An Unlawful Official Died from an Accident in Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province
Since New District joined with Fengrun County of Tangshan in May 2002, the new leaders of Fengrun District have resumed the persecution of Dafa practitioners. They have threatened and forced Dafa practitioners into Xiao Bali brainwashing classes. In the persecution of Falun Gong, the former district director of the Women's Foundation and wife of Gao Yueheng, Deputy Director of Fengrun District, has publicly slandered Dafa many times. Gao Yeuheng was in a car accident on his way back from a business trip on August 30. He died after being thrown from the car's rear window while the other three passengers only sustained minor injuries. In addition, the Party Committee Secretary of Fengrun District, Me Jizhi, along with other officials have been in a few accidents since August. Even though there were no casualties, the subsequent accidents were warnings.
Retribution Cases in Sanhe City, Hebei Province
The Assistant Bureau Chief of Shanhe Public Safety Bureau, Zhang Shanglin, who is in charge of Falun Gong persecution, has illegally sent more than 30 Dafa practitioners to "Labor Education." His evil conduct has caused harm to his family. For example, one of his family members developed a uterine tumor last year and needed major surgery to have it removed.
Meng Jianguo, former Police Station Chief of Juyang Town, Shanhe City, has made great efforts to arrest and persecute Dafa practitioners. One time, he thought a woman was a prostitute, viciously beating and insulting her. As it turned out, the woman was the fiancée of an official's son. Following the resultant investigation, Meng was eventually removed from the Public Safety Office.
The Assistant Section Chief of Political Security Section of Sanhe Public Safety Bureau, Liu Yingqiu, cavalierly persecuted Dafa practitioners. He was eventually removed from his office for an "unknown" reason.
Around the last Spring Festival, an old man who works as a guard on his production team in Nanguan Village, Shanhe City, was asked to spy on Dafa practitioners and was promised a reward of 1000 Yuan from the county. Later, the old man told people, "It was a bad thing to do. I ended up spending the 1000 Yuan I received on medicine..."
An electrician from North Zhuanghu Village, Juyang County, Shanhe City, was assigned to take down Dafa truth clarification flyers. Other people advised him not to remove them, but he went ahead anyway. To his surprise, after a few steps, his ankle was badly strained. He was lame for a long time afterward. Ever since then, he tells all the people he meets: "It is true that you will be punished if you remove Falun Gong's truth clarification fliers!"
There are many similar cases. "It is a natural law that good will be rewarded with good, evil with evil." It's not up to humans to decide, nor is it the gods' purpose to punish humans. On the contrary, it is reflective of a god's compassion and his warning for them to realize their wrongdoings. It gives people the chance to discover their mistakes and correct them. A person with clear mind can make a clear distinction between right and wrong. A person with muddled mind may find all kinds of excuses to ignore a god's warning, whether the confusion is caused from selfishness, greediness, fear of pressure and loss, or simply because of stubbornness.
