Ms.
Wang Bo and her parents, Wang Xinzhong and Liu Shuqin, are Falun Gong
practitioners in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. On the night of
July 27, 2006, they were secretly arrested at their temporary apartment
in Dalian City. Their apartment was searched and they were beaten up.
Ms. Wang's relatives and friends kept calling to find out where they
were detained and appealed for their release. Until August 25,
2006, Hedong Office said that Ms. Wang and her parents were
detained in
the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center. At the beginning of September,
because they refused to be "transformed,"
they were transferred to a detention center. According to the law
established by CCP, one cannot be detained in a detention center
for more than 37 days. If there is no evidence, the detention center
needs release them. However, Ms. Wang and her parents are still
detained after passing the term limit.
In the past seven years, Ms. Wang and her parents have been repeatedly arrested, beaten and detained in brainwashing centers and forced labor camps because they insisted on their belief and on exposing the persecution. They have been persecuted both physically and mentally. What they experienced was almost more than they could bear. In order to change the living environment for his daughter, Mr. Wang Xinzhong moved his family to Dalian City in northeast China. The CCP arrested Ms. Wang Bo and her parents and have detained them since.
Reportedly, Wang Yongzhi, the deputy director of the Hebei Province 610 Office, was in charge of persecuting Ms. Wang Bo and her parents. While Ms. Wang was illegally detained in a forced labor camp, Wang Yongzhi deceived and threatened her many times. He plotted to arrest Mr. Wang Xinzhong and colluded with the China Central TV Station to re-edit the show "Focal Point" to deceive and mislead the public and defame Falun Gong. After Ms. Wang Bo was released, she quickly became clear-headed. She recalled her experience over the past five years when she was persecuted by the CCP. She felt extremely sad and published an article describing her experience and state of mind. The Hebei Province 610 Office brutally persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. They feared further exposure of their crimes so they searched everywhere to arrest Ms. Wang and her parents.
The police from the National Security Team of the Chang'an Police Department in Shijiazhuang City participated in the crime of arresting Ms. Wang Bo and her parents. On the spot, they confiscated 35,000 yuan and two bags of clothes, and did not record this according to legal procedure. Please support the family in asking the National Security Team of the Chang'an Police Department to return the property of Ms. Wang Bo's family.
Currently, Ms. Wang and her mother, Liu Shuqin, are detained in the Second Detention Center of Shijiazhuang City. Ms. Wang is in the 137th Cell and Ms. Liu is in the 134th Cell. Mr. Wang Xinzhong is detained in the Zhao County Detention Center in Shijiazhuang City. In the middle of September 2006, Wang Xinzhong became critically ill and was sent to a hospital for emergency treatment.
Early in the morning on August 11, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zheng Rongchang from Baoding City, Hebei Province was forced from his home and taken to the Xiaobailou brainwashing center, organized by the 610 Office.
At around 5:45 a.m., Mr. Zheng Rongchang was about to feed the rabbits they raised. Suddenly, a gang of plain-clothes police stormed in, did not show any ID, violently forced him into their vehicle, dropped his shoes, broke his belt, and took him to Chengguan Town Police Station. They didn't even let him put a shirt on.
Mr. Sheng Rongchang requested his shoes and belt, but no one cared. Police then took him to the Xiaobailou brainwashing center in Baoding City, without any legal procedures.
Mr. Zheng lost his personal freedom, is forced to go through brainwashing sessions under the guards' close monitoring. He is followed no matter if he is eating, sleeping, and even using the toilet. As soon as he wants to do the exercises, someone will stop him immediately. He is forced to watch videos that slander Falun Gong, or listen to fabricated nonsense in order to force him to write the "four statements". The guards threatened his family members that if he refused to accept the brainwashing within 15 days, he had to pay all the costs, and would be sent to a labor camp.
One afternoon, the Li County 610 Office Head Xu Yonggang (male) came to Xiaobailou, and said to Mr. Zheng Rongchang, "You were raised by the CCP, and you are against the CCP. You must be mentally ill, and I want to lock you up in the mental hospital."
Mr. Zheng Rongchang's wife sufferers from mental illness, and cannot do farm labor or house chores. With Mr. Zheng Rongchang locked up in the brainwashing center, the fields are untended, the crop of cotton is neglected, and the rabbits are left with no one to feed them. Their daughter had to quit her newly-found job to take care of the family. Their family has suffered a huge financial loss.
I have been released from the labor camp for over two years, but I have yet to expose the persecution that I endured. Whenever I wanted to write about it, I became scared; I was afraid of being persecuted again. My human notions also inhibited me: I worried that "nobody would believe what I wrote" and "I could not express it clearly, because I only have three years of elementary school education." Today, I am determined to expose the evil and eliminate it. The following is what I experienced in Heizuizi Women's Labor Camp.
The guards punished the newly arrived practitioners with long periods of standing, beating, and sleep deprivation until they signed and fingerprinted documents renouncing Falun Gong. Then, they were forced to do slave labor every day from 5:00 o'clock in the early morning until 9:00 o'clock at night; sometimes even later. The practitioners who had not completely renounced Falun Gong were besieged and deluged with lies and slanderous material until midnight. They still have to do slave labor next day. I was no exception.
After SARS subsided, my family visited me and saw that I was in poor condition. They wanted me to get treatment outside. They spent 5,000 yuan to try to get me released on bail. I didn't want to disappoint them, so I compromised with the guards, and I gave them the three statements. Not only was I not released, but I was abused even more because the guards wanted to extort more money from my family.
The guards used many unknown drugs on my body. Sometimes, they put it on my clothes, my bed cover, or in my food. I became very weak. I could not lift my legs or straighten my back, my sternum became quite prominent, and I lost nearly all of my memory.
They also use this method on other practitioners. One of the practitioners was persecuted to such an extent that she dared not put on her clothes or eat. She screamed when she was asked to put on her clothes or eat (because her clothes and food were laced with drugs). When I first saw her, I even blamed her for not having a strong main consciousness, and tarnishing Falun Gong's image. However, when the evil persecuted me with the same method, I started to understand the harshness of the circumstance the practitioner was facing. I apologized to this practitioner deep in my heart! Not only did I not help my fellow practitioner with righteous thoughts, I aggravated her persecution with human thinking and blame. I hope that practitioners who still view fellow practitioners' suffering with human thoughts, will help them with righteous thoughts instead.
Guard Yan Lifeng frequently used the superficial states of the persecuted practitioners to deceive and confuse other practitioners who didn't know the inside story. He fabricated and spread the rumor that it was the result of persisting to practice Falun Gong. They perversely laid the blame on the victims after they persecuted them to this extent with drugs! This is not the doings of one or two guards, but the majority of the guards in Heizuizi Labor Camp.
The Jiangsu Provincial Hongzehu Prison is also called Hongze Farm, which is located by Hongze Lake in Sihong County, Jiangsu Province. Many Falun Gong practitioners were employed by the farm in the past. They tried to improve their xinxing to become better people, eliminate illness, and to keep fit.
After July 20, 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong began, some officials working at the farm followed the vile party's orders and started to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. They mistreated practitioners in many different ways. As the Fa-rectification has progressed, many officials have awakened during the persecution. They have become clear headed, and are no longer willing to help the vile party. They realized that Falun Gong practitioners are good and truthful people, and that the persecution is illegal. Yet, there are some who still continue to help the vile CCP persecute practitioners.
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zang Shuqin previously had atrophied muscles, but quickly recovered after practice Falun Gong. He was detained multiple times and tortured at the Hongze Farm. On September 18, 2006, he was detained again. He is being watched by more than ten guards. Prison 610 Office agents Tang Jinchao (male) and Cao Xinhong (gender unknown) are brainwashing him every day. Mr. Zang Shuqin is resisting the brainwashing completely, and holding onto the truth. It has now been more then twenty days since he was detained.
At least forty practitioners are being detained in Hongzehu Prison. Practitioners from Jiangsu Province are concentrated here.
Chinese practitioners hope overseas practitioners can help clarify the truth to Hongze Farm administration to clear the evil, and rescue our fellow practitioners.
