1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Falun Gong Practitioner Ma Qinghai Tortured to Critical Condition
On October 31, 2005, several officers from the Aohanqi National Security Team, including Gong Chuanxing, arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Ma Qinghai. Ma has been on a hunger strike since his arrest. A force-feeding tube is permanently kept in him. He is tied to a bed with a rope. His skin under the rope is infected. Police force-feed him six times daily. His life is in severe danger.
Ma's family members worry much about his health. They attempted to reason with the National Security Team and the detention center authorities several times. Officer Gong Chuanxing not only denied their visits with Ma Qinghai but threatened them that he would extend Ma's detention term if Ma's family continued coming to reason with police. Policeman Gao Liang from the detention center even dragged Ma's nearly 70 year-old father outside of the detention center.

2. [Zigong City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced
On December 7, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners Xia Shiquan, Zhu Ronggui, and Xu Guohua were sentenced to six years of imprisonment. Xia and Xu were put into the Chuanxi Prison located in Wen'an Town, the Longquan District, while Zhu was held at the Rong County Detention Center. On December 6, Xu and Zhu's wives were released but are kept under close surveillance.
3. [Yili City, Xinjiang AR] Practitioner Tan Yisu Sentenced to Four Years of Imprisonment
Practitioner Tan Yisu, 66, is a retired employee of Group No. 8, Regiment No. 66, Division No. 4 in Yili City. On July 22, 2005 his home was ransacked and some Dafa materials were confiscated. He was arrested. On November 14, 2005, personnel from the Huocheng County Court in the Ken District sentenced practitioner Tan to four years of imprisonment.

4. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Wei Xingjun Sentenced to Five Years of Imprisonment
Practitioner Mr. Wei Xingjun, 29, is a teacher at the Weihai City Foreign Language Advancement Institute who started practicing Falun Gong in 1997. Since Jiang's regime began suppressing Falun Gong he had been very determined. On April 12, 2005, Weihai City 610 Office agents arrested him because he surfed the Internet for international information. Thus, he was held in the city's 610 Office detention center for over eight months. Later, 610 Office personnel secretly sentenced him to five years of imprisonment.

5. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Du Shuying Arrested for Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
On December 11, 2005, personnel from the Nanhu Community Committee, Jinqiao Community office, in the Jinan City Development District arrested practitioner Ms. Du Shuying from Jinan City when she distributed truth-clarifying materials. She was taken to the Jinqiao Police Station, Gaoxin Branch, Jinan City Police Department.
During the morning of December 12, two officers from the Jinqiao Police Station and two security guards from the Shiqiao Community ransacked Du Shuying's home. It was heard that they transferred Du Shuying to the City Detention Center on the same day.

6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Sixty-Six Year Old Practitioner Zhang Yuncui Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor for Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuncui, 66, from Qingdao City, lives on Yichun Road in Qingdao City. On September 20, 2005, officers from the Liaoyuan Road Police Station arrested her because she distributed truth-clarifying materials. She was held at the Dashan Detention Center that night, and on October 20 was sentenced to one year of forced labor at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.
7. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Ma Yunzhong Detained Again
Practitioner Ms. Ma Yunzhong is a retired music teacher from Feidong Chengguan Middle School in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Because of her determination with Falun Dafa and clarifying the truth to people, in November 2005 police broke into her home and arrested her. After being held at a detention center, Ma Yuzhong was transferred to the Feidong Detention Center.
In October 2001 Ma Yunzhong went to Tiananmen Square in Beijing to validate Dafa, however, police arrested her in Beijing and incarcerated her for a year.
8. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Hu Shuhua Arrested
At around 4:00 p.m. on December 7, 2005, personnel from the Zhangjiakou City Hongqilou Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Hu Shuhua at her mother's home. They ransacked Hu Shuhua's and her mother's home. Hu Shuhua is currently being held at the Shisanli Detention Center.
Hu Shuhua has been arrested several times. In 2002 she was held at the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp for a year. Her older sister, also a practitioner, has been arrested numerous times and has led a homeless life for years. Five years ago Hu Shuhua's elder brother became paralyzed and is bedridden. Police arrested Hu Shuhua and her sister who took care of the paralyzed brother. Later he passed away from lack of care.
In June 2001 police broke into and ransacked her mother's home. Hu Shuhua's mother was very frightened and is now paralyzed. Hu Shuhua has lived in her mother's home to take care of her. Since her arrest, no one takes care of her mother.
9. [Shandong Province] Liu Feng Arrested While Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
At 2:00 a.m. on December 10, 2005, personnel from the Jinan City Dongguan Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Feng while he was distributing truth-clarifying materials. At 1:00 p.m. they sent him into the Liuchangshan Detention Center, a place specifically for persecuting practitioners. After policemen duped Liu Feng's family into signing the search and arrest certificates, they told the family that Liu Feng had been arrested. They ransacked Liu's home and confiscated some truth-clarifying materials.
10. [Pingdu County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Forced Labor for Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
On July 20, 2005, three practitioners, Ms. Lin Huaping, Ms. Han Shuzhi, and Ms.Zong Jingfang from Pingdu City's Xiangdian Community Office were arrested when clarifying the truth and distributing truth-clarifying materials at Xinjiatong. They were sent to the City Brainwashing Class. At present, they have been transferred to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. Lin Huaping was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor, and Han Shuzhi and Zong Jingfang were sentenced to one year.
11. [Bejing] Latest Update on Bai Shaohua and Other Practitioners Sentenced to Forced Labor
Before October 1, 2005, many practitioners arrested in Beijing were sent to forced labor. It is known that Mr. Bai Shaohua was sentenced to two and a half years forced labor and put into the No. 1 Division of the Beijing Transition Division. He has been on a hunger strike for over two months. Zhang Wensheng, Liu Yujian, and Yan Peng were sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor. All the male practitioners were held at the No.1 Team of the Beijing Transition Division.
Ms. Zeng Hui was sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor; Ms. Ji Lei and Ms. Wan Yu two years. Some women practitioners are held in the No.9 Brigade. Additionally, some were transferred to the Transition Division.
