I am fifty-two years old and have practiced Falun Dafa since 1997. At that time I did not truly understand Dafa; I just followed others to study the Fa and do the exercises. After July 20, 1999, when Jiang's faction started persecuting Dafa, I was afraid and stopped practicing. Soon afterwards, I was diagnosed with diabetes. I had to take medicine before and after each meal to control the blood sugar. In the year 2002, my diabetes brought problems to my retina; my eyes bled and my vision became very blurry. I was treated in a large hospital, but without much improvement.

In October 2004, my condition became worse. In a colleague's house, I saw Teacher's picture on the wall. I said in front of Teacher's picture, "Teacher, if I practice Falun Dafa again, will you still take care of me?" After I asked the question, I felt that a Falun was turning in my palm and then all over my body. I was so touched that tears welled up. From the bottom of my heart, I felt grateful for Teacher's compassion. I was determined to practice Falun Dafa again.

Since then I have persistently studied the Fa and practiced the exercises every day. I demanded of myself that I strictly follow the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" to improve my xinxing, and that I earnestly do well the three things that Teacher requested. As individuals, we gain without pursuit. Now I am full of energy and I can see clearly. My blood sugar is back to normal, and my eyes are getting better every day. I am, indeed, totally healthy.

I hope that my cultivation experience of Falun Dafa can help more people to understand the truth. I want to tell you all honestly, "Falun Dafa is good! Zhen Shan Ren (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance) is good! Falun Dafa is the righteous Way!" I also hope that more people will benefit from practicing Dafa.

In Xicheng Town, Anguo City, there is a couple that is about eighty years old. A few years ago, the husband suffered from heart disease and high blood pressure; the wife suffered from stomach cancer. She had spent thirty thousand yuan for an operation where a small bracket was placed in the esophagus to help her swallow food. She could only take in liquid food but every two or three days, she would gag. When this happened, she threw up and could not swallow any food for three to five days afterwards. All year round she had difficulty sleeping.

A Dafa practitioner came to visit and told the couple that if they recited silently, "Falun Dafa is good, Zhen Shan Ren" frequently, they would be blessed. Since then, the couple has recited these words silently every day. After 32 days, the wife has stopped choking when eating and the husband has recovered from the heart disease and high blood pressure.

They told their story to their children, who were extremely happy. When the children witnessed Dafa's miracle, all the misunderstandings they had as a result of the Chinese Central TV's slander disappeared. They expressed gratitude towards Dafa for bringing back their parents' health and giving them wonderful blessings.
