Police arrested the parents of 13-year old Wang Wei of Erdaowan Town, Fuyu, Heilongjian Province. Without cause the parents were illegally arrested, detained and harassed at their home. As the result of unrelenting intimidation on the part of the police, Wang Wei passed away in March 2003.
Since 1999, Fuyu County Police Station, the Fuyu Erdaowan Town Police Department had continuously harassed Zou Yumei's household. In June 2001, Fuyu County Police Station policeman Lan Peicai, along with other policemen, went to Zou Yumei's house. Seeing that no one was home, they broke in and illegally searched the house. They later found and arrested Zou Yumei and her husband. They detained them at the Fuyu Detention Center for 15 days and made them pay 2000 yuan in extortion for their release.
When Wang Wei returned home, she saw that her parents weren't there and the house was in a state of disarray. The police threatened her and ordered her to give up practice of Falun Gong. During the 15 days when her parents were detained, she had to live by herself. Because of this sudden change and the isolation she felt, fear and depression took hold of her.
On April 22, 2002, Fuyu Erdaowan Police Department deputy director Wang Kongjiu and policeman Han Qingyu without cause arrested Zou Yumei. They sent her to Fuyu County's so-called "Law-governed "Transformation" Class." Wang Wei had lost her mother again. Fear and depression became a sickness, and she became thinner and weaker each day. Before she died, she wanted to see her mother, but the police refused her. Her family members asked the police to release Zou Yumei, but they said Zou would have to write the so-called guarantee statement denouncing the practice of Falun Gong and pay a 500 yuan fine before they would release her.
When Zou Yumei was finally released, it was too late for Wang Wei.
In
March 2003, Wang Wei, still in her teenage years, passed away due to
the evil Communist Party's devastating campaign of persecution of Falun
Gong.

By the end of April, 2005, Mr. Wu Chunlong's life was in danger from being persecuted in the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp. The camp, being unwilling to take responsibility for his death, sent the dying Mr. Wu home.
Wu Chunlong
In the beginning of May, I went to visit Mr. Wu. I couldn't believe what I saw. Wu Chunlong used to be an energetic young man, but now his eyes looked lifeless and his face was pale. His left eye was red and the entire left side of his face was swollen from apparent beatings. He was also severely underweight, and his head looked big compared to his skinny neck. When I first saw him he was curled up against the wall covered in a bed sheet. He didn't register my arrival whatsoever nor did he seem to hear me when I talked to him. I felt horrible. A fine 30-year-old young man was persecuted to unconsciousness and couldn't even take care of himself.
When I went back to see him again the next say, he couldn't get off the bed by himself, and when he tried to walk he was unsteady and looked like he would fall at anytime. He was still not able to respond to me when I talked to him. It was as if he had lost all of his memory and thoughts. I felt he had become this way because when he went on a hunger strike in the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp, the police added drugs to his food when they force fed him.
Through constant Falun Gong book study and doing the exercises, Mr. Wu could start walking steadily and could eat again. The swelling on his face went down, and his face became rosy. Sometimes he could talk a little. He was reborn because Falun Gong gave him hope.
On the morning of May 19, Yin Xiaodong from the Songlin Police Station in Jiamusi City went to Wu Chunlong's home. Yin said that the forced labor camp wanted him to go to the police station so that they could record a conversation with him. Yin also asked Mr. Wu to report to the police station once a month and suggested that his father should take him back to the forced labor camp after he recovered. Yin forced Wu Chunlong to take a temporary resident ID and took pictures of him.
Wu Chunlong had just started to recover from the tremendous mental trauma, and now, after the threat from the police, he was terrified by the horrifying memories from the past. He was shivering just thinking about having to go back to the pain and all the brutal tortures. At that point Mr. Wu collapsed mentally. He ate less and less and didn't feel any hunger despite not eating. He could eat a little rice porridge, but nothing else. He suffered from diarrhea and his weight went down. Now Wu Chunlong has a high fever that doesn't seem to go away. He is short of breath and sometimes looks like he is in a trance. He always feels that he is still in the terror of the evil. For many days he was nervous and slept the whole day. He couldn't get out of bed and needs help from his father in order to urinate.
The Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp saw that Wu Chunlong's life was in danger again. In attempts to avoid responsibility they made Mr. Wu's father write a statement taking responsibility before they let Mr. Wu go home. The statement said Wu Chunlong's family would take full responsibility for his death if he died. His father, Wu Yongxiang, found out that Wu Chunlong was not conscious only after signing the statement and was very resentful of being tricked. The following is Mr. Wu's father, Wu Yongxiang's statement.
Solemn Statement
On April 30, Dao Yukun, from the forced labor camp, came to my home and asked me to write a statement taking responsibility for my son's life. I missed my son and really wanted to see him. I didn't know my son had been persecuted. I wrote down whatever Dao told me. After I finished, Dao made a phone call and asked two police officers to carry my son home. I regretted that I wrote the statement the minute I saw that my son was unconscious and severely underweight. I now declare that the statement is null and void! I must ask for justice for my son!

Ms. Li Baojie, 34 years old, lived in Panshan County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. Since she continued to practice Falun Gong after the persecution began, she was illegally arrested by the police many times. In August 2004, she was reported while clarifying the truth in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. Police officers Zhao Laixing and Liu Yonghua from Panjin City, went to Dalian City and brought Li Baojie and her husband, Pan Xushu, back to Panjin City. Both of them were then sentenced to three years of forced labor by the Panjin City Police Department. They were detained in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. After suffering extended indignity and torture, Ms. Li was tortured to death on April 8, 2005.
Because the police continuously blocked information, covered up the truth and fabricated lies to deceive Ms. Li's family, the circumstances surrounding Ms. Li's death have not been exposed until now.
The following is an account of persecution posted on the Minghui Website on July 20, 2005, that we believe is related to the case of Ms. Li Baojie. The title is, "A Letter Passed from the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp of Shenyang City:"
"...since we came from different divisions and wore different types of clothing, the guards in the first division ordered us to wear uniforms. That was on April 1. Many practitioners refused to wear the uniforms, and were brutally beaten by a group of guards. Those practitioners, who stood up most prominently to disagree, were not only beaten up, but also punished with detention in small cells. The next day, we took off the uniforms and resisted the persecution. We went on a hunger strike again. This time even more practitioners joined in the hunger strike. We refused to wear the uniforms, sit on the small stools or eat meals, which greatly reduced the extent of the tortures that individual practitioners suffered. On the sixth day of our hunger strike, several guards pressed one practitioner down and more than ten other guards stood beside and watched as they force fed practitioners. After a while, I saw a big vehicle going back and forth. On that day, four practitioners were close to death due to forced feeding. Three of them were saved but one was tortured to death ....."
The time of this letter exactly matched the date that Ms. Li Baojie was tortured to death. Other witnesses also validated that, on April 7, 2005, the guards of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp force-fed the Falun Gong practitioners in Division 1. Prison Doctors Cao Yujie (female, about 50 years old), Ding Dayong (male, middle-aged), Chen Bin (female, about 30 years old), and other guards force-fed corn paste to Ms. Li through clamps placed in her mouth. They covered Ms. Li's nose so that she could not breathe. Witnesses say Ms. Li started to scratch with her two hands and twist frantically. Soon, her two hands were stiff. Then the three prison doctors treated her in a frantic rush for a while. After that, Ms. Li was carried out and sent to the First Hospital of Shenyang Medical School for emergency treatment. The doctor's diagnosis stated: infection in the lungs, Type II breath exhaustion and acid poisoning through respiration. It is clear that the doctors in the First Hospital of Shenyang Medical School were harboring the criminals and covering up the truth. They also lied and said that this kind of case was not caused by taking in food. Their purpose was to help the guards at the Masanjia Labor Camp shirk responsibility and to cover up the truth that force feeding resulted in Ms. Li's serious condition.
The doctor issued a notice of terminal illness and recommended surgery and placing Ms. Li on respiration equipment. The doctor asked for signatures from both Ms. Li's family and the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to do so. However, even with a human life at stake, the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp viciously refused this last chance of emergency treatment by not signing. Because food entered Ms. Li's lungs when the guards force-fed her, causing severe injury to her and she was not treated in a timely manner, Ms. Li lost her life on April 8.
We strongly appeal to bring the following criminals to
justice: Zhou Laixing, Li Yonghua (Police from the Politics and
Security Section of the Panjin City's Police Department), Su Jing, Cao
Yujie, Ding Dayong and Chen Bin (from the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp).

I was one of four practitioners arrested by the Harbin Anti-Riot Squadron and Shuangcheng Police in April, 2002. I was imprisoned along with Ms. Liu Limei in the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp Hospital.
When I first saw Liu Limei, she had already been on a hunger strike for 6 months. She was extremely thin. Her voice was very weak, but she still kept on clarifying the truth to people around her and shouted loudly "Falun Dafa is good!" The police force-fed her, but Liu Limei would not cooperate and would resist the persecution. Once, a police officer was force-feeding her, and I saw her nose bleeding. She was out of breath, but the police still force-fed her. They beat her and swore at her when they could not succeed. I was able to hear her extremely weak voice on and off, "Falun Dafa is good!" The police sealed her mouth with tape, but by then Liu Limei was on the edge of death.
When the police gave Liu Limei intravenous injections, she would not cooperate either. Police injected her with drugs to make her sleep. Every time after she was injected, she seemed to lose consciousness. Liu Limei was repeatedly force-fed, beaten, and injected with sleeping medicine. The police continuously tortured and threatened her.
Once, Ms. Liu slept a whole day after being injected with sleeping drugs by the police. When she woke up, she could not move her hands and arms. I heard her saying, "I am so cold; please cover my arms with the quilt." At that time it was the beginning of July and the weather was hot. I immediately called the prison guard. The prison guard saw the situation and immediately called a doctor and the head of police. During the urgent rescue, they found that she had no blood pressure and her heart had stopped beating. They had IV's in both of her arms. The head of the hospital (his last name is Hao) came. He lifted her quilt and saw how thin she was. She weighed about 80 lbs and her skin was dry and cracked. She looked like a person over 80 years old. Hao told her, "I will release you for sure, drink some milk first." He was afraid that Ms. Liu would die in the hospital, and he immediately told Liu's family members to come get her. At 9 a.m., Liu Limei's husband came and hugged her. She was extremely thin and frail, breathing only faintly. Her husband said, "What can I do with her in such a condition?" Afterwards I heard that Liu Limei was transferred to another hospital by the police, not really released. Later they released her only after her family members paid a large fine.

Mr. Yuan Xianggan was a mathematics teacher at Ruyang First High School in the Luoyang area of Henan Province. He was illegally sentenced to three years in prison. Later his wife, Ren Qin, also a mathematics teacher in the same school, was sentenced to four years in prison. His sister Yuan Xiangfan was tortured to near death at Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp. She was taken home on December 9, 2002, and passed away on September 8, 2003. Yuan Xianggan was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution.
Mr. Yuan Xianggan is forty years old. He is an excellent teacher and has also persisted in practicing Falun Gong. In February 2000, he went to appeal in Beijing and was sentenced to three years in prison. He was sent to Luoyang Forced Labor Camp, where he suffered inhumane torture. After his release in February 2003, he started clarifying the facts of the persecution again.
His sister Yuan Xiangfan was arrested in February of 2002 for appealing in Beijing. She was detained at the Ruyang County Detention Center and was subjected to the iron chair torture method for three days straight. When a higher provincial official came to inspect the detention center, Ms. Yuan was carried out in the iron chair to avoid notice by the inspection team. Seeing this horrible scene, many people shed tears. In 2001, she was sent to the Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp, where the police and inmates subjected her to inhumane torture. When she was tortured to near death, she was finally released and taken home by her family on December 9, 2002. Paralyzed, Ms. Yuan remained in bed until she passed away on September 8, 2003.
In early August 2003, Ms. Ren Qin, Yuan Xianggan's wife, was illegally detained for 15 days at Ruyang Detention Center. After being forced to pay 250 yuan in so-called living expenses, she was transferred to the Fengshan Hotel, where she was detained for over 10 days and had to pay 100 yuan each day in living expenses. Afterwards she was once again transferred to a brainwashing class at a school for the blind and deaf, where she suffered torture for 15 days. Because she refused to give up her belief, she was again detained in a detention center one week later.
Soon after his sister Yuan Xiangfan was cremated, Mr. Yuan Xianggan was investigated and the police attempted to sentence him. To avoid further persecution, Mr. Yuan was forced to leave home. The public security office searched for him all over. He was expelled from school. Several months later, his wife Ren Qin was sentenced to four years in prison, leaving behind a son in high school and Mr. Yuan's parents, who are seventy years old.
The officials in Ruyang First High School actively cooperated with the 610 Office to persecute practitioners. Principal Yuan Zhenhan has repeatedly incited hatred toward Falun Gong and practitioners among staff members and students in public. The party secretary Chu Xi'an is also actively involved. Two other teachers in this school are practitioners, and at present they are not allowed to work.

The followings are descriptions of the cruel torture methods used at the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp, Sichuan Province, to brutally torture Falun Gong practitioners:
1. Tying up the legs while sitting in a lotus position
When the practitioner is sitting in a lotus position, the police use ropes to tie the legs very tightly. Then the rope is brought over both shoulders. The hands are folded tightly against the back and then tied against the body. After just half an hour, both feet become swollen and start to bleed. The pain felt in the hands and feet cannot be described in words. To increase the pain, two policemen step on the feet. The pain is excruciating, so tremendous, in fact, that the practitioner loses consciousness. This torture method may also result in the feet becoming numb and in deep injuries. Blisters as big as eggs grow on the feet and legs. Falun Gong practitioners who have suffered this torture are: Li Yun, Fu Liqiong, He Yumei, Zhong Shuirong, Wang Hongxia, Geng Xiaojun, Zheng Caixian, Sun Shihui and others.
2. Tiger Bench
The practitioner sits on a very low small iron bench. He/she has to put the heels on top of a high stool. The knees and back have to remain straight and the practitioner must look straight ahead; otherwise the practitioner will be beaten with clothes hangers or benches. Practitioners are forced to sit in this position from a few to over 20 days. The pain is beyond description. Practitioners who have been tortured using this method are: Zheng Caixian, Wang Hongxia and others.
3. Force-feeding with condensed salt water
This is an extremely cruel torture method. Falun Gong practitioners are shoved and then pressed to the ground by a few people. The guards then sit on top of his/her body and force the mouth open with special forceps that keep the mouth wide open to the maximum extent. As a result, the practitioner's teeth become loose. The other end of this tool presses against his throat, which causes the throat to bleed. They then force-feed the practitioner with condensed salt water. The liquid will often choke the practitioner when it is poured down the throat, which can result in death. Since condensed salt water causes great harm to the stomach, this torture method is a very cruel form of punishment. The suffering is beyond description. Because of the mouth clamp, whatever is forced-fed can't be vomited. If the practitioner does not swallow the force fed material, he/she can't breathe. Also, condensed salt water can't be easily swallowed. Therefore, it remains stuck in the throat, which is a life-threatening situation. Force-feeding is the leading cause of death among Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners who have suffered from this torture method are: Zhao Zhongling, Li Yun,
Wang Hongxia, Fu Liqiong and Deng Zhongsu. Zhu Yinfang died as a result of being force-fed with condensed salt water and excrement.
4. Being hung up by handcuffs
With this torture method, the practitioner is hung so that only the tips of the toes can touch the ground, while the heels cannot touch the ground at all. If the heels touch the ground, the handcuff will cut into the skin. With this method, the practitioner may suffer from diarrhea or vomiting and the pain is excruciating. The hands may also become numb. Practitioners who have suffered this torture method are: You Quanfang, Wang Hongxia, Zhang Shiqing, Yin Fafeng, Geng Xiaojun, Zhao Zhongling.
5. Handcuffed with both hands folded against the back and hung up on a tree
This torture method will make the practitioners feel as if the handcuffs are cutting their wrists. The practitioners tortured this way suffer agonizing pain, and sweat profusely the entire time. Falun Gong practitioners who suffered this torture method are: Wang Hongxia, Zhang Fengqing, Zhang Wenhong and Wang Zhengmo.
6. Handcuffing torture methods
The practitioner is handcuffed with the hands in an upward position, using a fitted handcuff, and then handcuffed against a large tree.
Standing straight while handcuffed against a window. The person who suffers from this torture method can't move. After a while, his/her feet will swell. Falun Gong practitioners who have suffered from this torture method are: Gao Yan, Zhang Shiqing, Zhang Wenhong, Wang Hongxia, Tao Juhua, Fan Ying, Geng Xiaojun, Yin Fafeng, You Quanfang and others. At least 30 practitioners in all have suffered from this torture method.
7. Handcuffed to the Bed Rail
At night, practitioners are handcuffed to the iron bed rail. In wintertime, when it is cold, they can't move. Their hands become numb and hurt terribly, which prevents them from falling asleep. Practitioners who have suffered from this torture method are: Huang Chenghui, Geng Xiaojun, Wang Hongxia and Li Yu.
8. Handcuffed while squatting
Practitioners are handcuffed to an iron bed and forced to squat. The practitioners who are tortured with this method cannot sit down, or stand up. Their feet will hurt terribly. Zhao Zhongling and others have suffered from this torture.
9. Beating
Policemen, as well as from a few to more than 20 collaborators beat practitioners as a group. Practitioners who were beaten like this were injured from head to toe. Their internal organs were also injured. Some lost consciousness. Also many suffered from pain for quite a few months after the beating. Falun Gong practitioners who have suffered from this brutal torture method are: Zhang Shiqing, Li Guangqing, Chen Xiaoling, Liu Xia, Wu Yuping, Yin Fafeng, Fu Liqiong, Chen Jinhua, Tang Tianmin, Wang Hongxia, Li Xuemei, Zhu Yinfang, Li Yuhua, Li Fengqi, Zhao Zhongling, Yang Taiying, Xu Ping, He Yumei, Zhong Shuirong, Geng Xiaojun, Zheng Caixian, Gao Yan, Yang Shaopei, Su Shihui, Lu Yanfei, Chen Fuzhen, Zhu Yaohui and others.
10. Humiliation
Falun Gong practitioner Yin Fafeng was stripped and forced to stand in front of a mirror for two nights.
Practitioners had to wear a paper hat and paper clothes, which were covered with swear words. If they refused, they were beaten. Falun Gong practitioners who have suffered this torture are: Fu Liqiong, Geng Xiaojun, Zheng Xiancai, Wang Hongxia and Deng Zhongsu.
During freezing winter weather, Falun Gong practitioner Su Shihui was stripped and allowed to wear only her underwear. She also had to suffer other tortures.
11. Electric shock
Practitioners are shocked with electric batons. The torturers will use the baton to shock the mouth, face, neck, hands, back, buttocks, etc. Falun Gong practitioners who have suffered this torture are: Yin Fafeng, Zhang Shiqing, Zhang Fengying, Zhang Wenhong, Zhang Yaqun, Fan Ying, Wang Hongxia, Tao Juhua, Zhu Yuehui, You Quanfang and others.
12. Squatting and standing for a long time
This is a very common and inhuman punishment. Some practitioners were forced to stand in a military position for one or two months. Some were forced to squat for one month. After a few days, this torture resulted in swelling of the legs. The swelling often made the legs as big as the feet. Those who suffered this torture could no longer walk. After squatting for a few days, their heels were injured. All Falun Gong practitioners suffer from these kinds of punishments regularly.
13 Other corporal punishment and torture
"Making dumplings." The practitioner is covered by a blanket and then beaten. "Hitting an ox from a distance." The practitioners are tied with ropes against a door, and while squatting on a toilet.
Standing in "horse step" position.
Putting bowls on top of palms and making the practitioner stand for a long time.
Sleep deprivation: for three days and nights or longer, allowing only two or three hours of sleep. At all times other than those few hours, the practitioner is forced to do hard labor.
Force-feeding water.
Not allowing the practitioner to use the bathroom for a long time.
The above are the most severe corporal punishments. Others are difficult to describe.
Policemen from the Nanmu Temple Forced Labor Camp, Ziyang City,
Sichuan
Province cooperated with others to devise many cruel and inhuman
torture methods, meant to "transform"
Falun Gong practitioners. A forced labor camp is a living hell. We hope
that
the world's people will give their support to help end the persecution.

On March 2, 2005, in the Jiamusi Labor Camp, unit 7, cells 7 and 8, camp wardens mobilized over thirty guards and twenty criminal inmates to torture detained female Falun Gong practitioners with electric batons, police batons and handcuffs.
Policeman Yu Wenbin asked all practitioners to sign a "re-education agreement." He told them, "Whoever signs the agreement will be released to his or her family. People who refuse to sign the agreement will be handed over to the 610 Office." The guards then dragged the practitioners who did not sign to another room to torture them. Guards handcuffed them to the beds and then kicked them or beat them with their fists or with clubs or electric batons. Several practitioners passed out. Zhang Xiaodan and Sun Hui, wardens in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, grabbed the unconscious practitioners' hands and pressed their fingerprints onto the agreements.
Policemen Cai Zhenjuan, Liu Yadong, and Xu used clubs and electric batons to beat the practitioners. A practitioner from the Jiamusi Lianjiangkou Paper Mill, Ms. Su Yanhua, 57 years old, was struck on the head and lost consciousness immediately. When she had regained consciousness, the police shackled her to an iron chair. Ms. Su went on hunger strike in protest. A few days later, policemen locked Ms. Su to a bed. They removed the quilt and the bed board, leaving only a board, which was less than 30 centimeters wide. Ms. Su could not move at all. The cell was damp and cold. Ms. Su contracted scabies when she was detained in a labor camp in 2003. The medicine forcibly administered by the camp clinic was poisonous and caused Ms. Su to lose her memory. Her tongue became stiff and her leg was injured. Nonetheless, on March 2, 2005, the policemen beat her to unconsciousness again.
On the same day, two thirds of the practitioners in cells 7 and 8 were severely injured. Ms. Yan Xihua from Shuangyashan City was pulled out by policeman Guo Xinhui and the criminal inmates. Liu Yadong beat Yan violently, causing her not to be able to move or to turn over. She kept groaning in pain and had difficulty breathing. The police kept torturing her. Ms. Xie Xuepu, 58, from Hongdian Village, Fujin City, is another practitioner. After the beatings, she was bloody all over her body and could not walk or sleep.
On March 3, guard Cai Zhenjuan beat Ms. Xie again. Everyone in cell 8 witnessed the brutality. Ms. Xie bit her teeth and rolled on the ground in pain. Cai beat her while kicking her with his leather boots.
Practitioner Ms. Liu Xuehua's hands were shackled. A male policeman pinned her to the ground by the feet and told another policman to "electric shock her breasts!" Policeman Zhang Xiaodan verbally abused Ms. Liu. Policemen also shocked her neck, so her injuries were not easily visible. They continually shocked Ms. Liu for 30 minutes. She screamed loudly. She was about to have her period that day, but the torture made it disappear. She felt extreme pain at night.
Liu Yadong and some male policemen severely beat Ms. Zhang Guizhi, from Xinhua Farm. Ms. Gao Cuilan, a practitioner from Hegang City, was shackled and beaten. She sustained multiple bruises, was covered with scars, and her hands were injured. On March 2, because Ms. Gao refused to sign the agreement, she was brutally shocked with electric batons. She still has difficulty walking due to the torture. The police extended her prison term, although her husband works full time and cannot take care of their young child. The police refused to listen to her request to be released on time.
Ms. Li Shumei also refused to sign the agreement and was severely beaten. Her womb kept on bleeding. She still feels abdominal pain today. She cannot walk or eat, her skin looks yellow in color and she is emaciated.
All of these abuses were perpetrated by policemen Liu Yadong, Cai Zhenjuan, and Zhang Xiaodan, who executed the plans of "strict administration," "coercing a confession," and "procuring evidence by violence." These plans were approved by the administrative officers He Qiang, Xu Chun, and Jiang Zuoqi.

I would like to expose how a 610 Office staff member in Weiyuan County of Sichuan Province deliberately planned and staged an incident to defame Falun Gong and the teacher, Mr. Li Hongzhi.
After the staged "Self-Immolation" Incident at Tiananmen Square, Miao Yongli, associate Party Secretary of Gaoshi Town, and Li Gang, director of the local Police Substation (the two are the murderers of practitioner Zhang Congming), schemed an inhumane plan in order to receive a promotion. Without any conscience, they lured Tang Yichun with 200 yuan and the promise that they would take care of her medical expenses in the future. She was told to go to the highway from Gaoshi to Weiyuan located at Mapu. Tang Yichun is from Team Eight of Hefeng Village, Gaoshi Town. Her husband Liu Jiajie was the school director of the Township in 1975. He was punished and sent to farm in his hometown because they had violated the one-child policy. Because they were sent to farm, Tang Yichun became mentally unstable and had remained in this condition for 25 years. Miao Yongli and Li Gang had Tang Yichun come to the highway and told her to wave and jump and say, "I went insane because of practicing Falun Gong." A reporter from Weiyuan Television Station recorded Tang Yichun and created a program that was broadcast repeatedly in Weiyuan County. This program slandering Falun Gong reached over 700,000 people in Weiyuan County and nearby areas such as Neijiang, Zigong, Leshan, Ziyang and Chengdu, etc. Because of this program many in these areas have developed hatred toward Falun Gong and Mr. Li Hongzhi.
When Tang Yichun received the 200 yuan, it was time for the open market in Gaoshi Town. While she was at the market, the money was stolen.. Later, when she asked Miao Yongli and Li Gang to pay for her medical expenses, the two had many excuses to avoid paying. Shortly thereafter, the truth of Zhang Congming's death was made public and the two thugs feared punishment. Miao Yongli was transferred to Xiangyi Town and Li Gang was transferred to Longhui Town to escape being punished for the crimes they committed. This occurred two years ago.
During the past six years, all kinds of incidents have been staged by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP,) which defames Falun Gong and deceives innocent people. We would like to ask everyone not to believe the deceptive propaganda on TV, radio and newspapers that is manipulated by the evil spirit of the CCP.

3. Persecution Facts from the Women's Ward of Jiujiang City Forced Labor Camp in Jiangxi Province
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Tian Haiying refused to cooperate with the evil by wearing the camp uniform or doing labor. Prison Guards directed drug addict prisoners Ni Hongying (female), Zou Hui (female), and Ye Jun (female) to brutally beat Ms. Tian Haiying, which was in vain. Guards then put nerve damaging drugs in her meal when prisoner Ye Jun carried the meal to her, causing Ms. Tian to suffer a mental collapse. Ms. Tian knew her meal was drugged, so she went on a hunger strike. Another Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Huang Jinrong, was tortured by drug-addict prisoners Tian Xiaoling and Ye Jun (both female), by being deprived of her right to sleep. Ms. Huang could not stand the torture any longer and accepted the brainwashing against her will. Ms. Huang is clear in her mind now that accepting the brainwashing was wrong. She is being tortured by being hung up by her handcuffed wrists (1).

They fabricated a "crime" by charging Mr. Wei with creating and distributing VCDs. They sent Mr. Wei to Jinzhou City Forced Labor Camp on June 5, 2005. Heishan County police have arrested nine Falun Gong practitioners since March 2005. They harassed them, extorted large amounts of money, and sent those who do not have much money to forced labor camps.
