Russian Practitioners Are With Teacher Li and Other Fellow Practitioners Wholeheartedly

As New Year's Day was approaching, a Russian girl named Olgar came to see me. She asked me how to find Falun Gong books. I gave her a copy of the Russian version of Falun Dafa - one book with both "Zhuan Falun" and "the Great Perfection Way of Falun Fo Fa" (description of Falun Dafa exercises). I told her that it would be best to read through the whole book. 

Two days later, Olgar phoned me excited, "This book is so great! This is absolutely the best book in the whole world! I want to tell the whole world: there is no book better than this one!"

Over the past month or so, Olgar, like many other people who are predestined to obtain Falun Dafa, has been trying very hard to let more people obtain Falun Dafa. Shortly thereafter, she made Falun Gong books available at several bookstores, in several districts, of Moscow. She also found a place for a group practice. 

"I know in Moscow many people are seeking the truth. They don't know what they are looking for, but they are persistent in it; I've got to help them." She then participated in the translation of Teacher Li's Lecture in Europe. She did a very good job.

Later Olgar told me that her mother had given her an ultimatum, "You must choose between the family and Falun Dafa. If you continue to practice Falun Dafa, then you must leave home, forever!" 

Olgar told me, "I know what the test means to me; but I can't be without Falun Dafa. Falun Dafa is my life!" She started to cry. I was also moved to tears.

Two days ago Olgar came to me, "I want to write a letter to Teacher Li.
Could you help me forward the letter to him?" 

"Teacher Li is beside you," I comforted her.

"I know that. I can feel; but I still want to let more people know my feelings. Nowadays, there are some people saying bad words about Falun Dafa; but I would say Falun Dafa is very good, and many people like me are still looking for Falun Dafa!" 

So she wrote a letter.

How should I forward it? I believe that Teacher Li has already seen her sincere heart...

Here is the letter written by Olgar:

Dear Teacher Li,

Please accept warm regards and deep respect from your students in Moscow.

Since I learned Falun Dafa and got to know you from it, I have been full of gratitude. No language in the world can express my feelings.

"Zhuan Falun" changed my life. To be more accurate, I began a new life and my life gained new meaning after I read "Zhuan Falun". Everything before was preparation for obtaining the law.

From an early age I was tortured by many questions, and no one could answer them for me. My parents and other adults were only worried and angry with me: "just live the way others live!" For me, people all live such a life: to be born, go to school, go to work, get married, have children, get ill, old and die. People are simply living this way. Is that the only meaning of living in the world? Do I have to live like this? I found it hard to agree. I kept asking myself: Who am I? Where did I come from? Why did I come? I often felt lonely and upset for uncertain reasons. No one shared my sorrows; no one could understand me. Although there were many around, no one knew my heart. To search for an answer, to search for the real meaning of life, I began to look for a teacher. The way of seeking is long and harsh. To find a real teacher and the truth, it is unavoidable to be confronted with false wise men and different branches.

Your book is alive. Teacher Li, when reading your book, wonderful changes happened to my body and mind. You healed my soul; you healed my soul of sorrows! I cannot leave this book. I take it wherever I go. When I sleep your book is beside my pillow.

Respectable Teacher Li! You answered all my questions. Moreover, you gave me a new life. My heart belongs to you.

Of course, the way of cultivation is harsh. As other practitioners I met with all sorts of difficulties---disagreement of parents, all kinds of attachments neglected before, and bad ideas that seemed to crop up from nowhere. However, I tried to follow your teachings in my cultivation. I spend a lot of time studying the law, and cultivating my heart. The most important thing is to be assimilated to the cosmic qualities of "truthfulness, benevolence, and forbearance". This is where my fate brings me. Now my heart becomes very sensitive. Whatever race or social status a person belongs to, my heart will tell me at once whether he is kind or evil, he is telling the truth or telling a lie.

When I read "Zhuan Falun" the first time, I strongly wished to introduce Falun Dafa to the whole world at once, let people know about Teacher Li Hongzhi with great mercy, let them learn about such a perfect cultivation way. However, it is not that simple when practicing. My relatives and friends did not have the same feelings after reading the book or they simply refused to read it. Some people thought I went insane or went into a side way. They were not touched at all. I realized that if one's heart was not touched, all persuasion would be useless, because such a precious law can only be spread heart to heart. If one's heart is cold and indifferent, what can be done with it?

Sometimes I cried without a reason. Sometime my tears came because I was not understood by others. However, when I thought of the pains that our Teacher had taken to impart the law and save us, thought of the torture that Chinese practitioners have experienced on the mainland, I felt embarrassed.

I whole-heartedly hope that there would be more Russians to know about
Falun Dafa, and more assistant stations could be set up. Unfortunately there are too many obstacles from people. It is said that there are many fake Qigong masters in China, and in Russia there is all that you can find in the world: Indian, Tibetan, African, Chinese Qigong, Taoist Yoga, and all sorts of western psychological treatment, etc. Psychological consultation service has reached saturation. Moreover, some Russians like to add and compose. For example, take something from Indian Yoga, add a bit of Chinese Qigong, or take something from Christianity or Buddhism, hence an independent system. What is more, there are a great number of fake guides, fake prophets, fake spokesman of gods and so on who put up their service charge list everywhere.

I am not discouraged and I firmly believe that in Russia there will be more people to cultivate Falun Dafa. We will try our best to spread Falun Dafa according to Teacher Li's teachings, to help those predestined ones obtain Falun Dafa and find the way to be saved.

Dear Teacher Li, I sincerely thank you for your vast mercy. Wherever I am, I always feel your presence and feel your mercy and care. I feel that your body is so vast and immense and everywhere. However, I am so tiny, as I am within your body.

I also sincerely thank Beijing practitioners who translated the Russian version and all other practitioners who helped the translation and publication work of Falun Dafa books. My warm regards also go to all practitioners in China. I wish you all to reach consummation in Falun Dafa smoothly. I hope you face all difficulties with more courage. Please remember, with all our heart, Russian practitioners are with Teacher Li, and with all of you.
