I am female practitioner and would like to share my story with everyone.
I used to work in a chemical plant but lost my job in November 2001. I got another job in June 2003 through a friend and in a private chemical plant.
The plant was new, so there were hidden dangers in its environment. There was an explosion on July 13, 2003, since one set of the storage tanks did not meet the industrial safety standards. Two female workers (not Dafa practitioners) and I were at the scene and I was only 2 meters (~6.5 ft) away from the explosion. By the time I heard it, I was thrown against the wall by the pressure.
My reaction at that moment was, "I am a Dafa practitioner and I will walk out of here just like nothing happened." So, I walked out of the room. When I was outside, I found my face had minor injuries from hitting the wall, my right leg was bleeding because of the debris from the explosion, and the rest of me was fine.
Other employees and managers rushed over and someone asked me if there was still anyone inside. I said I was not aware of anyone there. I thought both of them were outside. It turned out that one of them died at the scene, and the other died in the hospital a few days later. I felt so sorry for them.
Outside of the doors about 15 meters (~ 48.5 ft) away, there was a row of metal walls knocked down by the explosion, but I was only slightly injured. As practitioners, we know that if it weren't for practicing Falun Dafa and being protected by Master, the outcome would be tragic.
