Story 1

One time during a professional course I attended, a teacher made a few remarks that slandered Falun Dafa. That very day, after returning to my hotel, I wrote a letter to her to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa, hoping that she would not continue to be deceived by the slanderous rumors. After the teacher read my letter and understood the truth, she openly apologized in class during the next lesson and said, "Some things I also don't fully understand. If I said anything wrong, please forgive me."

Story 2

One day during a language class, our teacher casually said something that was disrespectful toward Falun Gong. Due to my attachment to fear, and for the sake of not losing face, I did not have the courage to stand up and clarify the truth about Falun Gong in front of all my classmates. I felt terrible. Later I wrote a letter to my teacher, telling her how Falun Gong teaches people to be kind and improves one's health, how Falun Gong has helped people get rid of diseases, and how my whole family benefited after practicing. I attached information that clarified the truth about the staged Tiananmen Self-immolation incident and gave her the letter. Thereafter, my teacher never again brought up anything about Falun Gong.

Story 3

When it was time for the senior class students in high school to be divided into different classes, I was top in my class and as the result I was put into class four. I followed the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" at all times to guide my behavior, and received positive feedback from my teachers and classmates. In the summer of 2002, the "610 Office" police in my city called my teacher to inquire about the whereabouts of my mother. My mother had by then gone into exile to avoid the persecution. My teacher spoke sternly to the person on the other end, "This student of ours is outstanding in many areas in school. This matter of yours is not part of my job and I have no obligation to handle it." The "610 Office" person immediately softened his tone and requested my teacher's aid to ask me. Later, my teacher said to me, "The '610 Office' wanted me to return their call and inquire about the whereabouts of your mother." I answered, "I don't know." My teacher went on and said, "Even if we know, we will not tell them! You must also learn to protect yourself."
