Ms. Wang Xiurong is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Leping Town, Chiping County, Shandong Province. The first time she was abducted was reported to be on March 9, 2004. (See Two Falun Dafa Practitioners Abducted in Chiping County, Shandong Province.)

After walking away from the brainwashing facility on March 4, 2004 with righteous thoughts, she was prohibited from working by leaders of the school where she was employed. She had to go to the township government to clarify the truth. On the morning of March 29, she arrived at the yard outside the township government building. Officials were having a meeting and she waited outside until the meeting was over. Then she went into the meeting room to present the facts of her unlawful arrest by officers from the police station and her family's suffering from her suspension from school duty. Before she could continue, the deputy head of the police station led Xu Gongjun, Shang Cungang, Li Dezhong, Shi Guangjun and other officers to forcibly take her to the police station. Her whereabouts remain unknown.

Just after 8:00 p.m. on March 29, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Wang Kuishan returned to her village driving a leased cargo vehicle. Twenty or so officials, including two females from the Mengyin County "610 Office"(1) and the Chengguan Township Government in Mengyin County, dragged him out of the vehicle and sent him directly to a brainwashing facility.

Ms. Tian Huamin, 71, lives in Chengwangzhuang Village, Xiaoxinzhuang Township, Shulu County, Hebei Province. She had suffered from numerous illnesses. Shortly after she started practicing Falun Gong in 1996 all her illnesses disappeared completely. After July 20, 1999, local officials kept coming to her home to harass her, simply because she practiced Falun Gong. In September 2000, Lai Guangpu, the township Party secretary, told her that there was an important speech to be delivered by the government and detained her for twenty-five days. There was no such speech. Tian's family was extorted of 300 yuan in cash in order to have her released (2). Ms. Tian asked for a receipt, but Lai refused to produce one.

In June 2001, Ms. Tian was again taken into custody, this time at the township police station. The officers offered no explanation and held her there for two nights. Gao Tiegang, the head of the police station, and Zhang Shusong of the Political and Judiciary Committee and Li Bin pressured her to write four "statements of guarantee" [to renounce Falun Gong].

One day in 2003, over half a dozen police officers showed up and forcibly carried her into a police vehicle and drove her directly to a brainwashing facility. She was taken back home only after the facility denied her admission. On November 8, 2003, officers came to her home to harass her again and confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun.

Falun Dafa practitioner Xin Ping had been driven out of Anguo County, Liaoning Province. At noon on February 13, 2004, seven or eight officers located Xin in a Falun Dafa practitioner's home in Xiheting Village, Tiegan Township, Shenze County, Hebei Province. He Juan, head of the Political Security Section, and Officer Peng Yusong of the Shenze County Police Department, led Wan Yi, head of the Tiegan Township Police Station and Liu Yanling and other local police officers to carry out the arrest.

In the evening, on January 19, 2004, several dozen police vehicles arrived at the home of Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Gu Liqiang in Leichen Village, Yuantou Township. Officers from Shijiazhuang City Police Department, the Political Security Section of the Jinzhou City Police Department, the Chengguan Police Station and officials from the Yuantou Township Government carried out the arrest. They also confiscated a personal computer and Falun Dafa books. Mr. Gu's wife, who is also a Falun Dafa practitioner, has been forced to leave town and has no place to stay.

Recently, it has been confirmed that Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Zhenru and other practitioners in Shifang City, Sichuan Province have been unlawfully sentenced to forced labor by the local "610 Office" and state security systems. The practitioners were arrested on March 2004 and their homes have all been ransacked. The forced labor terms are as follows: Yang Zhenru, 2 years; Zhao Yanfang, 1 year; Jiang Zhifang from Guanghan, 1 ½ years. They have been sent to the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong City, Sichuan Province.

In the afternoon, on March 18, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Caiping was on her way home from Qiaodong to Qiaoxi and officers from the Shijiazhuang City Police Department followed her closely. Around 6:00 p.m. officers from the Xinhua District Branch Police Department joined officers from the Lianmeng Road Police Station to break into Ms. Bai's home. Eight or nine officers arrested her and ransacked her home, confiscating some printing equipment and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Bai is being held at the Lianmeng Road Police Station.
