Changchun City First Detention Center

The above pictures are from Changchun City First Detention Center. All arrestees who have committed severe offenses are detained here first. Many condemned criminals are detained here until their execution. Since the beginning of the persecution, many practitioners in Changchun City or other cities and counties in Jilin Province have been illegally persecuted here, including Dafa practitioners Liu (Jiji), Yang Guang, Yang Feng, Zhang Yufeng, and others.

The above pictures show Changchun City Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. Currently, all male Dafa practitioners who are illegally sentenced to labor "re-education" in Changchun and some other cities and counties in Jilin Province are detained here. More than 2000 (including multiple occurrence of the detention of the same person) male Dafa practitioners have been illegally detained here for labor "re-education," such as Jin Jinghui, Wang Hui, Feng Liping, Fu Yan and others, who withstood inhuman persecution. Because they did not write insincere materials, such as the "Statement to break away from Falun Gong" against their will, their sentences were extended repeatedly and their persecution intensified.

The far building is used to detain Dafa practitioners as well as common criminals. The picture was taken as those sentenced to forced-labor "re-education" were leaving to work.

Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp exploits the people sentenced to forced-labor (including Dafa practitioners) to plant grass seed for sod. The mature, readymade lawns are rolled up for sale, providing illegal profits for the Forced Labor Camp.

Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp exploits the people sentenced to forced-labor (including Dafa practitioners) by requiring them to plant corn.	Chaoyangou Forced Labor Camp forces its inmates to sift sand and make bricks.

The First Division of Changchun City Police Department is located in Jingyue Pond Scenic District

The above pictures show the first division of the Changchun City Police Department, which was identified by many of those persecuted and exposed by other, related persons. (Those persecuted were all sent here with their eyes covered.) At Changchun City Transportation Hotel (address: 7108 Jingyue Road, Jingyue Pond Scenic District, Changchun City, Jilin Province), the police department has secretly rented, on a long-term basis, at least ten or so rooms. If practitioners resist, they secretly apply extremely brutal and savage torture. More than a hundred have been tortured here in sessions that last several days. As in the above pictures, they often pull down the curtains and turn up the volume on the TV so that the tortured Dafa practitioners' shouts of pain are hardly heard. Sometimes they directly put Dafa practitioners into windowless rooms, leaving them with no way to tell how many days have passed, and torture them around the clock.

Jilin Province Prison

The above pictures are of Jilin Province Prison, commonly known as Jilin Province Second Prison, located in Jilin City, Jilin Province. It is at the Jilin highway exit from Changchun to Jilin. Male Dafa practitioners in Jilin Province who are sentenced from several to more than ten years are illegally jailed here. Over ten Dafa practitioners, including Liang Zhenxing, Yang Guang, Liu Chenjun, are experiencing inhuman persecution here.

Central Hospital of Jilin Province Jail Administration Bureau

Pictured above is the Central Hospital of Jilin Province Jail Administration Bureau, commonly called the Reform Through Labor Hospital, another black den to persecute Dafa practitioners. Here is the outpatient department, where female Dafa practitioners have been jailed. Changchun City's Dafa practitioners Wang Kefei and others were persecuted to death here under the pretense of "emergency treatment." The second and third photos are the inpatient department, located across the street from the outpatient department and in the lane where the First Detention Center is located. This is where male Dafa practitioners are persecuted in the name of "emergency treatment." More than a hundred practitioners have been persecuted in this hospital.

Jilin Province Female Prison

The above pictures show Jilin Province Female Prison. The prison factory's sign can also be seen there. See how the guards are afraid of exposure. When we took this picture, four or five prison guards in the mail office immediately opened the window to try and stop us. They looked very frightened. Afterwards, a prison guard rushed out. We immediately started our motorcycle and left.

Jilin Province Female Forced Labor Camp (Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp)

The above pictures are of Jilin Province Female Forced Labor Camp, commonly called Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp or Changchun City's Heizuizi Female Forced Labor Camp. Thousands of female Dafa practitioners in Jilin Province have been illegally detained here. The detention is termed "forced labor re-education," but it amounts, in essence, to persecution. The camp has many kinds of factories to manufacture handicraft birds, books, etc. The detainees, especially Dafa practitioners, are forced to work overtime for the camp's illegal profits. The products, such as handicraft birds, are exported.

Pictured above is Changchun City's Third Detention Center. More than a hundred and more likely tens of thousands of Dafa practitioners were once detained and persecuted here. The center is located between Changchun City and Shuangyang City, Jilin Province (i.e. not far from Jingyue Pond). Photo 1 is the main gate, photo 2 is the detention area, and photos 3 and 4 are a distant view of the detention center.

The above pictures show Changchun City Agriculture College, i.e. Jilin Province brainwashing center once persecuted many Dafa practitioners. This operation was re-located between July and August of this year and became an individual setup. Notice the thick metal bars all over the building.

"Changchun City Legal Education Center" (Brainwashing Center)

Pictured above is "Changchun City Legal Education Center," actually a brainwashing center established especially for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. It is located in the Changchun City Fenjin Forced Labor Camp. It once detained thousands of male Dafa practitioners in Jilin Province. It moved here from Xinglong Mountain Agriculture College in August 2003.

Jiutai City Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp

The above pictures are of Jilin Province's Jiutai City Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp. Dafa practitioners once were persecuted to death here. One Dafa practitioner was detained and then, the following day, was beaten to death by criminals at the instigation of the police.

Public Security Detention Center of Changchun City's Police Department (Guangda Detention Center)

Public Security Detention Center of Changchun City's Police Department (Commonly called the Guangda Detention Center) has detained thousands of Dafa practitioners since July 20, 1999.

Changchun Balibao Detention Center

Changchun Balibao Detention Center was Changchun City's Police Officer College (commonly called Police College) during September and October in 1999. Between July 20 and 22 of that year, tens of thousands of Dafa practitioners who went to the Province Committee to peacefully appeal were detained here.

Changchun Culture Plaza was once the place where tens of thousands of people practiced in years past. Wu Shaozhu, the head of the General Bureau of Physical Culture at that time, occasionally inspected this practice site in the company of other leaders of Jilin Province and Changchun City.	Changchun Cultural Activity Center. At the beginning of 2002, thousands of Changchun Dafa practitioners sent righteous thoughts here and resisted the court, which was illegally trying Dafa practitioners.	Changchun City Nanguan District Court. A Dafa practitioner once sent righteous thoughts here to resist the illegal trial.
