1. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Nine Practitioners Arrested
Nine practitioners were arrested at the gate of the Balizhuang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding City, Hebei Province, at 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2006. They are currently illegally detained at the Baoding City Detention Center. All arrested practitioners' homes in Baoding City were ransacked on October 10, 2006.
The following people confirmed to be among these nine arrested practitioners were: Mr. Li Yingeng, Mr. Liu Zengpai, Ms. Li Qingru, Ms. Hu Fengyun, and Ms. Liang Caiping.

2. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Dongxian Arrested at Home
Officers Zhou Guicheng and Zheng Yunqing of the Taoyuan County 610 Office in Changde City, Hunan Province, led a group of policemen from the National Security Team to break into practitioner Ms. Liu Dongxian's home in the afternoon of August 28, 2006. They arrested her and ransacked her home, taking away Dafa materials and several Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party books. Ms. Liu was detained at the Taoyuan County Detention Center.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Keming Arrested While Distributing Truth-Clarification Materials in Airport Lobby
Practitioner Mr. Wang Keming was arrested while distributing truth-clarification materials at the Harbin City Airport main lobby in Heilongjiang Province. Mr. Wang is currently being detained at the Nangang Police Department in Harbin City.
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Qing Arrested Again
On August 2, 2006, for no apparent reason, Practitioner Ms. Wang Qing and others living at the Dalian City Economic Development Zone in Liaoning Province were arrested by the police from the Economic Development Zone Police Station. Ms. Wang was sent to the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City and then released due to her poor health. On September 12, 2006, police from the Haiqing Street Police Station in the Dalian City Economic Development Zone again arrested her at home and sent her to the Environmental Protection Hotel Brainwashing Center in Dalian City.
5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Lirong Persecuted
Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Lirong from Shenyang City in Liaoning Province was imprisoned at the Women's First Camp of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province. She was transferred to the Women's Second Camp in mid-September 2006 to perform forced labor work.
6. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Chen Jihai Arrested
Several policemen from the Erdao Police Station in Jilin City, Jilin Province, broke into practitioner, Mr. Chen Jihai's, home and arrested him at around 8:00 p.m. on October 9, 2006. Mr. Chen Jihai's whereabouts are unknown.
7. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Mr. Yin Baojun, Mr. Xu San, Ms. Zhang Shuqing, and Ms. Zhao Yajuan Arrested at Their Homes
At noon on October 11, 2006, practitioners Mr. Yin Baojun, Mr. Xu San, Ms. Zhang Shuqing, and Ms. Zhao Yajuan were arrested at their homes in Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province.
8. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Mu Yuqiu Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Ms. Mu Yuqiu from the Shanhaiguan District in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, was sentenced to forced labor in 2006. She is currently imprisoned at the Second Special Education Division at the Number Twenty Seven Brick Station in the Tangshan City Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province.
9. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Du Fengguang Arrested
Forty-one-year-old practitioner Mr. Du Fengguang from Weifang City in Shandong Province was born at the Hujiawang Village in Baoquan Town in Anqiu City in Shandong Province. Mr. Du was reported to the police while clarifying the truth at Baoquan Village in Baoquan Town. He was arrested on September 18, 2006. The police also took away his tricycle and ransacked his home on the same day.
10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Xiangjie Arrested
On September 28, 2006, practitioner Mr. Li Xiangjie was arrested by six policemen from the Fengrun District Police Department in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The police also took 600 yuan from his home. His whereabouts are unknown.
11. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhang Jun Persecuted
While posting truth-clarification posters near the Zhuolu Town government building on September 30, 2006, Dafa practitioner, Mr. Zhang Jun, from Xiguan Village in Zhuolu Town in Zhuolu County, Hebei Province was arrested by policeman Wang Jianguo and taken to the Zhuolu Town Police Station. He was then detained at the Zhuolu County Detention Center for ten days and released to go home after the police from the National Security Team of the Zhuolu County Police Department extorted one thousand four hundred fifty yuan from his family.
12. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Li Enying Arrested
Dafa practitioner, Ms. Li Enying, from the Number Five Farm in Tanghai County in Tangshan City, Hebei Province was at work in the morning of October 11, 2006, when staff members from the Tanghai County 610 Office and five policemen from the Farm Police Station arrested her. They also ransacked her home.

13. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhang Shuangyong Arrested
On September 29, 2006, a over 30-year-old Dafa practitioner, Mr. Zhang Shuangyong, from Tangshan City in Hebei Province was an employee at the Tangshan City Steel Factory when he was arrested. His home was illegally ransacked. He is currently imprisoned at the Fengrun District Detention Center in Tangshan City.

14. [Linxu County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Lu Hongyue Illegally Imprisoned at Detention Center
On October 11, 2006, Dafa practitioner, Mr. Lu Hongyue, from Linxu County in Shandong Province was arrested while distributing Dafa materials at Jiushan Village in Jiushan Town in Linxu County, Shandong Province. He is currently imprisoned at the Linxu County Detention Center.
15. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Zheng Meirong and Liu Xiuqin Arrested
On the evening of October 11, 2006, Dafa practitioners, Ms. Zheng Meirong and Ms. Liu Xiuqin, from Taitou Town in Shouguang City in Shandong Province were arrested while distributing truth-clarification materials. At 2:00 a.m. the next day, seven or eight policemen from both the Taitou Town Police Station and the Shouguang City 610 Office ransacked their homes. The practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

16. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Meng Fanquan Still Imprisoned
Dafa practitioner Mr. Meng Fanquan was arrested at work by the police from the Lubei District Police Department in Tangshan City, Hebei Province in the afternoon of April 18, 2006. Since then, he has been illegally imprisoned at the Tangshan City Detention Center. On September 29, 2006, he was sentenced to seven years in prison by the Lubei District Court.

19. [Qionghai City, Hainan Province] Practitioner Zhong Zhiwu Arrested
On October 8, 2006, Dafa practitioner and elementary school teacher, Mr. Zhong Zhiwu, from the Dongping State Farm in Qionghai City in Hainan Province was clarifying the truth to his students and helping them quit the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) organization, the Young Pioneers. He also had clarified the truth to students in other classes and helped them to quit evil CCP organization.
However, some students unintentionally told this to someone who did not understand the truth of Dafa. Mr. Zhong Zhiwu was then reported to section chief Zhou Naian of the Education Section and Dongping Police Station. The director of the Dongping Police Station led policemen to arrest Mr. Zhong Zhiwu and take him to the police station on October 10, 2006. His whereabouts are now unknown.
20. [Hejing County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region (AR)] Practitioner Sisters Yang Guizhen and Yang Shuanger Persecuted
A policewoman, Deng Ping, and others from the Hejing County Police Department in Xinjiang arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Guizhen on May 12, 2006. They confiscated all Dafa books, CDs, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party books, a tape recorder, and a VCD player from her home. Shortly after this incident, party secretary Zhang Changming, of Xiemier County in Xinjiang AR, reported Ms. Yang Guizhen's sister Ms. Yang Shuanger. Police from the Hejing County Police Department went to the Fifth Company of the Twenty Second Regiment of the Second Farming Division to arrest Ms. Yang Shuanger. The two sisters both were sentenced to forced labor and are currently imprisoned at the Urumqi City Women's Forced Labor Camp in Xinjiang.

21. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Practitioner Lin Demei Persecuted
Dafa Practitioner, Ms. Lin Demei, was 52 years old when she was forced to go to the brainwashing center set up by the Quwan Village Government in Beihai City, Guangxi Province in 2000. In March 2000, she was arrested by the police from the Longtan Police Station in Beihai City and detained at the Beihai City Number Two Detention Center for fifteen days. On January 12, 2001, the police from the Yinhai District Police Department and Longtan Police Station in Beihai City broke into her home and arrested her again. She was then detained at the Pingyang Number Two Detention Center in Beihai City for fifteen days. On March 2, 2001, she was forcibly sent to the Longtan Brainwashing Center in Beihai City for ten days and forced to write a guarantee statement promising not to practice Falun Gong any longer before she was released. In April 2003, she was put into the Pingyang Number Two Detention Center in Beihai City again for fifteen days.
22. [Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia AR] Practitioner Wang Zhankun Arrested
Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Zhan Kun, from the Hailaer District in Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia, was searched and arrested on the street on October 10, 2006. His home was also ransacked.
23. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Wang Xiaoling Arrested
Fifty-year old Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaoling, from Chengdu City in Sichuan Province was arrested by the police on the street on September 28, 2006 and is currently imprisoned at a detention center.
24. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Liu Chunhong Persecuted
Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Chunhong, from Jingmen City in Hubei Province was arrested at home at 7:00 p.m. on October 9, 2006. Her computer and printer were confiscated by the police. She is currently imprisoned at the Dongbao District Police Department in Jingmen City.
25. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Practitioners Wang Yanshi and Wang Zhenlian Arrested
Dafa practitioner, Ms. Wang Yanzhi, from Baoji City in Shaanxi Province was arrested on her way to work by the police from the Baoji City 610 Office and the staff from her company's Property Management Office on October 9, 2006. Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Zhenlian from Baoji City was arrested at home on October 11, 2006.

26. [Huaibin County, Henan Province] Practitioner Xia Wenyue and Others Arrested
Officials from the Political and Legal Committee and police from both the 610 Office and the National Security Team of the police department of Huaibin County in Henan Province arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Xia Wenyue, 40, at her home on September 21, 2006. She is currently imprisoned at a detention center.
Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Jiru, 45, a peasant, runs his own small business at a small town in Huaibin County. She was arrested by the police on her way to the bank. Her checkbook was confiscated by the police. She is currently imprisoned at the office of the Criminal Investigation Team of the Maji Police Department in Huaibin County.
27. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Practitioners Zhang Shuying and Gong Qinghai Arrested
A 70-year-old Dafa practitioner, Ms. Zhang Shuying, from Hefei City in Anhui Province visited her hometown Yantai City in Shandong Province around October 1, 2006. She and her niece, Dafa practitioner Ms. Gong Qingmei, 56, were arrested by police from the Songshan Town Police Station in Xixia City in Shandong Province while clarifying the truth on October 11, 2006.

28. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Practitioners Shao Yucheng and Gui Chunsuo Arrested
Dafa practitioner Ms. Shao Yucheng, 50, is the wife of an employee at the Gaoqiao Glass Factory in Kunming City, Yunnan Province. She was arrested on July 2, 2006 and is currently illegally imprisoned at the Huangtupo Detention Center in Kunming City.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Gui Chunsuo, 40, is a peasant at the Xiaochang Village in the northern suburb of Kunming City. Because he distributed truth-clarification materials in the employee residential district of the Chain Factory in Kunming City, policemen Lian Xueteng and others from the National Security Team of the Wuhua District Police Station at the Xichang Road in Mile Temple Region in Kunming City broke into her home and arrested her. She is currently illegally imprisoned at the Wuhua District Number Two Detention Center in Kunming City.
29. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhao Yujie Harassed by the Police
Police from the Xingtai City Police Department illegally broke into Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Yujie's home in mid-September, 2006. They confiscated her copy machine and many Dafa materials, extorted her family of several thousand yuan, and claimed they were going to send Ms. Zhao Yujie to a brainwashing center.
30. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ju Shimiao Sent to the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province
Dafa practitioner Mr. Ju Shimiao from Dandong City in Liaoning Province was an employee at Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. He was arrested while distributing truth-clarification materials on Nanqi Road in Heping District of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province by the police from the Nanqi Police Station of the Heping District Police Department in Shenyang City on May 27, 2006. He was sentenced to one year of forced labor and is currently being persecuted at the First Division of the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.

31. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Additional Information on the Death of Practitioner Li Baojie at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
On April 7, 2005, director Su Jing, deputy director Wang Naimin, head officer Li Mingyu of the First Division of the Women's Second Camp of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province ordered doctors Cao Yujie, Ding Taiyong, Chen Bin, and others to go to the First Division to torture practitioner Ms. Li Baojie from Panjin City in Liaoning Province. They held her nose to force her to open her mouth. They then poured corn paste from a large Sprite bottle into her mouth. At first Ms. Li Baojie struggled not to take it, but later her arms and legs stopped moving and her mouth was full of corn paste.
Doctor Cao Yujie and others held her upside down and bumped her head against the floor tiles, trying to get the corn paste out of her mouth. But Ms. Li Baojie showed no reaction. Later the police carried her out and sent her to the First Hospital Affiliated to the China Medical University. She died there on the next day, April 8, 2006.
