Beginning on December 10, 2005, International Human Rights Day, the Thai police, under instigation from the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, have assaulted and detained Falun Gong practitioners who were peacefully protesting the rape of two female Falun Gong practitioners by a policeman in China. In response to the incidents of police harassment and unlawful arrests in Thailand, Falun Gong practitioners around the world have been going to Thai embassies and consulates in their local areas to protest. Practitioners worldwide condemn the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for violating the human rights of Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand and for directing the Thai police to beat, arrest and detain Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners requested that the Thai police immediately release the detained Falun Gong practitioners, and issued a warning to related officials in the Thai government who assist the persecution: Be sure not be associated with the malevolent CCP and ruin your own future and the future of your country.
On December 10, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners sat across the street from the Chinese embassy in Bangkok, Thailand to protest Chinese policeman He Xuejian's assault and rape of two Falun Gong practitioners during a so-called "official interrogation" in China. Several police officers and cars came in and out the Chinese Embassy, and then dozens of uniformed and plainclothes police officers crossed the street to approach the practitioners. The police forcibly searched practitioners' bags, manhandled and dragged practitioners away, grabbed their banners, and took down their ID information, causing injury to practitioners and their personal property. On December 15, Thai police, under the direction of the Chinese Embassy, arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners who gathered outside the Chinese Embassy to protest the CCP policeman's act of violence. Six practitioners who have been illegally detained at the Bangkok Immigration Detention Center, with the exception of one young child, are staging a hunger strike in protest, without taking food and water.
When the practitioners told the police the facts about Falun Gong and exposed the evildoing of the Chinese Embassy, several police officers expressed that they did not want to come to harass practitioners but that the Chinese embassy asked them to do so.
Thai Practitioners Demand an Immediate Release of Falun Gong Practitioners
On the afternoon of December 18, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand held a press conference at the Pinnacle Hotel in Bangkok to condemn the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and the violation of practitioners' human rights. They specifically condemned the CCP's directing the Thai police to beat, arrest and detain Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners demanded an immediate release of the arrested practitioners.
A Thai Falun Gong spokesperson said at the press conference that on December 15, under instigation by the Chinese Embassy, the police arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested the rape of Falun Gong practitioners by a policeman in China. Currently, five practitioners have been on a hunger strike, and one woman practitioner has become very weak. The spokesperson said, "We are very concerned about their situation. We hope that the government will come to understand Falun Gong. Thailand is a democratic country. It is not good for Thailand to have had such a thing occur."
At 10:00 a.m. the same day (December 18), Thai practitioners gathered outside the Chinese Embassy to peacefully protest. They displayed banners reading, "CCP is Criminal! Thailand Should Immediately Release Falun Gong Practitioners," and "Strongly Condemn the Chinese Policeman Raping Falun Gong Practitioners."
Japanese Falun Gong Practitioners Protest the Thai Police for Bowing to the CCP
Falun Gong practitioners in Japan went to the Thai Embassy on December 16, 2005 to protest the Thai police bowing to the CCP's pressure and treating Falun Gong practitioners violently in Thailand. The practitioners also delivered a letter of protest to the Thai Embassy.
The Chinese communist regime has been persecuting Falun Gong for over six years. It has caused deep concern within the international community and human rights organizations, as more and more people around the world demand an end to the persecution, and more and more clearly see the evil nature of the Chinese communist regime. Over 6.3 million people have quit the Chinese Communist Party. Yet the Thai police succumbed to the pressure of the Chinese communist regime. It was not a wise move. The Thai Government should know what is right and wrong, and should not assist the CCP in persecuting Falun Gong.

Canberra Falun Gong practitioners peacefully protest
On the morning of December 16, a dozen Falun Gong practitioners in Canberra went to the Thai Embassy in Australia to protest the Thai police's acts of violence against peacefully protesting Falun Gong practitioners. They also protested the Thai police's unlawful arrest of three practitioners who handed out Falun Gong truth-clarification materials in Pattaya, a tourist city in Thailand.
During the protest in front of the Thai embassy to Australia, the vice-Ambassador accepted, on behalf of the Ambassador, a letter and related information that the practitioners delivered.
In the letter, the practitioners said to the Ambassador, "We request the Thai government not to yield to the Chinese communist regime's intimidation and pressure, and not help it persecute Falun Gong. We hope that the Thai government will reconsider its attitude towards Falun Gong, and not follow the Chinese communist regime in its violation of human rights."
New York City: Practitioners Rally to Protest Thai Police's Violation of Human Rights Directed by the CCP
At around 10:00 a.m. on December 16, local practitioners rallied in front of the Thai Consulate in New York to protest Thai police violence against practitioners and serious violations of practitioners' human rights.
New York practitioners displayed banners and told passersby about how the Thai police yielded to CCP pressure and seriously breached the practitioners' human rights. Practitioner Erping Zhang delivered a letter of appeal to the consulate and requested the consulate to forward all the truth-clarifying materials to the Thai government. The letter detailed the unlawful acts of the Thai police and the requests of practitioners. Practitioners said that the rally was held to tell the Thai government that justice will always prevail over evil. They also called on the Thai government to respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, conduct an objective investigation of the incident and condemn the CCP's terrible persecution of practitioners.
Germany: Practitioners Deliver a Letter to Thai Embassy to Protest Thai Police Violation of Human Rights
On December 16, 2005, German Falun Gong practitioners went to the Thai Embassy in Berlin to deliver an open letter to the Ambassador and the Thai government. They wished to express their concern about the recent violation of Falun Gong practitioners' human rights by the Thai police under pressure from the Chinese Embassy.
The Ambassador's secretary received the visiting practitioners. The practitioners explained the reason why the Thai Falun Gong practitioners had gone to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand to hold a protest. Specifically, because a policeman in Hebei Province China raped two woman Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners also brought up the Nazi regime as an example to urge the Thai government not to cooperate with the CCP out of economic interests.
The secretary carefully listened to the practitioners' statement and expressed her personal concerns regarding this event. Then she took the letter and a report from the Minghui/Clearwisdom website regarding this incident. She took a newspaper introducing Falun Gong and the German version of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party." She promised to report this event to the Ambassador and suggested that practitioners should write to the Premier of Thailand.
Los Angeles Falun Gong Practitioners Protest at Thai Consulate
On December 16, several practitioners in Los Angeles delivered a protest letter to the Thai Consulate. The practitioners called on the Thai Government not to give in to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute Falun Gong. In addition, they demanded the immediate release of those detained practitioners, and the restoration of practitioners' rights to conduct peaceful protests in front of the Chinese Embassy.
In front of the Thai Consulate, LA practitioners displayed a huge banner which read, "Thailand, Do Not Help the Chinese Communist Regime Persecute Falun Gong." On behalf of Falun Gong practitioners, Dr. Wu Yingnian, Associate Professor from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), delivered the protest letter and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials to the consulate. During his meeting with Consul Som Pop Sermswatsri, Dr. Wu described details of the incident and the facts of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. He hoped that the Thai government and people would uphold justice and not help the Chinese communist regime persecute Falun Gong. The consul stated that he would pass the practitioners' requests on to his government. A reporter from a Thai TV station recorded the entire event.
Florida Practitioners Deliver a Letter to Thai Consulate Protesting Thai Police Involvement in Persecuting Falun Gong
On December 16, 2005, a representative of the Falun Dafa Association of the State of Florida delivered a letter to the Honorary Consul General, George M. Corrigan, and Honorary Consul, Louis, Jr. Stinson at the Thai Consulate in Miami. The practitioners expressed their deepest concerns that, under the pressure of the Chinese Embassy, Thai police violated the rights of Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand. This situation has been ongoing over the past two weeks. The practitioners called on the Thai government to stop assisting the Chinese communist regime in persecuting Chinese people and violating human rights.
An assistant to the Consul received the practitioners and promised to report to the Consuls. She showed shock at the inhuman deed of the policeman raping women practitioners, and expressed that the Consuls have received many faxes and emails concerning this issue. She also made an appointment for practitioners to meet with Consular officials the following week.
Australia: Sydney Practitioners Deliver an Open Letter Protesting Thai Police's Unlawful Arrests
Falun Gong practitioners deliver an open letter to the Thai consul
general
At noon on December 16, Sydney practitioners held a press conference in front of the Thai Consulate regarding the recent unlawful arrests of practitioners. John Deller, chairperson of the New South Wales Falun Dafa Association, delivered an open letter to the Thai Consul General. The open letter expressed the local practitioners' strong concern over the arrests of eight practitioners who were conducting a peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand. They called on the Thai government not to kowtow to the Chinese Communist Party and act as its accomplice. They demanded the immediate release of all detained practitioners and restoration of the rights of peaceful protest in front of the Chinese Embassy.
The open letter calls on the Thai government not to be deceived by the CCP's lies, and to recognize the evil nature of the CCP. Practitioners called on the Thai government not to act as an accomplice of the CCP and to safeguard human morality and conscience. They also requested that the Thai government release the arrested practitioners, stop the harassment of Thai practitioners and allow them to conduct peaceful protests in front of the Chinese Embassy.
Washington, DC rally to protest Thai police's persecution of Falun Gong
Protest in front of the Thai Embassy
At noon on December 15, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners rallied in front of the Thai Embassy in Washington, DC. They were there to protest Thai police violence against practitioners who were protesting in front of the Chinese Embassy to Thailand on December 10, International Human Rights Day.
During the protest in Washington, two practitioners went inside the Embassy to deliver truth-clarifying materials. They told the official who met them the true situation of Falun Gong and the brutal persecution in China. The official said that she had read the materials, as two other practitioners had delivered some materials the day before. She promised that she would send photos of the protest and practitioners' materials back to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
A practitioner stressed the fundamental difference between the Chinese communist regime and the Thai government. While Thailand is a Buddhist country, the communist party is atheist. If Thai police take wrong actions due to the pressure and lies from the CCP, those wrong deeds will receive due retribution. That won't be good for Thailand. The official repeatedly stated that she understood this principle and would pass the materials on to the Thai government.
Italy: Practitioners Deliver a Letter of Protest at Thai Consulate
Falun Gong practitioners protest in front of the Thai Consulate
On December 16, the day after practitioners from Italy went to the Thai Consulate in Torino to deliver a protest letter regarding the Thai police violence against innocent practitioners, several practitioners also went to the Thai Consulate in Milan to express their concern over the situation in Thailand. The practitioners hoped that the Thai government would cherish the future of its own country and not to be an accomplice to the CCP in the persecution of Falun Gong.
In addition, practitioners in Italy also made phone calls to the Thai Embassy in Rome, to protest the Thai police's unlawful arrest of Falun Gong practitioners. The practitioners sincerely called on the Thai government to broaden their view, to pay attention to the great tide of resignations from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations in China, and not to be buried beside the CCP when it collapses.
Canada: Practitioners in Montreal Protest Thai Police Following the CCP in Persecuting Falun Gong
Thailand, don't follow the CCP in persecuting Falun Gong
On December 15, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Montreal went to the Thai Consulate, despite the severe cold with temperatures dropping to minus 20 degrees, to protest the actions of the Thai police, who, at the behest of the Chinese Communist Party, arrested Falun Gong practitioners who were peacefully protesting the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners on International Human Rights Day.
Falun Gong practitioners stated that even though the international community widely knows about the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners who strive to be good people by following "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," the Thai police still took orders from the Chinese Embassy and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand. It is intolerable. This not only seriously violated Falun Gong practitioners' basic rights, but also is a shame to Thailand. If they cannot correct the situation in time, it will bring great harm to the Thai people, because assisting the evil to persecute kind and innocent people is against the heavenly principles and people's conscience.
Ottawa Practitioners Protest Thai Police Yielding to CCP's Despotic Power to Participate in Persecution of Falun Gong
A call for the Thai government to not assist the CCP in
persecuting
Falun Gong
On December 15, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Ottawa gathered in front of the Thai Embassy to protest the Thai police's violence against practitioners in Thailand on International Human Rights Day. Yielding to the despotic power of the Chinese Communist Party, the Thai police unlawfully harassed and arrested Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested the brutal persecution of Falun gong in front of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand.
Upon hearing about the incident, practitioners in Ottawa immediately called the Thai Embassy to Canada to request a meeting. On December 15, they rallied in front of the Embassy to protest the unreasonable behavior of the Thai officials who encroached on practitioners' basic rights.
The practitioners delivered a letter of appeal to the Thai Embassy, requesting that the Thai Government protect Falun Gong practitioners' basic human rights, free themselves from the control of the CCP, and stop complying with the CCP in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand.
Falun Gong Practitioners in Israel Clarify the Truth to Thai Embassy
On the morning of December 16, 2005, five Falun Gong practitioners went to the Thai Embassy in Israel to have a conversation with the assistant to the Thai Ambassador regarding the incident that took place in Bangkok, Thailand. The Thai police, under incitement of Chinese Embassy in Thailand, arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested opposite the Chinese Embassy (including three children, aged 4, 6 and 14). Practitioners introduced Falun Gong to the assistant and talked about the persecution of practitioners in China. The practitioners expressed their concern over the Thai police's violation of Falun Gong practitioners' human rights, directed by the Chinese embassy. The assistant expressed that he would mail the related materials and the information about the incident to Bangkok, and he also expressed that they would keep in touch with Falun Gong practitioners.
French Falun Dafa Association Delivers an Open Letter to Thai Embassy
On December 14, 2005, representatives for Falun Gong practitioners in France went to the Thai Embassy in Paris to deliver an open letter. The letter protests the incident in which the Thai police yielded to the pressure from the Chinese Embassy to interfere with Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful protest in front of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand. The letter also urges the Thai government to resist the pressure from the Chinese communist regime to persecute Falun Gong.
Representatives for Falun Gong practitioners had a conversation with an official at the Thai Embassy. The official listened carefully to their introduction and promised to deliver the letter to the Ambassador. Practitioners also enclosed an investigative report conducted by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong and a copy of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party."
Holland: Practitioners Warn the Thai Government Not to Assist the CCP in Persecuting Falun Gong
Recently, yielding to the pressure from the CCP (Chinese Communist Party), the Thai police have repeatedly violated practitioners' human rights and even unlawfully arrested practitioners who were conducting peaceful protests against the rape of two practitioners in China on November 25 and the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong in general. On the morning of December 15, 2005, Dutch Falun Gong practitioners went to the Thai Embassy in Holland to deliver an open letter in protest of the Thai police's violation of Falun Gong practitioners' human rights. They called upon the Thai government to recognize the evil nature of the CCP and to not comply with it in the persecution of Falun Gong.
The practitioners met a secretary for the Ambassador. During the meeting, they stated the purpose of the visit, clarified the truth of Falun Gong and explained how the CCP had been exporting its persecution to other countries, including Thailand. The practitioners stressed that the Thai policemen are actually also victims. They have committed wrongdoings without knowing the truth. They were instigated by the CCP to roughly interfere with practitioners' human rights.
Toronto Rally to Protest Thai Police's Persecution of Falun Gong
Falun Gong practitioners in Israel express their concerns
At noon on December 14, 2005, several dozen Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Thai Consulate in Toronto to protest the Thai police's acts of violence against Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested in front of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand on December 10, International Human Rights Day.
A representative for the Falun Gong practitioners, Kevin Yang, pointed out that the Thai police's rude behavior has seriously violated Falun Gong practitioners' human rights. In particular, when the international community unanimously condemns the CCP's atrocities against Falun Gong practitioners, and condemns the biggest human rights abuse in modern times, that such a thing occurred in Thailand is extremely disgraceful. Mr. Yang called for Thailand not to dance with a "wolf."
Houston Practitioners Clarify the Truth to Thai Consulate
On the afternoon of December 14, 2005, representatives of the Falun Dafa Association in Houston and several Falun Gong practitioners went to the Thai Consulate in Houston to clarify the truth about Falun Gong.
The Falun Dafa Association delivered a letter to the consulate concerning the recent incident of Thai police violating Falun Gong practitioners' human rights. The Thai official at the Consulate didn't know about Falun Gong. Practitioners introduced Falun Gong to them and said that the incident of the Thai police violating Falun Gong practitioners' human right was shameful. The practitioners hope that the Thai government won't associate itself with the CCP, which has been constructed on lies and atrocities.
Vancouver Practitioners Protest Thai Government Assisting CCP to Persecute Falun Gong
Vancouver practitioners protest Thai police's acts of violence
On the afternoon of December 14, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Vancouver came to the Thai Consulate to deliver a letter protesting the fact that the Thai police were instigated by the Chinese Embassy to rudely interfere with Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful protest activities. The Thai police illegally detained three Falun Gong practitioners, including Zhang Mengye, for a period of time. This act has seriously violated the practitioners' human rights.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has become notorious in the international community for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners who practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. In so doing, it has put itself in an unprecedented dilemma in political and diplomatic aspects. To date, 6.3 million people have declared their resignations from the CCP and its affiliated organizations on the Internet. The CCP now faces a dead end. The Thai government should recognize the situation, abide by international norms, not be manipulated by the CCP and not interfere with Thai Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful and legal truth clarification activities.
On December 14, while Luo Gan, one of the chief criminals persecuting Falun Gong in China was visiting Argentina, thugs hired by the Chinese Embassy beat up practitioners who were passing out flyers. On behalf of the Falun Dafa Association of Florida, practitioners delivered a letter to the Argentinean Consulate in Miami, requesting the Argentinean government to uphold righteousness, to hold the criminals responsible for their crimes and to track down those who operated behind the scenes.
In the letter, practitioners briefly described the incident and pointed out that on that day, with many journalists and people from other protest groups there, those Chinese Communist bullies dared to violently grab banners and truth clarification materials, and even personal items in Argentina's Congress Square, and beat practitioners in front of the media. Even people from other groups could not stand by, and stepped forward to stop the violence, but they were beaten too and some were even bleeding. Meanwhile, although the police were there, they didn't try to stop the violence. They stated that they had received instructions from high levels not to stop those ruffians. Many scenes of brutality were recorded by Argentinean TV stations.
In the letter, practitioners indicated that the persecution the Chinese Communist regime initiated against Falun Gong has been going on for over six years, but it's become harder and harder to sustain it. With the hard work of practitioners in clarifying the truth, and with the huge trend of people withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) brought about by the book, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, more and more people can clearly recognize the evil nature of the CCP and the persecution. Even many who were previously involved in the persecution have realized that Falun Gong is good, and have been treated wrongly, so they don't follow those evil instructions and commands any longer. But even in this atmosphere there are still some who irrationally follow the Communist Party in persecuting Falun Gong with no regret at all. Luo Gan is one of them.
As Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party and head of the 610 Office, Luo directly plotted the strategy of slandering Falun Gong. For his own political gain, he ordered the killing of practitioners, and implicated, threatened and coerced millions of people's families, creating uncountable family tragedies. He and other murderers like him will face dual punishment from both heaven's law and human law.
In the end, practitioners stated that Falun Gong practitioners would file a lawsuit against the Chinese embassy for hiring hoodlums to attack practitioners, and hold those people accountable. They also advised officials in the Argentinean government who still succumb to the CCP's threats and enticement, and assist the CCP to persecute Falun Gong, that the collapse of the CCP, which was born in violence, and which has committed huge crimes and owes huge debts, is imminent. It is a grave mistake to associate with this evil regime and ruin your and your country's future.
An assistant to the Consul accepted the letter, and promised to report to the Consul. The assistant acknowledged the seriousness of the issue, and invited practitioners to come to talk to the Consul next week.

On December 19, 2005, Toronto Falun Gong practitioners unfurled a banner in front of the Argentina Consulate in Toronto that read, "Argentina, Do Not Follow China's Regime to Persecute Falun Gong." The banner referred to a situation recently in which Argentina's police did not carry out their duty to stop hired thugs from assaulting Falun Gong practitioners and stealing their banners and truth-clarification materials. They condemned Chinese Communist official Luo Gan for exporting the persecution of Falun Gong to other countries.
Toronto Falun Gong practitioners protest outside Argentina
Consulate
On December 13, Luo Gan, a member of the Chinese Politburo and one of the people most responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong, visited Argentina. On that day, the local Falun Dafa Association sued Luo in Argentina's Federal Court for genocide and torture. The next day, Falun Gong practitioners were beaten outside of the National Congress building by a gang of Chinese thugs hired by the Chinese Embassy. The police on site didn't stop the assailants and one policeman said they received orders from high levels not to stop them.
A representative of the Toronto Falun Gong practitioners, Mr. Li Zuofu said, "We are very concerned about the situation of fellow practitioners in Argentina."
In an open letter to the Argentina Consulate, the Canada Falun Dafa Association condemned Luo Gan and his accomplices' crimes, and stated that the Argentina police at the site did not try to stop the violence and did not arrest any of the assailants.
The temperature outside the Argentina Consulate was very cold, and there were very few passersby on the street. The practitioners held the banner on the sidewalk for about one and a half hours.
Mr. Li called on Argentina's government not to surrender to the Chinese Communist Party's pressure and lies, but to bring the assailants to justice and investigate the criminals acting behind the scenes in this incident.
On December 16, the assaulted practitioners retained attorney Alejandro Cowes to sue the assailants and the police officers who refused to take action to protect the practitioners.
Luo Gan, as Secretary of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee and head of the 610 Office, directly planned, deployed and directed the persecution against Falun Gong. In order to gain personal political capital, he has arbitrarily had Falun Gong practitioners killed, and has implicated, coerced and threatened millions of families, and created countless family tragedies and wrongful arrests.
Under the instigation of the Chinese Embassy, Thai police recently arrested practitioners who were peacefully protesting in Thailand against the persecution of Falun Gong in China. At least seven practitioners holding UN refugee status were unlawfully detained. Hong Kong practitioners gathered in front of the Thai General Consulate to protest the Thai government's violation of practitioners' human rights. They called on the Thai government not to be accomplices of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the persecution.
Practitioners read open letter outside the Thai General Consulate
In the afternoon, the practitioners held banners and marched from Chater Garden to the Thai Consulate. They read an open letter on the bridge outside the consulate. In the letter, the practitioners pointed out that the CCP uses diplomatic and economic channels to extend the persecution of Falun Gong to other countries, thus damaging the law and moral foundation of these countries. The practitioners protested the Thai government's giving in to pressure from the CCP, and demanded the immediate release of the practitioners being detained, an end to the violation of practitioners' human rights, and an open apology.
The practitioners pointed out that the CCP will soon collapse, and they hoped the Thai government would not give in to the CCP's political pressure and economic temptation and become accomplices in their crimes.
The Thai Consulate refused to accept the open letter. The practitioners handed over the letter, along with a copy of Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and truth-clarification literature to the management personnel of the building and asked them to transfer those items to the Consulate.
December 20, 2005
On December 8-9, 2005, Premier Wen Jiabao of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) visited Czechoslovakia. During his visit, Falun Gong practitioners held a twenty-four hour protest activity in front of the Chinese Consulate and urged the CCP to stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

The Czechoslovakian Media Cares about Falun Gong's Human Rights Conditions in China
At noon on December 8, 2005, Czech television stations "NOVA" and "PRIMA 3" interviewed Falun Gong practitioners about their peaceful protest activity in front of the Chinese Consulate. The practitioners also spoke to several reporters from Czech newspapers.
The Czechoslovakian television station broadcasted the TV news four times a day on the first day of Wen Jiabao's visit, showing Falun Gong's protest at the Chinese Consulate. On Thursday and Friday, they made Falun Gong and the peaceful protest activity as important as the main TV news item, and broadcast it as a highlight of the whole news program.
The Czechoslovakian Parliament and President Pay Attention to Human Rights Issues in China
On December 9, 2005, the chairman of two committees of Czechoslovakian Parliament and President Václav Klaus met with Wen Jiabao. During their discussion, they both mentioned the human rights issues in China. Member of Parliament Mr. Zaoralek said on the TV news during an interview with Czechoslovakia Television that China should not use torture devices to persecute Falun Gong.
The Persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party Resulted in the Disruption of Protest Activities in Czechoslovakia
During the period of Wen Jiabao's visit, the Chinese Communist Party prepared two busloads of people to welcome him. They used red flags of different sizes to block the banners of Falun Gong in front of the Chinese Consulate. These people even grabbed the Falun Gong banners and broke the wooden poles supporting them. Some of them even physically assaulted Falun Gong practitioners.
These incidents happened next to the Czechoslovakian government authorities (who were waiting for the arrival of the Chinese Delegation), at the Czechoslovakian Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as at the Hilton Hotel where Wen Jiabao was staying. In front of the Hilton Hotel, the "welcome delegation" snatched the biggest banner that had the words "Falun Gong is Good" on it and handed it to the Wen Jiabao delegation in the hotel. The manager of the hotel, upon request by Falun Gong practitioners, negotiated with the Chinese delegation to get the banner back, but in the end the banner was still not returned. A European Falun Gong practitioner exclaimed that if these Chinese people could be so wild overseas, one can imagine how they would treat Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Falun Gong practitioners receive media's report |
Falun Gong practitioners held banners and truth clarification display boards durint their protest outside the Thai Embassy. The police were also at the scene to keep order. The Thai Embassy sent a representative to receive the letter.
Practitioners pointed out in the letter that when the international community unanimously condemns the Chinese Communist regime's ruthless persecution of Falun Gong, and condemns this biggest human rights violation in modern times, it is extremely disgraceful that such an incident occurs in Thailand. The practitioners sincerely hope that the Thai government sides with justice, and helps stop the brutal persecution, rather than assisting a tyranny to do evil.
The practitioners also hoped to meet with and have an in-depth talk with the Ambassador, and at the same time, hoped that the Ambassador would help Malaysia Falun Gong practitioners convey a message to the Thai government: Seriously investigate the incident, and prevent similar incidents from occurring again in the future. For the future of Thailand, practitioners call on Thailand to choose not to be associated with the evil in exchange for temporary profit.
On December 19, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Melbourne held peaceful protests in front of the Thai Consulate and Chinese Consulate. They condemned the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong and the Thai government's bowing to the pressure from the Chinese Communist regime to assist in the arrest of Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand. They also urged the Thai government not to forsake sovereignty for communist tyranny.

The incidents occurred as follows: on December 6, 2005, in order to protest the rape of two Falun Gong practitioners by depraved Chinese policeman He Xuejian, Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand went to the Chinese Embassy. Some sat quietly on the sidewalk across from the Chinese Embassy, others handed out truth clarification materials to passersby. On December 10, instigated by the Chinese embassy, Thai police roughly interfered with peacefully protesting Falun Gong practitioners. On December 14, the police beat and then arrested three Falun Gong practitioners who were handing out truth clarification materials at the tourist city Pattaya, but released them that same night. On December 15, Thai police unlawfully arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners who were peacefully protesting outside the Chinese Embassy, and sent them to an immigration detention center. The immigration authorities said that they would not release them until a third country receives them. Now, six practitioners, except a young child, who have been unlawfully detained, are hunger striking.
To support Thailand Falun Gong practitioners and urge the Thai government to make a correct decision, practitioners in Melbourne, Australia went to the Thai consulate to hold a peaceful protest. The practitioners displayed banners reading, "Thailand: Do Not Yield to Chinese Communist tyranny," and "Stop Persecuting Falun Gong."
The Thai Consulate is located on the busy street St. Kilda, where there are many people and vehicles passing by. Passersby stopped to inquire about what had happened, and took truth clarification materials from practitioners to read carefully. One lady learned about the facts and then expressed that as a country of sovereignty, in terms of choosing between morality and economic interests, it appeared so vulnerable, which is really sad. A democratic country should persist in its own human rights and freedom of belief, should not bow to evil forces, nor should it assist a tyranny to do evil.
Falun Gong practitioners clarified the truth in front of the Thai Consulate. They called on the Thai government that today, when the malevolent Chinese Communist regime's wicked nature and all its evil doing have been revealed to the world, the Thai government should no longer ignorantly work as a scapegoat for the malevolent party, and help it persecute a group of good people who believe in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Regardless of whether it is a country or an individual, so long as it persists in justice and conscience, it can have a beautiful future.
The practitioners also held banners reading, "Thailand, Do not help CCP Persecute Falun Gong," and "Falun Dafa is Great." While peacefully practicing the exercises in front of the Chinese consulate, some passersby asked, "Such a peaceful and stretching exercise, it's so hard to understand why the Chinese Communist regime persecutes it, and entices other countries to participate in the persecution. The Thai government is so naive that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) deceives it. They should read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and then they will know what the CCP is."
December in the southern hemisphere is right in the middle of the hot summer. On the morning of December 16, 2005, a dozen practitioners from Canberra went to the Royal Thai Embassy in Australia, in the blazing sunshine, to protest the misplaced incidents against Falun Gong that took place on December 10, 14 and 15 in Thailand.
On December 10, International Human Rights Day, under instigation from the Chinese Embassy, the Thai police treated Falun Gong practitioners violently while practitioners were peacefully protesting on the sidewalk opposite the Chinese Embassy.
On December 14, three practitioners were arrested. Two of the three were beaten before the arrest. At the time of this incident the practitioners were peacefully distributing Falun Gong truth clarification materials in the tourist city of Pattaya. They were released the same night.
On December 15, eight practitioners were arrested in front of the Chinese Embassy by the Thai police. One of them was released, while the other seven are still detained in the Immigration detention center. They have been on hunger strikes to protest the illegal detention.
Practitioners clarify the truth to officials from the Embassy
During the protest, practitioners clarified the truth to some officials from the Embassy, and explained the reasons why they were there. Afterwards, the Deputy Ambassador of Thailand to Australia received a letter and related materials from the practitioners (including a report on the December 10 incident in Thailand, a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and a "Brief Introduction to the History of the Chinese Communist Regime Killing People," as well as other materials).
