Police guards in the Hubei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp coerce drug addicts to persecute practitioners

On the night of August 15, 2003, the labor camp police guards brought practitioner Ms. Huang Qiuzhen to a meeting room where they handcuffed her, lifted her hands up, and ordered Du Chenglan, a 30-year-old female drug addict from Yichang City, to torture her until midnight.

Li Weiwei, a 20-year-old female drug addict from Yichang City, used her high heels to trample on the practitioners and injure their legs.

Tan Qin, a female drug addict from Changsha City, wrapped several toothbrushes together to forced them into practitioners' vaginas.

Chen Lu from Yichang City and Jin Jing from Xiangfan City, both female drug addicts, force-fed drugs to practitioners.

Zhang Juan, a female drug addict in her twenties from Shashi, pinched practitioners' nipples and stomped on their feet and heels. She also shared her dirty tricks with other drug addicts.

Li Jiazhen, a 40 year-old female drug addict from Jinmen, slapped practitioners and forced them to squat.

Meng Yan and Wu Najun, both female drug addicts from Jinmeng City, participated in the persecution of practitioners. As karmic retribution, they developed inflammation in their tailbones and were unable to walk for a long time.

Zu Zijun and Liu Yuhong, female drug addicts from Yichang City, persecuted practitioners by forcing them to squat, severely pinching them, and forbidding them from using the restroom.

Liu Saner, a female drug addict from Xiantao City, beat practitioner Ms. Chen Ping and caused internal injuries. Ms. Chen Ping also ended up with black eyes and needed help to walk. Even so, the police still ordered her to work overtime in the shop. Liu Saner later developed arthritis as retribution for her persecution of practitioners.

Zhou Guixiang, a female drug addict, persecuted practitioners. Another prisoner saw what she did and criticized her. Zhou ended up beating that prisoner as well.

Zhou Lili, Zhao Changpeng, and Du Chenglan, all female drug addicts from Yichang City, persecuted practitioner Ms. Wu Zhenping. Zhou was assigned to stay right with her around the clock.

The police guards were responsible for coercing inmates to carry out all of these tortures. They rewarded inmates who persecuted practitioners with reduced jail terms and increased the terms for practitioners who refused to "reform".

The persecution of practitioner Mr. Chen Guoxiang in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia

Practitioner Mr. Chen Guoxiang in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, was persecuted repeatedly. In July 2003, he was abducted by the Wongniuteqi 610 Office. At the beginning of this year, the Bameng Labor Camp in Inner Mongolia notified the Wongniuteqi Police Department to retrieve Mr. Chen when his life was in peril. Mr. Chen was a worker in the Xiayingzi Lead Mine in Wongniuteqi. At the end of 1999, he was detained in the Wongniuteqi Jail for a month. In May 2000, he was jailed again in the Wongniuteqi Jail for 14 months and then sent to the Tumoji Labor Camp. He was finally released in May 2003 after his three-year term was up. In July 2003, the Wongniuteqi 610 Office arrested him again. His whereabouts since March of this year remain unknown.

The persecution of practitioner Mr. Zhou Shanhui in Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province

Mr. Zhou Shanhui, 57, lived in Xiangshui Village, Junle Town, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province. He went to Beijing to validate Dafa on February 20, 2000. Authorities arrested him and took him to the Pengzhou Jail for 15 days. When Mr. Zhou went to Beijing again on April 1, 2000, he was arrested and kept in the local government liaison office in Beijing. He was handcuffed, slapped, and forced to stand against the wall. After nine days, he was sent back to his hometown, only to be kept in the jail for another 15 days. He was then detained in a psychiatric hospital. They kept persecuting him and did not let him go until both of his hands were paralyzed. Altogether, he was detained for eight months. On February 20, 2001, he was tricked into the Peng County Jail and kept there for 40 days. In December 2001 he went to Beijing again and was arrested and sent back again. He was kept in the county police station for thirty days and then sent to the village police station, where Ning Zuohua beat him up and caused serious injuries to his feet and ribcage. Then they put him in the forced labor camp. The police ordered the drug addicts to tie him up with thin ropes and put him in solitary confinement. Then they beat him. The police tried to brainwash him into renouncing Falun Gong by shocking him with electric batons and depriving him of sleep. They put handcuffs on him and ordered the drug addicts to drag him across the floor, causing bruises all over his body. Then they force-fed him with water and did not allow him to use the bathroom.

The persecution of practitioners in the Zhongyuan Oil Field

After July 20, 1999, the 610 Office and the police department in Zhongyuan Oil Field abducted Mr. Jiang Zhaofang to the Xinxiang Psychiatric Hospital. They pried open his mouth with a steel rod and inserted a rubber tube through his nose and into his stomach to feed him with drugs that damaged his nervous system. They also gave him shots that put him into a coma. He was later taken to the Thirteenth Hospital in the oil field. They shocked him and burned his flesh when he refused to take the drugs.

Ms. Ju Lili was twice abducted to Xinxiang Psychiatric Hospital where she was injected with drugs that damaged her central nervous system. She was repeatedly abducted to the detention center. On New Year's Day 2005, she and Ms. Li Qinmin were arrested when they were telling people the truth about Falun Gong in the city. In the meantime, Ms. Wang Ronghua was arrested for distributing Dafa materials in Qingfeng City. They were all put in jail. Ms. Wang has now been sent to forced labor for one year, Ms. Ju for three years, and Ms. Li for two years. All of them are in the Shibalihe Women's Labor Camp in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Other practitioners from the oil field who were kept in the same labor camp include Zhang Xiaojun and Ge Pengna.

Ms. Zhang Xiaojun went to Beijing to appeal in 2000 and was arrested and beaten up by the police from the oil field. She was arrested again in 2002 by 610 Office and police department officials. She went on a hunger strike for over 20 days and her life was in peril. They sent her to Shibalihe Women's Labor Camp in Zhengzhou to serve a three-year term. When she was there, she was tortured by being forced to wear "restrictive clothes" intermittently for three days and nights. She was also forced to work overtime for a long duration.

Ms. Zhang Xiaopo was arrested many times. She was detained and her home was ransacked. She was sentenced to forced labor for two years and was required to divorce. During her term, she had to do heavy labor overtime for a long period of time, had to stand straight, was deprived of sleep, was put into solitary confinement, and was beaten up and scolded.

Ms. Tang Lijun, who lived in the family quarters of the oil field information center, was arrested and her house was ransacked by the oil field 610 Office and police department officials many times because she refused to renounce Falun Gong. On March 10, 2005, she was arrested again and has been kept in Qingfeng Jail ever since.

Mr. Zhao Limin is a high school teacher in the Third Extraction Company of Zhongyuan Oil Field. He was kept in the Puyang City Jail for eleven months in 2000 for practicing Falun Gong. Afterwards, he was sentenced to three years in prison but was given parole. At the beginning of 2005, he was again arrested and sent to Puyang Jail for telling his students that one should follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Mr. Zhao went on a hunger strike for over ten days. He was sentenced to three years of forced labor and is in the Henan Third Provincial Labor Camp in Xuchang City.

In October 2000, practitioners Mr. Li Chaoyang and Ms. Gan Shaofei went to Beijing to appeal. They were arrested and jailed for eight months. The police whipped Ms. Gan with leather belts and cuffed her hands behind her. Mr. Li was beaten and scolded by other inmates day in and day out. Both of them were sentenced to three years in prison and given a four-year parole. Mr. Li has been fired from his job and must stay away from his home to avoid arrest.

Dai Yaping, Yan Jun and Zhao Limin are now in the Henan Third Provincial Labor Camp in Xuchang City.
