When interviewed about the atrocities occurring in secret Chinese concentration camps, US Congressman Dana Rohrabacher said, "This is gruesome and clearly beyond the moral standard of almost every country that I know. It's time for civilized world to say 'no' to the monsters that are tearing apart people in China." Rohrabacher called for an investigation and making the truth known to the people of the world.
Rohrabacher said, "We, as legislators, as statesmen and Americans, must not also become complicit in these crimes by keeping silent. History cares not whether we inked another trade deal or helped sell another Boeing 747, but history will judge us if we choose to look the other way when faced with truly indescribable human suffering on this scale."
Rohrabacher continued, "We have a responsibility to have our President express America's strong wish to have a full investigation of these charges and demand an explanation from Chinese leader Hu Jintao during his upcoming visit and an agreement to allow on-site third-party investigations. I think you will agree this is the least we can do."
Rohrabacher noticed the surge of organ transplant centers in the past few years in China, and said, "On the website for the just one transplant center, the Oriental Organ Transplantation Center in Tianjin (www.ootc.net), we could see a graph of their 'achievements' shows the number of procedures growing by leaps and bounds after 1999, the year the persecution of Falun Gong officially began."
Rohrabacher said this may be the grisly reason why there is no waiting list for human organs in China. The kind of moral complicity required for the non-consensual removal and sale of human organs is certainly unique, that it is an issue that we cannot ignore.
Rohrabacher pointed out that many people like to think that China is a good place to do business and make money, but they don't want to recognize that the people running China are involved in monstrous crimes that no civilized person would associate with. "Now we ignore so many bad things that they have done, that Chinese communist expects to ignore this as well. That doesn't mean the rest of our country has forgotten these values."
Rohrabacher said, "I believe that when a country doesn't stand for a certain moral principles and closes its eyes to oppression. In the end that decision comes back to hurt the county who is trying to close its eyes and not recognize evil. In that case, China again, the Chinese communist country is demostrating evil that deserves condemnation of the entire civilized world."
Rohrabacher expressed that, "It's important to the elected people in the United States to speak loudly on behalf of the entire American people to let those in suffering in China and across the world know that we are on their side. We are on the side of those people who are being oppressed, not the brutal dictators who control them, even though a lot of American businessmen are making money in China."
Rohrabacher pointed out that many people should go to China, but they should talk to the people who are being oppressed rather than spending their times with oppressors. Rather than spending their time with torturers, they should spend time with people being tortured.
Rohrabacher believes that eventually the American people will reach an understanding of what's going on in China and there will be a backlash against the Chinese communist leadership from the United States. "Hopefully we then offer much more support to those people like Falun Gong in China who asked only to be able to live their lives in freedom."

On March 31, Mr. Davis, Canadian Member of Parliament for Vancouver East district wrote to Minister of Foreign Affairs and urged the government not to remain silent on the concentration camps for Falun Gong practitioners in China. In the letter, he wrote: "I urge the Canadian government to use all measure possible to ensure there is an independent and objective investigation of these reports, to verify what is the nature of the detention, extermination and organ harvesting taking place in Suiatun prison." Below is a transcript of the original letter.
Libby Davies, MP Vancouver East
March 31st, 2006-4-3
Hon.Peter MacKay
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Lester B. Pearson Building
Tower "A"-10th Floor
125 Sussex Drive
Ottawa, ON K1A 0G2
Dear Minister,
I am concerned about recent reports of an underground prison in Shenyang City, Liaoning province in China where Falun Gong prisoners of conscience are being killed and their organs harvested and sold for profit. There are reports that Sujuatun prison camp holds over 6,000 detainees and is equipped with crematorium and that no prisoner has been known to leave the facility.
I urge the Canadian government to use all measure possible to ensure there is an independent and objective investigation of these reports, to verify what is the nature of the detention, extermination and organ harvesting taking place in Suiatun prison.
I hope you will agree that Canada cannot remain silent in the face of these serious reports. I believe it is incumbent on us, to use our influence in the international community that the International Declaration of Human Rights and other UN Conventions that prohibit torture, and inhumane treatment and unethical practices are not being violated.
I would appreciate knowing what you intend to do as Foreign Minister in taking action in response to these reports.
Yours sincerely,
Libby Davies ( signed )
Vancouver East

According the official website of the Chinese Communist regime's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the afternoon of April 4, 2006, Liu Jianchao, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, used strong words to defame Falun Gong at a routine press conference. Liu was responding to a question related to the U.S. State Department deputy spokesman Adam Ereli's comment on the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. Liu's strong response was an attempt to disguise CCP guilt.
If Falun Gong, which teaches people to follow Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, is considered "evil," then are the CCP's corruption, abuse of human rights, brutal killing of everyday people, and persecution of the innocent considered good? Is the CCP's establishment of concentration camps to eliminate Falun Gong practitioners, harvest their organs when they are still alive, and cremate their remains considered good? Is the Tiananmen "self-immolation" (orchestrated by the CCP to defame Falun Gong) considered good? Are the attacks on Gao Rongrong for seven hours with an electric baton, destroying her face, and killing her considered good? Their ugly deeds are evident.
Practitioners of Falun Gong strive to be good people that follow Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. They have normal jobs and harmonious families. Through the practice, they gain physical and mental health, and are happy with their lives. This is good for society. However, the CCP does not tolerate these good people. The CCP began an unprecedented, most evil and despicable persecution. They have used the basest lies and did not consider the consequences. They gave orders to "financially bankrupt, ruin the reputations of, and physically destroy" Falun Gong practitioners, and that "Killing [a Falun Gong practitioner] is unpunished. The identity of the dead is not investigated. The body is cremated immediately." Thousands of practitioners have died from the persecution. How many good families have been torn apart? How many good employees and students have been arrested, beaten, or sentenced to labor camps and prisons? The good families and society were severely disrupted by the CCP. Large sums of taxpayers' dollars have been used to persecute Falun Gong instead of building the economy. Who is "causing instability in China")? Who is "interfering with the normal lives of the Chinese people"? Who is "endangering the physical health of the Chinese people"? (The CCP often accuses Falun Gong and practitioners of all of these things.) Isn't this obvious?
No one can escape the judgment of Heaven. No one who has committed
crimes can
escape trials of justice and punishment by heavenly principles. Three
witnesses
stepped forth to provide testimony on the Sujiatun Concentration Camp.
The World
Organization to Investigate the Persecution Against Falun Gong
published an
investigative report. An elderly military doctor from the Shenyang
Military
Region who wishes to remain anonymous confirmed the existence of
Sujiatun
Concentration Camp and said there are a total of 36 concentration camps
like
Sujiatun in China. The dark secrets are being exposed one after
another. The
horrific crimes will be revealed. It will not be long before the gods
give their
judgment on the CCP.

Practitioners from all over Europe held a rally at the headquarters of the UN Human Rights Committee in Geneva on April 3, 2006. They condemned the crimes of the CCP, who butcher Falun Gong practitioners by removing their organs for resale, and then burn the bodies to eliminate the evidence. Practitioners called on the UN to make an immediate investigation into the atrocities perpetrated by the CCP. Swiss MPs and delegates from international NGOs attended or forwarded letters expressing their concern for persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and condemning the crimes of the CCP.
Christian Zangg, an MP from Geneva speaks at the press conference
An MP from Geneva: "The CCP must immediately stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and stop the killing."
At the rally, Christian Zangg, an MP from Geneva pointed out that
the CCP has
infringed on human rights to such an extent that it has gone even
further than
the Nazis who committed crimes in concentration camps in World War II.
In its
concentration camps, the locked-up people were those who had different
opinions
from all walks of life or just belonged to those who have different
politics and
faiths. "Four thousand Falun Gong practitioners have been already
persecuted to death in the blood-curding concentration camps and their
organs
have been removed as well, which has drawn our attention, because
actions like
this are making us bristle with anger and arousing great public
indignation."
Christian Zangg called on the CCP to immediately stop the persecution
of Falun
Gong practitioners. He emphasized, "Today's demonstration sends a
signal to
the world telling everybody: Geneva, an international city, is calling
on
leaders of the CCP Government to stop the killing!"
Swiss MP: "We can not keep silent in the face of the terrifying
incidents happening right now."
Many Swiss MPs wrote letters to the organizer of the rally
expressing their
great concern over the concentration camps.
In her letter, Madame Maria Roth Bernasconi MP said, "I condemn any
actions
infringing on human rights, no matter where they have happened.
People's dignity
should be respected in all places. No excuses can be made to infringe
on basic
human rights such as the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, in
any
philosophy, faith and policies of democratic countries."
In her letter, Bernasconi also wrote, "I condemn the existence of the concentration camps which remind us of the calamities in the past. People have been taking it for granted that concentration camps are a thing of the past. In fact, it is not so. We can not keep silent when these terrifying incidents are happening right now."
In his letter, Mr. Patrice Mugny, the Minister of Culture in Geneva and an MP, said, "Concentration camps are now being set up and used in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, which shows a more sinister regime. Freedom and belief and cultivation belongs to basic human rights, we don't understand the reason why practicing Falun Gong can bring a crisis to the CCP Government and we hope that the CCP leaders can understand this one day.
A researcher from the Ethnography Museum of Geneva: Everybody should play a role as a sentinel in defending human beings.
Madam Erika Deuber-Zieger, a former MP and a researcher from the Ethnography Museum of Geneva pointed out: In 1942 when Mr. Gerhart Riegener (who passed away in Geneva in 2001) disclosed to all governments and all international organizations that the Nazis would decimate the Jews of Europe, wasn't it true that everybody was laughing at him during his appeal? Who believed him? Who took any action?
Deuber-Zieger expressed that today, the appearance of the Chinese concentration camps, particularly the terrifying incidents of removing organs from the detainees and burning their bodies to destroy the evidence has been covered up. Though being far away from each other, we cannot verify personally these persecuted Chinese people, but every one of us should play a role as a sentinel in defending humanity.

On the morning of April 6, 2006, Practitioners in Hong Kong started a 24 hour hunger strike in front of Chinese Liaison Office to protest the atrocities of Chinese Communist regime (CCR) in its concentration camps for Falun Gong practitioners. They also call on the international community to immediately establish a delegation to conduct an independent investigation and help stop the persecution as soon as possible.
Dozens of practitioners meditating in front of the Western Section Police Station to raise awareness of the atrocities
The Minghui website and the Falun Dafa association posted an announcement on April 5 establishing an "Integrated Committee to Investigate the Secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp and the Facts of the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" and officially invited international organizations, state agencies and media to conduct an independent, complete investigation. The situation is serious. The latest information indicates that the CCP is proceeding with a mass slaughter to eliminate witnesses.
Around 50 practitioners started the 24 hours hunger strike outside the Chinese Liaison Office in the morning of April 6.
Before noon, some practitioners marched from Western Section Police Station to the Chinese Liaison Office with banners and commemorative posters in hand. They read out the announcement of the establishment of "Committee to Investigate the Persecution".
Two practitioners in the hunger strike group have family members held unlawfully in Mainland China. Ms. Dong Ming indicated that, when first heard of the Sujiatun incident, she felt shocked, and heavy. She has personally experienced CCP detention and torture. Her sister is imprisoned in the Moganshan Women's Forced Labor Camp of Zhejiang. She could not go back to visit when her father died in this March.
The other practitioner was Kuang Senqia. His wife Zhang Lihong was taken away on October 27, 2004 by policemen from Criminal Team of Cheng District Branch Police Department, Shanwei City. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor by the local State Security Bureau. Mr. Kuang indicated that he was shocked when learning about the Sujiatun case. He was very concerned about his wife and other detained practitioners.
He said, "Many practitioners in the concentration camps were taken there from forced labor camps. Now my wife is imprisoned in the Women's Forced Labor Camp of Gaungdong Province. I worry very much, and according to what I've heard, there are concentration camps in Guangdong Province!"
Practitioners set up posters at the hunger strike site, passed out
fliers to
passengers and explained the atrocities. Miss Cai, a passer-by college
student
said: "The incident is so sensitive, but the Hong Kong media remained
silent. The case has been widely known through the Internet. People
should not
tolerate the CCP's wrongdoing. It's illegal, and so inhuman."

March 28, 2006, the Swedish Human Rights association SHRIC (Supporting Human Rights in China), volunteers from the Epoch Times newspaper, and Falun Gong practitioners held an event to support the nine million withdrawals from the CCP and to protest against the crimes committed by the CCP in its Sujiatun and other death camps in China. The event was held on Mynttorget square in downtown Stockholm.
Jen from SHRIC calls on the Swedish government to work with the
international community to investigate death camps in China
Jen, a member of SHRIC, said, "The problem in concentration camps is so urgent that the Swedish government has an obligation to investigate it. They should investigate the atrocities and should punish those responsible.
Volunteers from the Epoch Times and Falun Gong practitioners condemned the atrocities in Sujiatun and other concentration camps in China. They appealed to people to pay more attention to China's human rights issues, and to spread the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
People look at posters attentively
A local Chinese person said, "I know that the CCP is not good but I just realized how ferocious the CCP is after reading your material. I feel lucky to be able to live in western society. Chinese people should abandon the Communist Party."
A few Chinese tourists, after watching the changing of the guard in front of the imperial palace, said that they have heard about the Nine Commentaries. They all took material about Sujiatun and the Nine Commentaries and said they would study it.
Two Russian government officers attending a conference in Riksdag took material, signed their names, and said, "We will go to China for meetings later. Russia used to be a communist dictatorship but now has changed. We wish the Chinese people are also able to enjoy democracy and freedom."
One young person came to sign his name and asked how to help the practitioners in concentration camps in China. Practitioners said, "Please help us to spread the news to your colleagues, relatives, and friends and encourage them to sign their names on the website." The young person nodded and said, "Certainly! All of us with the right conscience cannot tolerate such things happening."
Understanding the communist party's crime, people signed their names one after another and said, "We support you!" and "Good luck!"
