position." I reply, "I can
only hope that that is so."
Is the U.S. government aware of Sujiatun? Mr. Jin says he has informed
interested congressmen and their aides. And friends of human rights in the media
are weighing in. Peter Worthington concluded a piece in the Toronto Sun this
way: "China's use of prisoners as guinea pigs, or as a supply to meet world
demand, makes Nazi medical experimentation seem almost benign by
comparison."
No one should bet that Sujiatun will penetrate the world's consciousness.
Governments everywhere are keen on smooth relations with the PRC; media, even in
free countries, seem to want to help them. The reluctance of major newspapers
and TV networks to report on atrocities in China is a sad subject.
And I recall what Robert Conquest, the great analyst of totalitarianism, once
told me: The world has seldom wanted to believe witnesses. Ten, 20, or 30 years
later, maybe, but rarely sooner.
Testimony out of the early Soviet Union was scoffed at; these were "rumors
in Riga." Tales of the Holocaust were Jewish whining. When escapees from
Mao spilled into Hong Kong, they were "embittered warlords." When
Cubans landed in Florida, they were "Batista stooges." And so on.
There is an extra incentive to look away from persecution when the victims are
Falun Gong. Many people are suspicious of these meditators and slow-motion
exercisers, with their strange philosophy. And massive Communist propaganda
against them has not been without an effect. Western business leaders see Falun
Gong standing in their way, or at least irritating them.
I have no idea what will happen to Jin Zhong, or to the wife of the doctor, or
to the prisoners who remain in Sujiatun. It may well be that, with some
international attention, the Chinese government will Potemkinize the place. They
have done as much before, as have many governments like them. And it could be
that people will simply not care about Sujiatun, no matter what is proven.
My main hope, at the moment, is that readers will glance at the reports I have
mentioned, especially those in the Epoch Times. Because, sometimes, the
unthinkable needs to be thought about, just a bit.

GENEVA - The United Nations torture investigator said on Thursday he was looking
into allegations by the Falun Gong group that thousands of its followers were
being held at a Chinese "concentration camp" and some had been killed.
The banned spiritual movement alleged this month that up to 6,000 people at a
time were kept at a state-run camp in the Sujiatun district of the northern city
of Shenyang, where it said some had been killed and their organs sold.
"The allegation is Falun Gong practitioners are being used for the sale of
organs and human tissues ... According to the allegation nobody has so far left
this concentration camp," said Manfred Nowak, U.N. special rapporteur on
torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
"I am presently in the process of investigating as far as I can these
allegations ... If I come to the conclusion that it is a serious and
well-founded allegation, then I will officially submit it to attention of the
Chinese government," he told a news briefing.
Nowak, who visited China late last year after a decade of negotiations, reported
last week he found torture widespread in the country, home to the world's
biggest prison population.
China has denied earlier abuse and torture charges made by Nowak and asked the
U.N. envoy to think again.
The Falun Gong bulletin said the allegations were based on "testimony from
an insider and formal journalist from China", who also alleged the camp had
a crematorium and many doctors.
Nowak, an Austrian law professor, said if the allegations proved true it would
be a serious violation of many basic human rights, including the right to life
and the right not to be subjected to torture or ill-treatment.
In his report last week he called on China to abolish its "re-education
through labour" system and urged authorities to release all political
prisoners and people held for exercising their right to freedom of speech,
assembly and religion.
This included imprisoned practitioners of Falun Gong, banned in 1999 as a
"[Chinese communist regime's slanderous words]" that threatens the government.

"China's secret concentration camp."
The title describes the content of fliers Jiang Hu distributed Saturday outside Antioch Library at Antioch Road and Shawnee Mission Parkway, Merriam.
Stories about still-Red China's political prisoners, torture and forced labor to create cheap goods for certain American mega stores are not new. But Hu's flier described something different and worse - an atrocity against a seemingly harmless multitude of dissidents who practice Falun Gong.
"Falun Gong is like a tai chi or yoga; it's a meditation," Hu said. "I do the same Falun Gong exercise. I would be prosecuted if I were in China right now."
Meditation is viewed by many as being akin to religion, and religion, including Christianity, is something the communist government in China has long repressed.
The penalty for practicing Falun Gong can be as little as a fine, which Hu says one of her friends paid.
"She was asked to renounce the belief, and sign the guarantee document, then she paid the penalty of a thousand yuan," Hu said.
Instead of a fine, some practitioners pay a price as horrible as anything Dr. Josef Mengele perpetrated on Jews at Auschwitz, if allegations coming out of China are credible. These include that the communists run a death camp where doctors harvest Falun Gong practitioners' organs for black marketers.
"Just recently, there was a Chinese government insider leak out the news," Hu said with a slight accent. "There is a place in northeastern China called Sujiatun. There is a death camp, concentration camp, set up over there for killing all these practitioners for their organs."
Inside Antioch Library, several Falun Gong practitioners, including children, meditated. They sat cross-legged in a room filled with laminated posters, some on easels, some on the walls.
In contrast to the relaxed posture of those practicing Falun Gong in the room, the posters described penalties paid by people doing the same exercises in China. The posters included photographs of people beaten to the point of mutilation.
Catherine Rooney, Eudora, said she has helped to conduct research over the past year for a report chronicling China's abuse of Falun Gong practitioners. The report will be sent for review to people representing the United Nations, Rooney said.
Rooney, who works for the University of Kansas, Lawrence, said the database used for the report included more than 40,000 testimonials describing persecution and torture.
The alleged abuse represents a marked departure from how the government embraced Falun Gong in 1992, giving founder Li Hongzhi awards for his work. By 1999, Falun Gong had gained tens of millions of followers, especially among the elderly, Hu said.
"Mainly it talks about the principle of truth, compassion, forbearance," she said.
Chinese President Jiang Zemin, seeing the exercise's popularity as a threat to the government, outlawed falun gong in July 1999.
"He felt like the population was 'high' and that the belief is not in line with communism," Hu said.
An estimated 70 million Chinese practiced Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, prior to the crackdown. Since then, according to the Falun Dafa Information Center, more than 2,800 practitioners have died in police custody.
The center supports the organ harvesting allegation, stating the news came from a Chinese journalist who saw the prison holding up to 6,000 people in the Sujiatun area, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China.
"If Falun Dafa practitioners are sent to Sujiatun," according to the source, "they have no chance of coming out. ... The CCP won't let a prisoner consume food forever. So what are they up to, then? ... The Falun Dafa practitioners are killed for their organs, which are sent off to various medical facilities. Organ sales is now a highly profitable business in China."
Western media sources have published little that supports the organ harvesting allegation.
"This news got release out by a Chinese person," Hu said. "I know CNN has one report on organ trading, but it didn't mention about Falun Gong organs."
CNN in 2001 published a report about organs being harvested from executed, though not always dead, prisoners. Chinese physician Wang Guoqi alleged he helped cull organs from prisoners whose executions had been botched intentionally. [...]
Wang told the U.S. House Subcommittee on Human Rights he also worked at a crematorium, carving skin off convicts' bodies for use on burn victims, according to CNN.
Independent verification for such allegations is made more difficult due to the limited access people inside China have to the outside world. The information situation derives partly from a decision by U.S. companies to help the communist government spy on how Chinese citizens use the Internet.
Rep. Chris Smith, R-New Jersey, prior to a congressional hearing Feb. 15, accused Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Google Inc. of "enabling dictatorship" by helping China censor the Internet.

Also due to censorship, using instant messaging is risky for Chinese who wish to discuss events at Shenyang.
"It used to be uncensored, but now it is censored as well," Hu said. "Just to protect people in mainland China, it would be best not contacting them."
Hu said she has heard through other means from friends about continuing Falun Gong persecution, but not about organ harvesting.
"That one is super secret. Even the people living close to the area have no idea what they're doing over there, but they know there's a chimney - there's some kind of smoke coming out," she said.
Hu said she came to the United States from mainland China for an education, then became a permanent resident. She said she could not return to China.
"If I go back I will face the same fate like they are facing right now," she said. "The persecution ... is all over society."

Falun Gong practitioners have held many parades through New York City, and have demonstrated both the beauty of their practice and the horrors of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. None of these events had the emotional impact of last weekend's march through downtown Manhattan.
The parade had three sections, each with a separate theme: The traditional Chinese exercise and meditation practice of Falun Gong, The persecution in China and the Chinese people's reaction, including nine-and-a-half million quitting the Chinese Communist party; and the section that really moved spectators, the news of the recently-revealed Sujiatun Death Camp , where Falun Gong practitioners are imprisoned until their organs are needed for transplant to the wealthy.

Approximately 4000 practitioners have been lightly anesthetized, cut open, stripped of their skin or organs, and incinerated, whether dead or still alive. Even blasé, seen-it-all, supposedly-desensitized New Yorkers were shocked by this despicable practice.
"Incredible," said one horrified tourist from Puerto Rico. "Brutal; inhuman," responded two theater-goers from New Jersey; "I think people should know about this."
Brutal, inhuman, appalling; almost everyone asked replied with these words. There are limits to what words can express. How can one speak of the unspeakable?
If everyone responded with the same words, they also showed the same reaction: shock, revulsion, horror, and a pain that drove deep into their hearts. No one was unmoved.
Rose Aussenac, who traveled from Normandy, France with sixteen friends to take part in the parade, described her reaction to first hearing about the organ-harvesting in Sujiatun: "I was appalled, shattered - I couldn't stop thinking about it. After World War II people said this sort of thing would never happen again. It is so sad."

One lady, a 20-year resident of the city, said she felt "deep sorrow on behalf of everybody afflicted by the [Chinese communist] regime. It is overwhelming to watch this. I am so glad people are out here marching to reveal this."
A lady from New York and her companion, visiting from Ireland, agreed. "We should know more about this [persecution.] So many people need to know what is going on. This is shocking." "It's an eye-opener," seconded the gentleman."
Two young New York natives talked about the situation in China. They were aware that police in China could imprison people for up to three years without a trial but had not heard the details about the organ-harvesting.
"So the American media won't report on the death Camp because they say they need 'confirmation'?" asked one. "Then they go to the Chinese government to get more information. It's a Catch-22."

As one stylishly dressed young man put it, "Obviously all these people are out here for a good cause, we know something bad is going on. But there are always political considerations keeping the truth hidden."
Henry Barreras, an activist from Miami Florida, said, "There is torture and prison camps in my native Cuba, but this, stealing organs, cremating people to hide the evidence, just to make a profit- this is horrible. It is not human."
Two well-dressed ladies from New York City examined photos of Falun Gong practitioner Ma Xuejun before he was arrested and after he had been starved almost to death in a CCP prison for refusing to give up his faith in Falun Gong. "That's bad.... That's very, very bad..." Their shocked expressions and the pain in their voices said so much more than their words could.

People also expressed opinions about the persecution of Falun Gong in China, and the dissolution of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP.)
Many New Yorkers agreed that the world would be a better place without the CCP. One couple, out walking their dog next to the parade route, when asked about the nine million who quit, replied, "Good for them. I think it would absolutely be a good thing if the CCP dissolved." Another young lady said simply, "Yes, I hope the Chinese Communist Party breaks up; the reasons should be obvious."
Three vacationers from Georgia echoed her views. "I'd rather see some kind of a democracy there," explained one, "but the transition might be tough."

A lady from Mamaroneck, in the city shopping, made a similar comment: "I'd love to see the CCP go away as long as the replacement was not as oppressive." She said she was glad to see the parade calling attention the coming collapse of Communism in China so the West could be prepared.
A gentleman visiting from Washington DC had read in Time Magazine about the government shooting people protesting government land-grabs. He saw it as a Free Speech issue; "Even in a communist country people should have a right to express their opinions."
One young man, who was raising funds to help homeless children, stopped his work to share the hope he saw in the Chinese people who found the courage to quit the party. "We have come a long way as a people and to see these people get away from communism is just beautiful. There are some groups of people that just persecute others terribly. To see these people overcoming that is just beautiful."

Finally, one young man, in town from New Jersey, commented on a passing float featuring people demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises and meditation.
"I picked up a CD one day from a sidewalk display about the practice and the persecution, in the city, a while ago. To me it's just a cultural matter- the Chinese people have a right to choose to practice this or not."
"I don't see why the CCP persecutes these people. This is such a peaceful practice, and it is in no way harmful. I see no reason for the CCP to persecute it.
"I am not ready to start the practice myself or anything, but I think it is a good way of living."

Geneva, March 27th, 2006 - Members of the various organizations gathered across the street from the entrance to the UN Human Rights Commission to denounce the killing of Falun Gong practitioners for their organ parts.
Standing alongside Christian Zaugg, conseiller municipal, Ville de Genève
and May Bakhtiar of the Association Suisse de Falun Gong, John Suarez of the
Cuban Democratic Directorate cited Jose Marti's call to speak out against
injustice "to witness a crime in silence is to commit it."
According to the Falun Dafa Information Center, it received shocking, detailed
information on Wednesday from a Chinese investigative journalist documenting a
concentration camp set up in Shenyang city, Liaoning province, expressly for
Falun Gong practitioners. The news comes on the heels of the Department of
State's 2005 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, released Wednesday; the
report documents continued, systematic abuses of the Falun Gong in China.
It is the first time news of the secret camp', existence was disclosed to
outsiders. The camp is said to hold over 6,000 Falun Gong adherents at any given
time, and nobody has yet to come out from it alive. According to the source, it
contains a crematorium, and an unusually large number of doctors work there
reflecting the camp's practice of killing prisoners for their organs, which are
then sold for profit.
Suarez stated, "I don't have much confidence in the Human Rights Commission
when gross human rights abusers like China, Cuba, and Sudan are on the
Commission. It is an outrage that a regime that is engaging in behavior
reminiscent of the Nazi death camps is on the Commission, but sadly I am not
surprised. We, human rights activists need to work together to denounce these
atrocities and to hold the violators accountable. Martin Luther King Jr. once
said 'injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.' This Human Rights
Commission proves the truth of that statement. The worse violators from around
the world gather here regardless of ideology to watch each others back and
attempt to cover up their misdeeds."

(Clearwisdom.net) In 2004, I was illegally held at a detention center. I learned about the Daqing City Communist administration's plan to build a secret concentration camp to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. For various reasons, this plan was not realized.
Daqing City authorities had built a secret prison called "The Falun Gong Concentration Camp" between the Jianshe Hotel and the Daqing City Detention Center. The government wanted to use it to detain and persecute "political prisoners," in fact Falun Gong practitioners who refused to give up their belief. Those incarcerated there would never come out.
The huge project was finished in the fall of 2003. The local officials were waiting for orders from their superiors regarding the official name of the concentration camp, as they dared not name it themselves. It was certain, though, that "detention center," "prison," "labor camp," and the like would not be considered. They planned to send all practitioners from Daqing City to this concentration camp. They had already issued notices to the places that were holding practitioners saying that they would be transferred there and held in one place, because they were hard to manage and refused to cooperate with officials. It would be impossible for practitioners to leave the concentration camp. Their families and other people would not know their whereabouts, as they would be detained in secret until death.
The Daqing City government assigned certain police officers and doctors to work at the concentration camp. Because those who work there would not be permitted to go home or leave the site, no one wanted to go. The police officers that were appointed used their connections and came up with excuses to get out of this assignment, and in the end, very few people went. Sun Hengli, the former head of the Longfeng Detention Center in Daqing City, slept with many women. He was also very devoted to the persecution of Falun Gong, so he was appointed head of the concentration camp, although he didn't want to go.
Certain officials at the various detention centers and other places who knew the truth didn't want practitioners to be transferred; they wanted the practitioners released. At the detention center where I was being held, when some investigators came to interrogate me, the guards would say to the case handler, "Hurry up and release him! Falun Gong practitioners are good people." Some high-ranking officials disapproved of holding practitioners in a concentration camp, but their words didn't count. For various reasons, the concentration camp that was built to persecute Falun Gong practitioners was not put into operation.
I wanted to expose this when I first left the detention center, but I heard that the concentration camp never commenced operations, so I forgot about it. After reading about the crimes at the Sujiatun Secret Concentration Camp, I remembered what I had seen and heard. I think that high-level central Communist regime functionaries systemically plan the establishment of concentration camps targeting Falun Gong practitioners.
(Clearwisdom.net) Fellow practitioners have been using cell phone messages to expose the secret Sujiatun concentration camp. At first the messages were sent successfully, but later they could not. Without the word "Sujiatun,"the messages would be delivered successfully.
It is obvious that the CCP is scared to have the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp exposed. We Falun Dafa practitioners have many ways to expose such atocities. We suggest that our fellow practitioners try their best to reveal the evil deeds committed at Sujiatun so the evil has no place to hide.
(Clearwisdom.net) Weapons warehouses need to be secret. The best type are ones that are underground with good ventilation. According to an article posted on August 18, 2005 on the ChinaTaiwan.org website, the largest warehouse for Japanese weapons seized in China in 1945 was the Sujiatun Weapons Warehouse. Below is a quote from that article:
"On the afternoon of August 19, 1945, the Soviet Union Army entered Shenyang City. Soon more than fifty thousand Japanese soldiers surrendered. On August 20, 1945, the fifth Corp Commander Kiyomizu led five Generals to arrive at the Headquarters of Soviet Red Flag First Corp located in Mudanjiang City to surrender. On August 22, 1045, 43,000 Japanese soldiers of the Fourth Corp in Harbin City surrendered to the Soviet Army. On the same day, the Soviet Army entered Dalian City. In September 1945, the CCP Eighth Corp entered the Northeast and received a large quantity of weapons from the Soviet Army. Before the Soviet Army withdrew, they passed out enough weapons and equipment to arm seven hundred thousand Japanese soldiers. The Soviet First and Second Corps received 3,700 cannons, 600 tanks, 861 airplanes, 1,200 machine guns, and the boats of the Songhuajiang River Troop.
"Former Sixteenth Corp of the Eighth Army Zeng Kelin recalls that the Soviet Army in Shenyang City passed out the biggest store of Japanese weapons from the Sujiatun Weapon Warehouse. They found that the weapons stored in Sujiatun Warehouse could equip several hundred thousand soldiers. They shipped items for three whole days, delivering twenty thousand rifles, one thousand machine guns, and 150 cannons. These are not only equipped their own corps, but some were also shipped to Shandong Province with more than five million bullets and cannon bombs."
An unknown person commented that the weapon warehouse normally needs to be secret, and it is best to be several dozen meters deep. Sixty years have passed, yet I believe these warehouses should be still in good condition with perfect ventilation. It is very possible the CCP uses the Sujiatun Weapon Warehouse to detain and murder Falun Gong practitioners, as well as keep a high degree of secrecy.
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Bai Shaohua from Beijing was tortured nearly to death. He had been sent home from the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Hebei Province, and even though he had not yet recovered from the torture and could not walk on his own, agents from the Communist regime again arrested him on March 3, 2006. Ms. Li Xupeng and Mr. Ma Wanli, who went to visit him, and his elderly mother and five-year-old daughter Bai Zhenyu, were all arrested.
The whereabouts of Bai Shaohua are unknown at this time. There is also no information indicating whether or not his mother and daughter have been released.
Since the disturbing news of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang City was exposed to the world, the sufferings of Bai Shaohua, his elderly mother and young daughter, Li Xupeng, Ma Wanli and that of all the illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners are of even more concern. What kind of torture and persecution will they face? The CCP and its followers are capable of doing any disgraceful things!
Mr. Bai Shaohua tortured nearly to death
Bai Shaohua and his wife were both arrested during the CCP's mass arrest of Falun Gong practitioners in Beijing in the days leading up to the October 1, 2005 National Day. Just in Beijing's Haidian District alone, approximately 30 practitioners were arrested.
Almost half a year has passed since October 1, 2005. It was learned that some of the practitioners were incarcerated at the Qinghe Detention Center in Haidian District, some were sent to the Dispatch Division of the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Beijing, and some were secretly sent to the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding City, Hebei Province.
Bai Shaohua has been on a hunger strike for over 100 days. He suffered from physical and mental trauma and was near death. He was carried back home on December 28, 2005. His wife Ji Lei is still detained in the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding City, Hebei Province. With him at death's door, his over 70-year-old mother and 5-year-old daughter can no longer depend on each other to get by. Refusing to give up her belief, his elderly mother is nearly blind as a result of the persecution. She was so worried that she wept, "I was expecting my son to come back. Now he is back, but a healthy person has been persecuted to such a state. They do not release my daughter-in-law. How can this family be called a family? How can this family lead a life?"
This broken family has now been damaged again. I want to ask all who participate in this persecution: Facing this broken family, facing Mr. Bai Shaohua who was tortured nearly to death: can you unashamedly declare that you did not persecute him?
In 2005, in order to rescue Bai Shaohua and other practitioners who were arrested along with him, I once called the case team at the Qinghe Detention Center in Beijing. The staff told me over the phone, "We are dealing with this case according to the law." When I asked him, "By practicing Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and being a good person, what law has been broken?" He became flustered and said, "If you are not clear about the law, don't ask me. Go consult the legal departments." I calmly told him, "I'm very clear that practicing Falun Gong does not violate any law of any country. If you know about the law, you should not participate in this persecution." His tone then turned soft, "When you see your friend in the future, you can ask him. I did not persecute him, I'm just doing my job."
"I did not persecute him. I'm just doing my job." "I did not persecute her, my family members also need to make a living." "I did not persecute you, I have no other choice."
During the bloody persecution in the past six years, different people kept saying such words. Actually this is not a surprise. Even the evil Jiang Zemin acts shamelessly. He is no longer the head of the nation but still, as a former leader of the nation, he vainly attempts to enjoy immunity to escape punishment for his crimes. By contrast, all the police officers attempt to claim that they did not detain, beat and persecute practitioners in person. The CCP and Jiang's criminal faction took the lead to do violence but do not have the courage to take responsibility. All of them want to find a scapegoat.
Even the so-called "doctors" in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp who transplant living practitioners' organs were infused with propaganda, "It is not a crime to remove the organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, it's just helping the CCP to 'cleanse'."
If you are indeed confused about the horrible end of those who participate in the persecution, let me tell you a true story. One of my relatives works in a local hospital. When I told her the truth of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, she said before I continued, "There is retribution. Those people in our hospital who participated in persecution during the Cultural Revolution have all experienced tragedies in their later years. Many of them have children suffering from cancer."
Indeed, in the last few years, innumerable officials who persecuted Dafa practitioners have received their due retribution. Hurting others is to hurt oneself. Even one's family and friends will be affected. Those who do not do violence with the evil and take a chance to treat practitioners kindly and protect them will have a very bright future.
Thinking about the thousands of practitioners who died as a result of persecution in the past six years, I wish to ask those who participated in the persecution, "Dare you say that you have no blood of practitioners on your hands? Aren't Tang Yubao who electric shocked practitioner Gao Rongrong and He Xuejian who raped practitioner Liu Jizhi, like you? If you can truly be responsible for yourself, please no longer do evil deeds with the CCP! Please do not take other's sufferings and your one tragic future as child's play."

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Guilan is in her 60s and lives alone in 3-4 Building #4-301, Babaishang Block, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. At around 3:00 p.m. on February 26, 2006, policemen arrested her at home. They cut the electricity first, then stormed into her apartment when she came out to check the plugs, ransacking her place.
Ms. Zhou Guilan's daughter and son (both married) went to the police department every day for three days to request visitation with their mother, but they were refused. The fourth day, policemen gave Ms. Zhou Guilan's sweater and sweatpants to her children, saying that Ms. Zhou was in the detention center and not allowed to wear her own sweats. It was still very cold, and the police refused to allow them to send her warm clothes. They could only buy warm clothes from the detention center store. Ms .Zhou Guilan has been on hunger strike to protest the illegal detention.
Ms. Zhou Guilan's husband died young, and she lives a hard life. She disciplines herself according to the standards of a cultivator, always thinking about others first. She is sincere, kind, and tolerant and is considered a very well-received and good person. Such a good person was arrested and detained.

(Clearwisdom.net) From February 28, 2006, until the beginning of the Two Congresses (Congress for People's Representatives and Congress for Political Consultation), the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) conducted another round of persecution against practitioners in the Yanbian area, including eight counties and cities such as Yanji, Tumen, Antu and Longjing. The situation in other areas is unknown due to the information blockade. This was part of a nationwide persecution against practitioners during the Two Party Congresses.
On March 7, officers from the Longjing City Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Shang Shuxin from Longjin City when she helped her partially paralyzed husband on a stroll through the streets. Her elderly husband was left on the freezing streets for two days and could not take care of himself. When someone finally found him two days later, his legs were frozen stiff.
Until mid-March 2006, agents from Yanji City followed the plans of Xu Xiaofeng and Xiao Bin, heads of the National Security Division, to start a large-scale arrest after obtaining information on many practitioners by following them and waiting outside their homes to find out their itinerary. Many practitioners have been arrested, including Liu Zhenxi, Sun Zelin, Dong Guizhi, An Yingji, and Song Guoru from Yanji City; Wen Yinjia from Wangqing County; and Huang Wenxue and Wang Dianrong from Antu County. Practitioners in other counties and cities have apparently also been arrested. Many material production sites have been destroyed, and computers, printers, food and many pieces of equipment taken. Direct and indirect losses are hard to estimate. Several practitioners have disappeared and many practitioners left home to live in exile.
Yanji City National Security agents followed practitioners Huang Wenxue and Wang Dianrong to Antu County and arrested them after they talked to practitioners Dong Guizhi, Wen Yinjia, and Liu Zhenxi inside Yanbian National Trade Building. Wang Dianrong was arrested on February 28 and Huang Wenxue was arrested on March 1.
During the Party Congresses, police officers from Yanji City, Longjing City, Helong City, and Tumen City harassed practitioners at home. Agents from the Longjiang City Police Department and the Chaoyangchuan Town Police Station in Longjiang City harassed practitioners in different towns and counties. They arrested three practitioners from Qinlao Village. A young practitioner, Tian Xingang, from Longjing City was arrested from home, and another Korean Chinese practitioner from Longjing City was arrested. Several practitioners from Tumen City were arrested.
Right now, practitioners Sun Zelin, Dong Guizhi, Song Guoru, Wen Yinjia from Wangqing County, Huang Wenxue, Wang Dianrong, and three women practitioners are being held at the Yanji City Detention Center. Many practitioners, including An Qingji, are being held in the Tumen Detention Center. Three practitioners, including Tian Xingang, from Longjing County and Shang Shuxin are held at the Longjing City Detention Center. Persecution is also taking place in other areas but we are unable to verify it at present.

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Mr. Wang Zhige from Fangzheng County, Heilongjiang Province was illegally sentenced and imprisoned in Hulan Jail, Heilongjiang Province. There he was tortured by the prison guards and common criminals. In Fangzheng County Jail, the section chief of National Security, Chou Yongsheng, conspired with police officers Dong Yansong, Weng Hongjun and others to persecute Mr. Wang Zhige, causing loss of sight in his right eye.
On March 27, 2005, the section chief of Fangzheng County National Security, Chou Yongsheng, led police to kidnap Mr. Wang. They confiscated a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a printer, and other materials from his home.
In the office of the National Security team, Mr. Wang was interrogated and tortured for twenty-four hours. He was beaten on the face by policeman Weng Xuebing in front of the bureau chief. On March 28, he was thrown into jail. On April 4, Mr. Wang started to fast to protest the persecution. On April 8, he was brutally force-fed by police, which lasted around 3 hours. This caused his oral cavity to become infected. The food went into his trachea, causing him to suffocate and go into shock. After several days the guards carried out a second force-feeding.
On April 13, Mr. Wang's right eye suddenly could not see things clearly and he soon lost sight. He still cannot see out of his right eye, and the fingers on his right hand are numb. The jail's political instructor, Dong Yansong, slapped Mr. Wang in the face. The guards kept force-feeding him until May 7 when he stopped fasting.
On June 22, 2005, police from Fangzheng County transferred Mr. Wang to Hulan Jail. At the guard's bidding, the chief of the training team, Li Maojin (the head of the criminals) and other criminals pushed Mr. Wang to the ground and pulled his arms in order to force him to give up his belief in Falun Gong. Guard Xu Ruye threatened him saying: "If you do not "transform," you will not be allowed to have visitors, write letters or make calls."
Mr. Wang was coerced to write the "Four Statements" to give up his belief. However, he soon realized his mistake. On September 5, he and four other Dafa practitioners submitted solemn declarations to the jail in written form, declaring the four statements they wrote earlier null and void. Later on, the guards became angry out of shame. They forced Mr. Wang to stand from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day for 30 days. Because Mr. Wang firmly believed in Dafa, the guards asked the head of the criminals, Li Maojin, to look for a 3 centimeter-wide stool and force Mr. Wang to sit on it for physical punishment. In the afternoon, Li Jikai and Zheng Shujun beat Mr. Wang to make his eyes red. In the evening, they also forced him to stand facing a wall all night to indoctrinate him. Mr. Wang did not listen to them.
For the next several days, the guards threatened to kill him. One time, when they were brutally beating him, Mr. Wang loudly shouted, "Falun Dafa is good. Li Jikai beats me." Later on, a criminal head by the name of Wang Dengming beat Mr. Wang on the chest. Mr. Wang loudly shouted as before: "Falun Dafa is good." That evening, Mr. Wang found the vice-chief of the training team, Wang Lianyun, and condemned him for inciting the criminal inmates to beat Dafa practitioners mercilessly. Later on, they controlled themselves to some extent.
Hulan Jail is composed of a training team and fifteen brigades. The training team is the key element in persecuting Dafa practitioners in the jail. After Dafa practitioners are illegally arrested, they are first put into the training team to be persecuted. They are not allowed to talk among themselves. Every Dafa practitioner is monitored by two to four prisoners. The methods of persecution include: holding meetings of "exposure and criticism," sleep deprivation, beating, striking the arms and legs, tying with ropes, being confined in a solitary compartment, standing for long periods of time, and many other cruel methods. After Dafa practitioners are transferred from the training team to other brigades, they are monitored.

Since October 2005, officials from 610 Offices of various cities in Jiangsu Province gathered in the Nanjing Women's Prison, starting another round of "transformation" for the Falun Gong practitioners detained there.
The following are a few of the cases.
Practitioner Ms. Song Weijuan, from Nantong City, has been sentenced to 10 and a half years in Nanjing Women's Prison. In the second half of 2005, the National Security Bureau investigated Ms. Song again and threatened to increase her prison term. Over a long period of slave labor and mental abuse, her health became extremely poor. Still, she was not allowed to take a rest or receive medical treatment.
Ms. Zhang Yuhua, a resident of Nanjing, was incarcerated in the prison.
Ms. Zhang Xiurong from Xuzhou, has been sentenced to a 5-year prison term. She is very determined in her belief in Falun Dafa.
Ms. Li Jinan from Kunshan City, is scheduled to be released on May 9, 2006. However, the 610 Office may scheme to not let her go home after she is released. We sincerely hope everyone will send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate all elements of the old forces and support our fellow practitioners. In addition to that, we will contact Ms. Li's family members and encourage them to take Ms. Li back home with firm determination.

1. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhu Fangxia and Others Arrested and Their Homes Ransacked
Recently, Falun Dafa practitioners in Maoming City have been followed, monitored on the telephone, harassed at home, and arrested. Around January 10, 2006, practitioners Ms. Zhu Fangxia, Ms. Chen Yuping, and Ms. Shi Xiuping were arrested and placed in a brainwashing center with the "excuse" that the Two Congresses would be held soon.
On January 12, 2006, practitioner Mr. Pan Shengde from the Maogang District had his home ransacked and was forced to leave home to avoid being arrested. Some other practitioners' homes were also ransacked.
Around February 22, 2006, practitioners Mr. Abao (last name unknown) and Mr. Liang Jinchun went missing. Ten policemen ransacked one practitioner's home in the Guandu District. Two Falun Dafa material production centers were destroyed.

3. [Sichuan Province] Persecution Facts Concerning Ms. Li Xihui with the Sichuan Province Radio Station
Practitioner Ms. Li Xihui is an employee of the Sichuan Province Radio Station. In October 2005, she was arrested by policemen from the Simaqiao Station when passing out truth clarifying materials in the Radio Station Family Housing. She was detained in the Chengdu City Detention Center for two weeks.
Upon returning to work, her employer withheld her salary, paying only the minimum living expenses, and did not allow her to go back to work. She was required to submit an understanding report within a certain time, and her work ID and entrance pass were taken away. The security guards forbade her to enter the office area, and security guards and the CCP secretary constantly called her and went to her home to threaten her husband, trying to force her to give up her cultivation.

At the beginning of 2006, practitioner Ms. Gan Jiejun from Shenzhen City was arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials on Hongbao Street. No one knows where she is now. Ms. Gan Jiejun is in her 60s, and has been arrested several times and held in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp once.

On February 11, 2006, practitioners Mr. Wang Sanyun and his wife, from Jizhong Township, Lushan County, Henan Province, were arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials. We recently heard that they are detained in the Lushan County Detention Center.

On February 24, 2006, practitioner Ms. Lin Jinlan, in her 70s, from the Jungong Community in the Qiaokou District of Wuhan City went missing and she hasn't been heard from since. Ms. Lin Jinlan has been arrested several times because she practices Falun Dafa and believes in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance."
12. [Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Feng Chunhua and Others Arrested
On February 9, 2006, policemen arrested practitioners Ms. Feng Chunhua and Mr. He Xuequan from Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, and ransacked their homes. Eight practitioners have been arrested, and seven out of the eight were detained at the Canxi County Hotel for a forced brainwashing session. The other practitioner was detained at the Cangxi County Detention Center.
13. [Hunan Province] Ms. Mo Xiaoyan Missing
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Mo Xiaoyan is in her 30s and lives in Yueyang City. She was detained in Changsha City Women's Prison from 1999 to 2002. She went back to her hometown Shaoyang City in February 2003 and was arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials. No one knows what happened after that.
14. [Gong'an County, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Materials Center Destroyed
At 11:00 a.m. on March 14, 2006, led by State Security Division Head Liao Xuesheng (male) of Gong'an County Police Department, more than 30 policemen destroyed one Falun Dafa materials center, taking equipment worth more than 20,000 yuan, arresting one elderly practitioner, and forcing one young practitioner to leave home to avoid being arrested.

On the morning of March 14, 2006, about seven plainclothes policemen sent by the 610 Office stormed into practitioner Mr. Zhang Yiming's home on 18-524 Lane, Aomen Street, Putuo District. They arrested Mr. Zhang Yiming and ransacked his home for several hours. Mr. Zhang Yiming is now detained in the Putuo District Detention Center. Mr. Zhang Yiming was once sentenced to five years in Tilanqiao Prison, and was released early in June 2005.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li (first name unknown, people call her Aunt Li) from the Longquanyi District in Chengdu City has been missing for several days. One person who knows her said she saw her clarifying the truth in Longquan Music Square and being arrested. No one knows where she is now.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Xie Zhiyuan was arrested in February 2006 when clarifying the truth. He spent two years in Dayan Forced Labor Camp located in Ziyang City, starting in January 2000. He was sentenced to another three years of forced labor in 2002 and served that term in Xinhua Forced Labor Camp located in Mianyang City. In 2004, he confined to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center only one month after being released from his second forced labor term.

On the afternoon of March 13, 2006, practitioner Mr. Ni Yinbao from Hangzhou City was found by security guards when passing out truth clarifying materials in Caihe Neighborhood. The security guards caught him at the exit and sent him to a detention center on the same night. His blood pressure is very high, and his life is in danger.

Recently, the Guizhou Province Government issued a notice to the Huaxi District in Guiyang City that the reward for reporting each practitioner had been raised from 500 yuan to 2,000 yuan.

On March 2, 2006, Resident Registration Office Head Li Wengui of the Changchun City Police Department appeared on Jilin Province TV's "Looking at the City" program and said publicly that they would start detailed checks of all rental houses, with an emphasis on tracking down Falun Dafa practitioners who have left home to avoid arrest.

It has been heard from some practitioners that the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party aired on Channel 8 of the Chinese Central TV in the Chaluhe Area in Yongji County. The broadcast lasted around twenty to thirty minutes. At present, police are trying to find out where the signal came from.
3. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Chang Lizhong Held at the No.1 Detention Center
Around 3:00 p.m. on March 10, 2006, personnel from Qinhuangdao City's National Security Team, the former No.1 Section of the City Police Department, located on the Sixth Floor of Eastern Building on Haiyang Road, committed a crime. They broke into the home of Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Chang Lizhong, in his 30s, in the Wenmingli Residential District. Mr. Chang is an employee of the city's Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. They confiscated two laptop computers, five printers, a CD player, a DVD player, some cash, Master's picture, some Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. What they took was worth several ten thousand yuan. A senior female practitioner was arrested at the same time. At present, Mr. Chang is being held at the city's No.1 Detention Center.
In addition, around March 9, 2006, a male practitioner from the city's Teiluli was taken away by the police. The detailed information is unclear.
4. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Liu Heqing Held at a Mental Hospital
Around 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2006, several policemen broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Liu Heqing, a member of Jiaoceng No.5 Residential Committee in Yisuhe Town, Xiangtan County. These people searched his home to find "evidence" in order to arrest him; however, they only find a copy of Zhuan Falun. Taking this as justifiable cause, they tied him up and packed him into a police car. Since then, Mr. Liu's whereabouts have been unknown. Five days later his family learned that Liu was put into the No. 5 Ward in the city's mental hospital. Police cuffed his hands and feet to a metal bed. Mr. Liu was immobilized and was staging a hunger strike.
On February 5, the doctors found nothing wrong with Mr. Liu. They released him from the bed and let him walk in the ward. According to the doctors, policemen who took him to the mental hospital ordered the doctors to release Mr. Liu after The Two Conferences of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Practitioner Mr. Liu Huimin, in his 40s, from Haihongzhuang, Xiaoyingzi, was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for his Falun Gong practice. Last year he was released, but he has no job or home and lived temporarily at Chen Zhiling's home. Around 3:00 p.m. on March 10, 2006, the police knocked on the door and claimed they were Chen Zhiling's relatives. After he opened the door, the police ransacked the home and arrested him without showing any legal documentation. Zhang Shujun, head of the Qinglong County National Security Brigade, participated in the arrest.

Yesterday, two older women practitioners from Changchun City got up early because they planned to visit a sick friend in Siping City and needed to catch the 5:00 a.m. train. When they got downstairs a little after 4:00 a.m., police patrolling the street arrested them, citing as the reason "they came out too early." One of the practitioners asked, "What did we do that made you arrest us? Is walking in the street violating the law?" The police didn't listen to the two older women, forcibly took them to police station and didn't release them until an hour later. The two senior women missed their train and could not make their trip to see their friend. Right now in China, the authorities have become so fearful that "a slight movement in the wind" is enough to make them jitter.

The arrest happened at her mother's home. They put her into a detention center; then they ransacked her home and took her computer, printer and some Falun Dafa books.
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jixiang from Zhucheng City, around 61 years old, living in Shiqiao Town was reported to the police when clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa. Personnel from the National Security Team in Zhucheng City arrested him and put him into a detention center where he has been held to this day.

During the afternoon of February 23, 2006, personnel from the Zhoucun District National Security Team, Yao Junrong and Ren Chuandou, heads of the district "610 Office," arrested practitioners Wei Xing (Wei Benzhi) and Wang Bo from the Zhoucun District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. They put the practitioners into the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp (Baoshan Forced Labor Camp) for one year of forced labor.
On February 13 and 15, personnel from the National Security Team and from the "610 Office" arrested practitioner Ms. Chen Xinhong from Nanjiao Town and practitioner Li Shuai from Wangcun Town. They extorted a huge amount of money from their families and then released them. They also arrested 58-year-old practitioner Ms. Chi Yumei from Nanjiao Town and 49-year-old practitioner Ms. Liu Guifen from Mengshui Town on February 27 and March 8, respectively. The two practitioners are still being held in the Zhoucun District and are being forced to undergo brainwashing.
Lu Mei, 47 years old, who was locked up in a Zibo City Brainwashing Class for half a year, has been relocated to the Zhoucun District Brainwashing class 18 months ago. She has become a "collaborator" and helps "610 Office " personnel persecute practitioners.

During the afternoon of March 8, 2006, personnel from the Hengshui City Police Department broke into practitioner Ms. Liu Shuzhen's home and confiscated Falun Dafa books. Afterwards they arrested Liu Shuzhen at her work place, the Wuyi County Hospital in Wuyi, and then took her to Hengshui City.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Yuntang is living in Gaomeng Village, Beishijiawu Township, Langfang City. He escaped with the power of righteous though when the police ransacked his home. His wife Ms. Wang Jianhua was arrested when she went to Xianghe to rescue other practitioners on January 8 (the Chinese lunar calendar). Mr. Zhang decided to live in exile to avoid further persecution. The township Party secretary often came to Mr. Zhang's home and harassed his family. He deceived Mr. Zhang's family members, saying that he only would like to talk with him and would not arrest him. But during the evening of March 7, 2006, when Mr. Zhang had just returned, the police who had monitored his home immediately arrested him.
It is said that Zhang Yuntang is being held at the Langfang City Detention Center. His wife Wang Jianhua was just sentenced to two years of forced labor, but Tangshan City Forced Labor Camp personnel refused to admit her. Thus, the police recently sent her to the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp. The couple was persecuted while their parents and children were left home without care.
Practitioner Ms. Shi Dongyan (Shi Zhimin's daughter) who works in the Langfang City Development Zone was taken from her workplace by some gang members during the morning of March 6, 2006. Those gangsters are suspected to be personnel from the Langfang City Police Department and from the Development Zone Police Station. Over a week has passed, but her whereabouts are still unknown. Her family is very worried.
25. [Pingdingshan City, Hebei Province] Eight Practitioners Including Wang Sanyuan Persecuted
The practitioner couple Mr. Wang Sanyuan and Ms. Wang Chunxia from Jizhong Township, Lushan County, Pingdingshan City have disappeared on January 14, 2006 (Chinese lunar calendar) when they went to visit relatives. According to a reliable source on March 9, the couple was unlawfully arrested around the county's Jianghe Factory (detailed location is unknown). Eight other practitioners may have been arrested at the same time. Details need verification. We suggest for practitioners from Lushan County to investigate as early as possible. We need to find out where those practitioners are being held in order to rescue them. Please send forth righteous thoughts to help these eight practitioners negate the arrangement of the old forces.
26. [Beijing] Practitioners Ms. Zhang and Kong Jie Persecuted in the Fengtai Detention Center
Practitioner Kong Jie from Fengtai District is currently being held at the Fengtai Detention Center. Kong Jie was sentenced to three years of imprisonment. He has appealed.
Another practitioner surnamed Zhang is also being held at the Fengtai Detention Center. Police attempted to sentence her. It is said that she has received the illegal trial document.
27. [Miyun County, Beijing] Persecution in West Tiangezhuang Town
The persecution against Falun Gong in West Tiangezhuang Town, Miyun County, Beijing is always severe. In 2000, the town's "610 Office" was the first one to collectively detain Falun Gong practitioners in the Shudi Secondary School at that time for cruel torture. Many practitioners were severely injured from savage beatings. Several women practitioners were sexually abused; one of them was actually raped. Zhang Lianjiang, the chief of police station, and Li Fuchun, the deputy chief, actively plotted the persecution and were later rewarded for their actions. Zhang Lianjing was promoted to Xiwengzhuang Town Police Station chief and Li Fuchun was promoted to be the head of the Miyun Town People's Congress.
Personnel in the current town Communist regime, in the police station and in the "610 Office" are even worse. They take the initiative to urge each village committee to make the rules for rewarding those people who report or persecute practitioners. They distributed their persecution notice to everyone in certain villages.

Mr. Fang Guangxiao, 67 years old, is a retired engineer from the Chengdu City Steel Pipe Factory. Agents from the Crime Section in the Chengdu City Police Department arrested him before the Chinese New Year, citing "leaking national secrets" as the alleged crime. Fang Guangxiao posted the internal document of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners on the Internet. After he was incarcerated at the Pi County Detention Center for one month, he was transferred to the Xinjin Brainwashing Class for further persecution. His family has made requests to visit him.

During recent months, the education department colluded with the "610 Office" in eastern Guangdong Province to extort students' under the guise "army training fee." Each student was required to hand in 190 to 250 yuan as the training fee. In fact, they ordered students to watch videos slandering Falun Dafa. They threatened those students who would not join the "training" or turn in the training fee that they would lower student's scores and withhold graduation certificates.

(Clearwisdom.net) A "solemn declaration" is a person's public statement declaring to the world that whatever he or she has done or said under duress or deception that was against Falun Dafa is null and void. Most of these statements have come from Falun Dafa practitioners in China who wished to express regret that, in the face of physical torture and brainwashing, they had signed documents renouncing Dafa and guaranteeing not to practice again. (Clearwisdom.net) I was deeply inspired by the article, "Ancient Chinese Stories of Cultivation: The 'Benevolent' Mr. Wang, a Buddhist Cultivator" (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2005/10/15/65895.html). In fact I was shocked after reading it and felt, as if awakened from a dream, because Mr. Wang's actions and thoughts are like a reflection of mine. A lot of my attachments and flaws were revealed to me while reading the article, and I would like to share my experience with other practitioners.
I have not been able to handle well my relationship with my husband, who does not practice Falun Gong. I have always seen him as a hindrance in my cultivation path. I treated him the way Mr. Wang treated the old man, who (in the story) was in fact the Living Buddha in disguise. My husband did not understand why I put all my time and effort into Dafa-related work and took no time for our relationship. I did not look inside; instead, I blamed him for being "amoral" and I even regretted marrying him. Sometimes, I would even dream about having a husband who was a cultivator and about how much work we could get done together. In retrospect I see how selfish I was and was deeply ashamed about only thinking of myself and not of my husband. Such selfish thoughts and actions show that I was indeed "Lost in stupefying illusion, and vainly dreaming of journeying to the Western Paradise" (from "Acting with Intent" in Hongyin, Translation A). In fact, the poor display of my xinxing at home was the very thing that prevented my husband from understanding Dafa. Although I thought I had understood Dafa myself, I was not living it. Like the "Benevolent Mr. Wang," all I was thinking of was myself and doing things to "hurry quickly on the road."
In fact, this happened not just at home but also at my workplace and in relationships with fellow practitioners. All I have thought about is myself and my Dafa work, always thinking, "I cannot let this delay my work." I always felt that I was doing the right thing because I was doing it to save sentient beings. Whenever I felt that other people were hindering my "doing work," I would become impatient. At my workplace, I did not offer to help to my colleagues, because by doing so, I would not have time to "do my own things." On the surface, the excuse seemed reasonable as I thought, "I am not doing this for myself, I am doing this to save sentient beings." Whenever fellow practitioners shared their experiences, but took too long, I would become impatient almost immediately, thinking, "This is such a waste of time! Especially now that time is so precious." I treated Dafa-related tasks as work, and sadly, I did not realize that such a selfish and self-centered attachment was buried underneath it.
Sometimes when I heard people saying that practitioners from a certain area or in a certain project group had very good cultivation experience sharing and that practitioners there were able to improve very quickly, I would become very envious, and would want to choose a project group that also had very good sharing as well, hoping that it would give my own personal cultivation a great boost. How could such an outward looking person with such strong attachments, actions filled with intent, and selfish thinking ever improve in cultivation and save sentient beings?
Finally, I realized that every minute and every second in our lives is for cultivation. I have to remember that I am a cultivator, firmly in my mind, every single moment of my life. I have to use a cultivator's standard to regard every incident and through them, improve and cultivate myself. When I became enlightened to my shortcomings, I was able to have empathy for my husband and started to truly consider him first. Soon he became very thoughtful and supportive and in the end my home environment grew more and more harmonious.
I am ashamed that I have cultivated for so many years and yet it took so long for me to be able to see my shortcomings in cultivation. I hope that others may be able to learn from my experiences and remember that we must always look inside, cultivate ourselves, and not be the "Mr. Wang who hurries on the road."
(Clearwisdom.net) I am illiterate, but I can read Master's books and
recent scriptures, and I can read almost all the articles on the Minghui/Clearwisdom
website. With solid faith in Master, Falun Dafa has guided me, Master is
protecting me, and I know it is very urgent to save sentient beings. I have come
across different issues in helping people withdraw from the Chinese Communist
Party and its associated organizations. Below is one example.
First I tried to help my parents-in-law withdraw. They not only refused but also
influenced other family members. I studied the Fa and sent forth
righteous thoughts after returning home to eliminate all the rotten demons that
were blocking my parents-in-law and family from withdrawing from the CCP and its
organizations and to eliminate all evil factors, layer after layer. I
enlightened that I am a cultivator of Falun Dafa, and no beings are worthy of
blocking me.
Several days later, on my mother-in-law's birthday, I sent forth righteous
thoughts on the way to their house. During the dinner party, not only did my
parents-in-law withdraw, but all my friends and family who came to celebrate
withdrew.
I sent out a thought to let my mother-in-law be absent for a little while. As
soon as my thought emerged, my father-in-law asked my mother-in-law to go take
care of something. I knew Master was helping me, so I quickly clarified the
truth to my friends and family. They all withdrew.
My mother-in-law returned when the dinner started. I clarified the truth to her
after dinner, and she withdrew as well. I also gave her a Falun Dafa keepsake
and told her to remember that Falun Dafa is good and she would receive
blessings. My Master has come to provide salvation to all.
Master taught us,
"If you don't sever emotion, you won't be able to cultivate. But if you do break out of emotion, nobody can affect you, and ordinary attachments won't be able to sway you. What replaces it is compassion, which is more noble." (from "Improving Character" in the Fourth Talk of Zhuan Falun)
I deeply understand now that if we do something with human attachments, we
will not reach the standard of a cultivator. We should especially not be
attached to sentimentality (qing). The first time I used
sentimentality to try to persuade my family, the result was not good. After
studying the Fa, correcting my mentality, and treating all people as sentient
beings with benevolent compassion, the results were very good. The bottom line
is that if our standpoint is right, the power of Falun Dafa will manifest, and
our purpose in saving sentient beings can be reached.
I must do the three things well on the path of validating Falun Dafa,
diligently advance on our divine path, and be a disciple that reaches Master's
expectations.

I am a worker from Xingtai City. In order to make more money, I worked day and night. However, a big event completely changed my life. I witnessed the extraordinary miracle of Dafa.
It was on the evening of October 23, 2005. I was working overtime. It was around 8:30 p.m. when I was concentrating on welding a huge oil tank that weighed about six tons. Suddenly its hook disconnected from above and the oil tank was falling right on top of me. My colleagues were shocked and screamed. I raised my head and had only one thought, "It's all over." At that critical moment, however, my desire to live dominated my thoughts. A neighbor of mine who is a Falun Gong practitioner often told us to recite "Falun Dafa is good!" to stay safe. But I did not really believe him.
I did not have time to think too much, but I shouted, "Falun Dafa is...." The word "good" did not even come out and I only felt something gush out of my stomach. I did not know if it was blood or food. I then lost my consciousness. I felt that I was floating around somewhere. I passed the sea and saw a small island. I then entered a cave and saw nine strange animals. They were like lions and tigers without tails. I could not tell what they were exactly. They were eating a pile of bones. Upon seeing me enter, they rushed to me with their mouths open. I was frightened. Suddenly a voice said, "Falun Dafa is good!" I then shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" My voice was loud. Suddenly a flaming wheel was spinning in the air and the animals disappeared instantly. I looked at the sky and the twinkling stars and floated around again.
I did not know how long it had been when I opened my eyes. I saw that I was connected to various tubes, six big tubes and others for bodily wastes. The doctor told me that I had been unconscious for three days. At that moment, my wife entered. She forced a smile and said, "I was not allowed to visit the first seven days, but I requested this exception because I have something very important to tell you. No matter what happens, be sure to remember that Falun Dafa is good! And do not think anything else. This is the word from our neighbor practitioner. She said that Falun Dafa could certainly save you. Please recite it. Otherwise you will die." She then started crying again. I kept these words in mind. I recited it when I was awake. My pain was instantly relieved and I could sleep. I started reciting it as soon as I woke up. On the fifth day, I could take food. The nurse told me something while feeding me, "Young fellow, you are truly lucky. When you were brought to the hospital, your whole body was purple and black, and you were barely breathing. Even your eyes were blue and black. Your body was really rigid. After CT scans and X-rays, the doctor said that you could not live long. They asked your colleagues to call your family to rush to see you for the last time. Everyone in your family was crying. Later your neighbor came and said something to your family. And your family requested for you to have surgery. That was truly a big mess. Although your legs were broken, they were only fixed with steel plate. Your inner organs were all broken and they were all mixed together. We were just trying to be humane and carried out the surgery. To be honest, it was quite scary."
Half a month later, I was transferred to a regular ward. My wife gave me an MP3 player and asked me to listen. She told me that practitioner told me to listen to it. I repeatedly listened to the music "Pudu" and "Jushi." My tears fell while I was listening to the music.
It was truly amazing. My condition improved daily. I tried to get out of bed and walk on my own. I requested to be released on the forty-eighth day. The doctor was shocked. Everything was normal, normal and normal! I was released on the fiftieth day. I walked slowly. My doctor said with surprise, "It was our duty to do the surgery. But the recovery in the ward can only be attributed to you. I have been in the field for so many years and it is truly amazing to see such a remarkable phenomenon."
After I got home, when my friends visited me, I told each of them this true story. They are all waking up and many of them have gotten close to Falun Gong. The lies can no longer deceive people. When I once again read Zhuan Falun, a clear thought occurred to me, "I also want to be a new practitioner. Dafa gave me a new life. I can never miss this opportunity. I can no longer be deceived by the lies!" My friends, what do you think?
Last, I would like to quote another practitioner: "All the wealth does not weigh as much as the book Zhuan Falun; a millionaire is not as fortunate as a Falun Gong practitioner."

(Clearwisdom.net) I would like to recount the miraculous things that happened to my sister-in-law.
On the afternoon of October 10, 2005, my sister-in-law's nose would not stop bleeding. They couldn't help her in the district hospital, so she had to go to the hospital in the city. Her platelet count was only 5,000. Her condition was critical, and she had to be admitted to the hospital. The doctor immediately gave her cortisone injections, and wanted to perform a bone marrow transplant. Throughout the course of events, I kept talking and clarifying the truth to her. She said so herself, that her big sister and younger brother had changed a lot for the better after practicing Falun Gong, and that she would start practicing too when she recovered from this episode.
My sister-in-law's arms and legs were covered with purpuric spots. I asked her to say, "Falun Dafa is good."
That afternoon at 4:00 p.m., to get a more accurate diagnosis, we transferred my sister-in-law to a larger hospital. Immediately after being admitted, she underwent a bone marrow transplant. I told my sister-in-law to recite, "Falun Dafa is good." My husband and I, together with another two fellow disciples, sent forth righteous thoughts at the bedside. We wouldn't allow the dark minions, the rotten ghosts and the old forces' evil elements to interfere with my sister-in-law from obtaining the Fa. After the procedure, my sister-in-law said that she didn't feel any pain, nor was she nervous.
The next day, the test results came back. Her platelet count dropped from 8,000 to 6,000. By chance, the patient opposite her was suffering from the same condition. The twenty-something-year-old had been in the hospital for about ten days, and had spent over 30,000 yuan on medical treatment. Not only were there no signs of improvement, she did not look like she was going to make it. Facing this situation, my sister-in-law said, "I shouldn't be seeking treatment here. I should be practicing Falun Gong at home." I immediately called her husband and told him that no matter how busy he was (it was in the midst of the fall harvest), he had to come to the hospital. The doctor said, besides this condition, they also discovered rheumatoid factors and disequilibrium of her liver and triple Warmer meridians. This would be affected by and interfere with the pharmacological treatment, making her case difficult to manage. Her husband was in utter despair. Forget about not having the money, even if they had, it would not do any good. At that moment, I asked him to let my sister-in-law come home with me to practice Falun Gong. When he learned that there was still hope, he couldn't hold back his tears and wept, and said to me, "My dear sister-in-law, if we were not in the hospital, I would kneel and kowtow to you."
Thus, after staying three nights and four days in hospital, and spending nearly 7,500 yuan, we went home without any medicine.
I kept close by my sister-in-law in the ensuing days. Fellow practitioners also came. We studied the Fa, practiced the exercises, and sent forth righteous thoughts together. Three days after my sister-in-law left the hospital, she kept up her practice and was able to complete the standing exercises. Although dripping with sweat, she was clearly in high spirits. On the seventh day, her purpuric spots had already disappeared.
When my sister-in-law's husband came back to the village with the diagnosis and medical expenses receipt to file for the medical expenditure, the village head and people from the village commission saw it and they all said that she had no chance. The people who were friendly with my sister-in-law all cried in grief. My sister-in-law was afraid to upset her father who had a stroke, so at night she covered herself and cried under her blankets.
When everyone heard that after I took her home to practice Falun Gong and that she could be cured, the village chief said, "If she's cured from practicing Falun Gong, then I will practice too." At the time there were people who also said, "I'll practice too." When my sister-in-law's husband came to my house and said to me, "Sister-in-law, I want to read the book (Zhuan Falun) too (before he didn't believe whatever we said about Falun Gong)," my sister-in-law's father-in-law was very thankful.
Her older sister and younger brother's wife all came to my house to see her. They were also Falun Dafa cultivators, and like other practitioners, had learned the songs written by Dafa practitioners. As they sang, they all started to cry. The Buddha's infinite grace, and Master's compassion is impossible to repay.
On the second day after my sister-in-law left the hospital, I took the opportunity of completing the paperwork for her discharge from the hospital to return to the ward and clarify the truth to several patients. I gave each of them a small booklet of truth-clarifying material, so they could understand the facts and have a bright future.
Within the span of a mere seven days, my sister-in-law had experienced the test of life and death; the people around her bore testimony to the miraculousness of Dafa; the people in my hometown had personally felt that "Falun Dafa is good," and I did what a Dafa disciple should. All of these blessings came from the great merciful Master, from Dafa, and from Dafa disciples' firm righteous faith in Master and Dafa.
After staying in my home for 23 days, I took my sister-in-law back to her home. It caused quite a stir and the whole village came to see her. My sister-in-law told everyone, "It was Falun Dafa that saved my life." Everyone praised Dafa's miraculousness, and predestined people entered into the Tao and obtained the Fa one by one.
Epilogue
My sister-in-law is currently managing a home of seven. She studies the Fa and practices the exercises every day. People from the villages north and south frequently come to her door, to verify that the things that happened to her body were true and believable. They all returned home to study the Fa and practice as well.

Shared at the 2006 U.S. Western Falun Dafa Conference
(Clearwisdom.net) Before practicing Falun Dafa, I was a Zen Buddhist. I provided many Buddhist services for families free of charge, such as chanting scriptures and praying for the soul and peace for people and their families. I often held Buddhist group studies in my house. Even though I cultivated Zen Buddhism for many years, I still could not feel the essence of the "Buddha Fa." I was anxious and felt helpless; how could I advance in my cultivation?
At the end of 2002, a friend of mine from Texas sent me the book Zhuan Falun, written by Master Li Hongzhi. I was struck by just the first short paragraph of Lunyu:
"The Buddha Fa is most profound; among all the theories in the world, it is the most intricate and extraordinary science. In order to explore this domain, humankind must fundamentally change its conventional thinking. Otherwise, the truth of the universe will forever remain a mystery to humankind, and everyday people will forever crawl within the boundary delimited by their own ignorance."
I realized it was an invaluable book that could lead and guide me on the path of cultivation of Buddhahood. After finishing the book, it indeed opened my mind. Master Li taught me what the genuine Buddha Fa is. Since then, I started to cultivate Falun Dafa.
I would like to share with everyone a letter from a Vietnamese lady that I introduced Falun Dafa to.

"A letter from a Vietnamese Falun Dafa Practitioner:
"My name is Suong Tran. I am 50 years old and live in Go Vap, Saigon, Vietnam. Since childhood, I took a lot of medication. When I grew up, I always had a lot of illnesses.In 2001, I could not see very well out of my right eye. The doctor said I had a cataract. I went to the hospital to have to have it fixed. Most of the people who have cataracts are 60 to 70 years old, but I, who was only a little over 40, had already developed a cataract. I cried a lot when I returned home. The same night, I felt tired and dizzy. The doctor checked on me and said that, in addition to the cataract, I also had some kind of chronic fatigue. I took western medication for a very long time and also exercised in the gym to improve my health, but despite my efforts, my illness became more and more severe. I was constantly tired and sweated a lot. I was very weak and I was afraid to go out when it was windy. Someone suggested that I see an Oriental doctor at the temple. I went there and the doctor that checked my pulses said that I had a very bad cold and very severe arthritis. He also said I would not be able to bear it after a few more years!
"I took herbal medication for a while, but my health still did not improve, so I started taking western medication again. The doctor said I needed more vitamins. I took western medication for a long time, but, again, my illness worsened. Someone told me to visit another Oriental doctor at a different temple. I went there and had 48 treatments, but it did not help. The doctor said that I needed to take medications intravenously and that I needed more water and protein. I did not feel any better and had to be treated at the hospital. Twice every year, I had to be admitted to the emergency room, but my health did not improve at all, so I changed to Chinese medication again. When it did not cure my illness, I went back to taking western medicine. I increasingly developed more illnesses like nose infections, throat infections, eye infections, chest pains, and a uterine infection. I took some medication but it did not help at all. Then I changed to oriental medication again, and again, it still did not help either. About a year ago, I found out that I had developed even more diseases.
"I felt disappointed and really hopeless. I isolated myself and did not want to make friends with anybody. I stayed in my room because I was afraid of wind, cold, and water. If I developed a cold, I would get diarrhea. I didn't dare drink cold water or take a bath. I washed myself only once a month with hot water mixed with alcohol. I ate only warm food, and drink warm water. At night, I couldn't fall asleep. When I went to bed, I had to lay down on one side; otherwise, my blood would not circulate and I would be unable to breath. I thought that I would carry all my illnesses to my grave because they couldn't be cured with any medication.
"On the 17th lunar day of July 2005, I met a man who introduced me to Falun Gong. That day I went to the temple, asking the doctor that volunteered there what diet and activities I should follow in order to prevent more illness from developing because the ones I had would never be cured and that I had tried so many different kinds of medication without any benefit.
"I sat down and waited there from 9 to 11 a.m. until I saw a man with a briefcase come in. The doctor said he would refer me to this man. He gave me a booklet called Health Is Gold, the Vietnamese version of The Journey to Ultimate Health of Falun Gong and an introduction letter he had written. I gave him my phone number and went home. After reading the book and the letter, I decided to learn Falun Gong but I did not know how to reach him.
"Around 1 p.m. the next day, he called me and asked me to go to a given address. My illness broke out on the same day, so I went the following day. On the way, I felt very tired and weak. I thought perhaps I needed to go into the emergency room again, but at last I arrived. The practitioner gave me the book Zhuan Falun and the CD of Master Li teaching the five exercises. When I got home, I watched the exercises and practiced right away. That night I slept very well, as if I was healthy.
"The next morning, I practiced one more time with the five exercises. After practicing, I was able to drink a glass of ginseng water with ice. After a week, I was able eat and sleep. "I did not sweat or feel cold any more. The scabies and itches along my legs dried and healed and the diarrhea went away as well. I felt all my diseases vanish after practicing the five sets of exercises twice a day for one week.
"I was very happy. It was surprising to find that the illnesses that had been torturing me for years disappeared in only one week. Master's Great Fa brought me a new life and made me a new and wonderful person. I've been learning Dafa for three months and have become a new person. As people say, 'Falun Gong transforms the whole body!' Words cannot express my deep appreciation of Dafa and Master Li, who gave me a new life! It's really wonderful. I cannot express all my gratitude. When I think that perhaps Master Li led the practitioner to guide me into the Fa, I cannot help crying.
"To end this letter, I would like to proclaim, 'Dafa is noble and wonderful!'

Before practicing Falun Gong, some had attended a free class of another kind of Qigong. But they all switched to Falun Gong this year. Even their teacher started reading Zhuan Falun and doing the Falun Gong exercises.

(Clearwisdom.net) On March the 15th 2006, an Italian Falun Gong practitioner was invited to attend a women immigrant forum hosted by the most prestigious social organization in southern Italy. As a guest speaker at the forum, the practitioner exposed the various forms of brutal persecution that the Chinese communist regime inflicts on female Falun Gong practitioners, forcing them to abandon their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance".
The hostess of the forum, who is also a renowned lawyer, commented that the barbaric, inhumane crimes of the Chinese Communist regime should be denounced and stopped by all of the world's people.
In her speech, the practitioner introduced herself as a Falun Gong practitioner originating from China. She lives in Italy now and enjoys freedoms of belief and speech. However, millions of female Falun Gong practitioners have been ruthlessly persecuted and tortured by the Chinese communist regime because they refuse to give up their belief. Many of them have been persecuted to death.
The forum participants were shocked after they understood the relentless persecution that is occurring in China, and indicated their support. The hostess said, "We can't tolerate the evil fact that such despicable torture and baseless persecution against a faith group has occurred and keeps going on in the 21st century."
She pointed out that the most basic human rights are not respected in China. Today we stress the importance of peaceful co-existence through mutual understanding and tolerance, but the Chinese Communist Party goes against these things. They trample on the basic values of humanity.
She said, "After we realize what Falun Gong is all about, in particular, it is even harder for us to understand the persecution. Therefore, we have to deliver a clear message: No matter which country or area of the world is concerned: such brutal, inhuman crimes should be stopped and denounced by the whole of humanity."

1. Because of Treating Dafa Well, Seven Years of Infertility was Cured
In February of 2005, a regular patient of mine asked me, "Doctor Li (alias), can you help cure infertility? My daughter cannot get pregnant even after she has been married for seven years. She went to every big hospital in Beijing, but hasn't been cured. We are very anxious." I told her to bring her daughter to see me.
Two days later, the mother and her daughter came to my Chinese medicine clinic. I first asked them, "What do you think about Falun Gong?" When I asked, they loudly answered together, "We know that Falun Gong is good! There are many people practicing Falun Gong around us! They are all good people." We talked continuously on the subject for about fifteen minutes.
After that, I checked the young woman's pulse and then I prescribed a Chinese herbal medicine for her. Then I asked them to come again after three days so I could start treating her infertility. However, the daughter didn't come back after three days, and she still didn't come after 10 days. So, I gave up observing her illness.
After one and a half months, the mother and daughter came to my Chinese medicine clinic again, and while entering, they said loudly, "Doctor Li, thank you very much!" The mother announced, "My daughter is pregnant!" I told them, "Your attitude of supporting Falun Dafa the other day was very good. You correctly and truly valued Dafa. Because of your thought of treating Dafa well, you were rewarded with happiness and safety. This is because everything in the universe, including our lives, are created by Dafa. You treated Dafa well, you chose to position yourselves well, so you should receive happiness and safety. If you want to thank someone, you should thank the founder of Falun Dafa--Teacher Li. Please thank Falun Dafa."
After 9 months, this young woman bore a healthy boy. All those who heard about it praised how marvelous Falun Dafa is.
2. Refusing to Answer School Exam Questions Slandering Dafa, My Son Scored No. 1 in the Class
When Jiang's regime persecuted Falun Dafa extremely furiously in 2000, especially in the area of education, they always arranged some questions about the persecution of Falun Dafa, vilifying Master, deceiving and forcing the teenagers to commit crimes against Dafa, on political science tests. They asked every student to express their stance on Falun Gong. The students would not get a score if they didn't answer these questions on the examination. As a veteran Falun Dafa practitioner, I understood that this is a battle between righteousness and evil. I must protect Master, protect Dafa, and not let the sentient beings and my child sin against Dafa.
I seriously told my child, "Whenever there are questions about slandering Master or Dafa in the test of any subject, you must not answer. You should use your pen with compassion to defend Master, to defend Falun Dafa, using mother's cultivation experiences to verify how wonderful Falun Dafa is. You cannot help the evil as an accomplice. Otherwise, you would harm people and harm yourself. You would rather not to go to college, than go against your conscience. Because nine years ago we already knew how great and compassionate our Master is. Falun Dafa is good! Zhen-Shan-Ren (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance) is good!" My son didn't answer any of the questions slandering Falun Dafa on the examinations. Later, the political science teacher tried to talk with my son, but my son refused to give in. As a result, my son scored first in his class. This displayed the profundity of Dafa and the heavenly principle that doing good or evil will get different results. After that, my son insisted more in believing in Master Li and Falun Dafa, and understood more the deeper meaning of Zhen-Shan-Ren.
3. Because of Treating Dafa Well, the Illness of Metrorrhagia Was Cured
One day in May of 2005, a worker at our medical store, Mrs. Dong, came to my clinic, saying, "Could you please help me? I have had metrorrhagia [irregular uterine bleeding] for about four or five years and cannot cure it. When I go to the Western medical hospital, the only thing that they can do is to scrape my uterus. It's very painful. I have only 5 gram hematin. I'm very anxious.
"I started to chat with her and asked, "What do you think about Falun Gong?" She said at once, "Falun Gong must be unjustly wronged because the present policemen are very bad. They persecute Falun Gong practitioners, bully good and compassionate people. How do I know the policemen are bad? I had a dog 3 months ago. In order to 'register' the dog, the policemen fought with us. They detained us a whole day and night and also beat up my husband and fined us 6,000 yuan. These are the policemen who are led by the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Actually, they are hoodlums."
After talking for about fifteen minutes, I told her to come to get her illness treated after three days. But she didn't come at that time. On the afternoon of the sixth day, she came to my clinic again. She first said to me, "Doctor Li, it's so mysterious. There has not been a bit of blood coming out during the past six days. I am just now coming to see you because I wanted to wait and watch it for a few more days. I recovered before you even treated me. It's so mysterious. I really appreciate it."
I told her not to thank me. "You should thank Teacher Li, thank Falun Dafa," I said. "You treated Dafa well and chose to position yourself well. With just a thought of treating Dafa well, you are rewarded with happiness and safety."

A manager was coming from France to discuss business and I seized the opportunity to tell him about Falun Gong, the persecution, and the evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He accepted what I said, saying, "What you are doing is not easy. I respect you guys."
Once before the New Year, he asked me to help his wife's new company visit a factory in China to check on some products. I distributed truth clarifying VCDs to workers there. Some of them reported me to the manager of the factory, who then called the wife of my manager and threatened to report me to the police. My manager immediately called me and fired me. He also asked a Chinese employee to notify all Chinese clients that from the day I left the company, that my actions had nothing to do with the company.
This thing happened suddenly. I immediately explained to the factory boss that, "Please believe me that I was well-intentioned. In the New Year, everyone gives gifts to bless each other. I also want to send my best wishes to you all. These VCDs and beautiful cards tell the real story about Falun Gong. They are positive and inspiring, and beneficial to people. So I want to share these truths and positive views with you all. Please do not believe the slander the CCP spews against Falun Gong. Considering the party's past political campaigns (like the Great Cultural Revolution, for example), how can you believe that they say?"
The boss nodded and said, "Thank you for your thoughtfulness, but we cannot accept your gifts. The workers were afraid so they told the chief. There are too many people in the factory. The chief does not wish the workers to spread these things " I explained to her again that what I did had nothing to do with my company or my manager, yet I had just been fired as a result. She sighed and said, "You'd better leave here, too."
I then considered what I had done wrong.
I thought I should have begun by clarifying the truth verbally first, and then asked them whether they wanted to watch the VCD to learn more. Then I'd give it to them, which would have been more sensible. I should not assume that after they watch the VCD they will know the truth naturally. What is more, my actions seemed inconsiderate to the wife of my manager, so he blamed me, saying that he could not tolerate me doing Falun Gong things during work hours, which was the official reason for firing me. I wrote back to him that I disagreed with his actions, thinking that my actions did not warrant such a severe punishment. In a normal society, I would not need to explain my beliefs to people in this way. Occasionally giving New Year gifts to people at the workplace is not forbidden. In a normal society, I would not lose my job for doing what I did. I also said to him, "I have my own shortcomings in this issue. I was not considerate enough and I will improve. In the future, I would do this thing with more consideration. I have a strong will to improve myself as a cultivator." I expressed that I understood his fear, but I told him that practicing Falun Gong is my individual issue. I also thanked him for his care and support of his employees. I told him that in one's life, a person faces many choices. The principles they follow will decide their future fate. I hoped he would reconsider. He replied, "This decision was made unhappily. I am very respectful of you and admire your courage very much. But my decision of terminating your work contract is the best plan for both of us. Thank you for your contribution to the company. I wish you the best in the future." A colleague told me that another reason that the French manager fired me was that the company was negotiating a joint-venture with a big company in China. He did not want this issue to become a problem to the negotiations. He worried it would be a potential liability and be disadvantageous to the company.
A few days after I was fired, I took a walk to my old workplace. I was surprised to find a 2 to 3 meter long crack in the front wall of the building. It was being repaired at the time with black cement. It was surprising because it is a new office building. What caused it? The other companies on the same floor did not have this situation. Was it a warning?
Not long after that, I found a new job. The new company also ordered products from the factory I mentioned before. In the first week of my working there, I heard from my old colleague that all of the factory's exported goods were garnished for compensation. After a half-year, my old colleague in that French company called me and told me the great change in the company. It turned out that after I left, the company was purchased by another company. Half a year later, the French manager was fired. His wife's company also closed. I felt very sorry for them after hearing the news.
The above is my personal experience. The relationship between cause and effect is very clear. It is true that good or bad fortune is determined by one's thoughts.

1. On February 26, 2006, former CCP Gaotang County Committee Deputy Secretary Sun Qinglu (also the County People's Congress Deputy Chairman) of the Liaocheng Prefecture, Shandong Province, was killed in a traffic accident. The Gaotang County Labor Bureau Head in the same vehicle also died but the driver and another passenger were unhurt.
After July 20, 1999 when Jiang and his regime started persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners, Sun Qinglu held brainwashing classes and slandered Falun Dafa and Master Li. His death can be a lesson to all policemen and villains who joined the persecution of Falun Gong to stop doing harm and choose a good future.
2. Huaibei City 610 Office Head Jia Shoutian (male) from Anhui Province had been actively following Jiang and his regime to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He developed cancer on his tongue and could not eat, drink, or talk. He lived for several miserable months, and then died in great pain just before the Chinese New Year, 2006.
3. On February 8, 2006, policeman Ye Wei from Guankou Station in Xishui County, Hubei Province died in a traffic accident on the way from the Xishui County Seat to Guankou Town.
Ye Wei was 40 years old and had always been a principal figure in the persecution of Falun Gong. He participated many times in the ransacking of practitioners' homes, extorting money, arresting practitioners, sending them to detention and forced brainwashing classes. Once, he locked a practitioner in a trunk and nearly suffocated that practitioner to death. When he arrested practitioners he beat them down to the ground, dragged them by their feet, and injured them. He caused many practitioners' families to be broken up.
There are more retribution cases in Xishui County, such as Xima Town Police Station Head Wu Xizhi, and Policeman Zhang Weibing from Dingsidang Town. We hope those still actively participating in the persecution, such as policemen Fang Yongming, Xu Xiujin, Feng Aiguo, etc. from the Xishui County Police Department, can wake up, think about your lives and your families, and stop persecuting Falun Gong.

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Li Guojun, the deputy director of the Police Substation of Kaiping District, Tangshan City and the person in charge of the 610 Office of Kaiping district, has illegally arrested and tortured many Falun Gong practitioners since the persecution began on July 20, 1999. In December 2005, a huge gas explosion occurred in Liuguantun Coal Mine, Kaiping District. Hundreds of mine workers died in this accident, which shocked the nation. However, Li Guojun once again ignored the law and let the suspect slip away. Presently, Li Guojun is under arrest for further investigation.
Guizhou Police Officials Injured in Traffic Accident, One Dies
Police officials from the Chishui City Police Department and the Police Station in Guizhou Province have seriously persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. They willfully ransack, charge, arrest and beat Falun Gong practitioners, which greatly hurts countless families, and simultaneously they accumulate great karma.
On the eve of the lunar new year of 2006, the Datong Town Police Station at Chishui City, along with the town government, distributed materials that slandered Falun Gong. Their intention was to turn the public against Falun Gong, including telling them not to believe in God. Wong Li, 26, an unmarried political instructor of Datong Town Police Station, was going to be promoted to the director, a benefit of her father being deputy director of Chishui City and Captain of the Transportation Team. She was involved in a traffic accident on February 14, 2006 on the way to Zunyi City and died at the scene of the accident. Two of her colleagues were injured.
After the accident, because of her father's power and influence, Wong Li's death was reported as "died in the line of duty," and her family obtained a compensation of 200,000 yuan. The cars that attended her funeral ceremony wandered for several miles from Shuanglongqiao Toll Gate to Qiejiaoya Bridge. Regardless of however much power her family had, it amounted to just the funeral decorations, which cannot trade back her life.
Evil Provokes Retribution
Li Xianwu, a guard at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province followed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) policy to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. From time to time, Falun Gong practitioners clarified the truth to him, stating that, "Good is Rewarded with Good and Evil Provokes Retribution," and advised him do good toward Falun Gong. However, Li did not listen, further intensifying the slander of Dafa, and boasting wildly, "I am choosing this way, and let me see where the retribution is!"
It is only few years later that he is now suffering diabetes, and depends on medicine to live. In addition, he had cataracts develop gradually in both eyes, requiring surgery to prevent loss of his eyesight. When Li Xianwu had surgery in the hospital the first time, a certain person who knows him persuaded him not to do evil things. He repented a little bit, and accordingly, the operation was pretty successful. After he returned to work at the forced labor camp, he attributed the successful surgery to sophisticated medical technology and not to celestial principles. He continued to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. After a while, his other eye became blind, but his body was too weak to endure the second surgery. Although he had the surgery again a long time later, the operation did not go as well as he expected. Presently, he is suffering from edema in his entire body, dysuria and blindness in both eyes.
Hereby, we would persuade those who are still involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners: never gamble with your life and future.
