1) The national security section of the Lianshan District Police Office in Huludao City ransacked Falun Gong practitioner Zhang Guoshun's home for no apparent reason in July 2003 and extorted 5,000 yuan from his family. On August 12, they arrested Zhang from his work and illegally sent him to three years of forced labor education. Now he is in Huludao Labor Camp. Zhang began his hunger strike on December 5, 2003. They force-fed him, each time leaving the tube in his nose afterwards, causing him great pain and endangering his life.

2) The forced labor camp in Wang Village in Shandong Province illegally detained over 500 practitioners. Three of them have died as a result of the persecution, and ten were injured and became disabled. The camp treated the practitioners with extreme callousness. They brainwashed practitioners, force-fed them, put them in solitary confinement, used electric batons to beat them, cuffed and hung them up, and forced them to desecrate Dafa and Master by stepping on Master's pictures. They beat and kicked practitioners, forbade them from sleeping and going to the restrooms. They arbitrarily extended the terms of 20 practitioners. Since the beginning of this year practitioners have been forced to perform hard labor from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. everyday.

3) The Heilongjiang Province Female Prison conducted persecution madly against practitioners in the Fourth Team between November 26 and December 2, 2003. They let over 40 practitioners freeze at a temperature under minus 20 degrees Celsius from 5:30 a.m. till 4 p.m. They prohibited some practitioners from wearing jackets, and made them stand or walk for a whole day. They used electric batons to beat practitioners, and boards to slap them on their hands, faces, and mouths. They taped up some practitioners' mouths and shaved their heads. After going back to the prison cell, the practitioners were ordered to sit on the icy cold floor. Some were ordered to squat until midnight. At 2 am on December 1^st, they denied practitioners water, let them almost starve, and did not let them go to the restroom. Presently 8 practitioners are under solitary confinement. They took off the coat of the 60 year-old Zhao Yalun, threw her into the snow and buried her in the snow up to her neck. Many practitioners in the Fourth Team have been injured.

3) The criminal acts of Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp:

1. They force the detainees to beat up practitioners, resulting in injuries and disabilities. Some other practitioners suffered both internal and external injuries.
2. They forced practitioners to sit on a small board for a prolonged period of time and caused them to become disabled.
3. They poured cold well water over the practitioners.
4. They extorted money from practitioners. They have continued to detain many practitioners whose terms were over. Some were four to five months past their scheduled release dates.

4) On November 27, 2003, the police from Ranghulu District in Daqing City illegally arrested several practitioners. They included: Gao Shuqin, Zhang Bifang, and a few others whose names are not known. In early November, they kidnapped 38 year-old Mr. Pu Xinjun and 50 year-old Ms. Cang Yuzhen.

5) Practitioner Wu Dandan is a statistician working in Jiangan Vehicle Factory in Wuhan City. On December 15, people from the "610 Office" at Jiangan District, Xincun Village Police, and Jinagan Vehicle Factory got together and kidnapped Ms. Wu from her work, took her to the brainwashing class in Jiangan District, and began their persecution. Wu was once kidnapped to the brainwashing class in late November, as well.
