On July 24, 2006, the tenth Australia China human rights dialog was held behind closed doors. Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in front of the Australian Foreign Ministry. They also held a press conference to call on the Australia government to take note of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocities of live organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners, and ask for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.

Falun Dafa Association Australia spokesperson John Deller pointed out that the Australia China human rights dialog failed completely since it did not alleviate or end China’s human rights violations. Mr. Deller gave an example of the death of practitioner Ou Yangming, who is the brother of Australian citizen Ou Yangyu. The CCP tortured Yangming to death in 2003 even though the Australia Foreign Ministry brought his case to the attention of the CCP four times since 2001.
Representative Jane Sun of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) Australia Branch said, "It has been more than four months since the first witness disclosed the CCP’s live organ removal in March. The CCP’s atrocities of organ harvesting from living practitioners are hard to imagine. The CCP has persecuted Falun Gong for seven years. The purpose of CIPFG is to stop the killing. In Australia, CIPFG members includes member of Parliament, provincial parliament, non-governmental organizations, doctors, lawyers, religious people, reporters and students. We demand that the CCP allow us to conduct an independent investigation in China’s labor camps and prisons."
Chairman Fan Yuan of the Chinese Worker Party felt sorrow when seeing the reenactment of live organ removal. As a Chinese democratic person in Australia, the Australian government informs him of each dialog. He said, "Unfortunately, we haven't seen any effects from such dialogs for many years. The CCP has a bad record of human rights. It should allow us to enter China to conduct independent and detailed investigations on this issue."
In the press conference, practitioner Ying Li also gave a speech and called on Australian people and the government to pay attention to her brother, Li Liang. She said, "I was shocked upon hearing of the CCP’s atrocities of live organ removal. I and my family worry about my brother. He was arrested and imprisoned many times since 1999. Since May this year, we have not received any information about him. The CCP regime does not allow visiting. We don’t know if he is still alive. We urge the Australian government to help us contact him. We are worrying about his safety."
Australian citizen Zhizhen Dai, who lost her husband due to the CCP’s persecution, said that such dialog behind closed doors is deceiving people, "Australia should hold open human rights dialogs and help improve China’s human rights in reality."
After the incident where the Singapore government charged nine Falun Gong practitioners with "assembly without permit" on July 14, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Washington DC have called on the Singapore government not to assist the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in persecuting Falun Gong, and immediately drop the charges. At noon on July 27, the practitioners held a press conference in front of the Singapore Embassy in Washington DC and advised the Singapore rulers again not to assist the CCP in committing evil acts.

Practitioner Mr. Li said, "Ten years ago, in 1996, Falun Gong was registered as a legal organization in Singapore. Before the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Falun Gong spread widely in Singapore and the government did not find fault with practitioners."
Since Jiang’s faction began persecuting Falun Gong in July 1999, Falun Gong practitioners in Singapore have faced a deteriorating environment that seemed to follow the CCP’s control. Soon, Singapore looked like a colony of the CCP and Singapore’s laws seemed to become subordinate to the CCP. Not only were practitioners’ group practice and exercise introduction activities interfered with and limited, the media spread CCP lies, and there were serious incidents of police arresting and charging practitioners with so called "assembly without permit," "interference with public order," etc.
Practitioner Perlman said that Singapore is well known for its strict laws, but suppressing righteousness cannot be excused.
Practitioner Ms. Min Ge said in her speech, "The Singapore government should notice that the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party has caused waves of renouncing the CCP after the commentaries were published in late 2004. So far more than twelve million people have renounced the CCP by making withdrawal announcements online. And the number is increasing by 30,000 people each day. More and more Chinese people recognize the CCP’s evil nature and renounce the CCP, indicating that the CCP is going to collapse soon."
The CCP will definitely collapse. The Singapore government should not run against the historical trend and become an accomplice of the CCP.
