Persecution Facts

Since July 20, 1999, when the persecution of Falun Dafa began, Fu Wancai and Zhang Qixiang from the Jiuhua Police Station (previously called the Huaxian Public Security Office) from the Huaxian Company in Jilin City, acted as vanguards in persecuting Falun Gong. They sent more than a dozen Falun Gong practitioners consecutively to detention centers and forced labor camps. They also fired some practitioners from their jobs and stopped paying retired Falun Gong practitioners their pensions.
