(Clearwisdom.net) Last October, Chinese dictator Jiang went to the United States for a visit but was confronted with a large protest when he arrived at Chicago on October 22, 2002. That day, he was sued by Falun Gong practitioners and their families for genocide under the Alien Tort Claim Act and the Torture Victims Protection Act, in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
