On December 18, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners illegally detained at Thailand Immigration Detention Center entered the fourth day of their hunger strike protest.

center
Miaomiao was physically weak, and could not stand up. Liu Ying hurriedly called the police twice. The police told the practitioners, "We police don't care. Food has provided, but you don't eat. It's your own business. If you want, you can die as you wish. It has nothing to do with the police." Miaomiao had written two letters to the United Nations and Police Department when she was very weak. Her first letter was passed out of the cell but the police threw it into a dustbin. The prisoner who passed the police' words told them about it. Her second letter was rejected by the police who said that it was none of their business. The police also said that Falun Gong practitioners who were on hunger strike were not taken care of by the police. The practitioners were only temporarily detained here, it is the United Nations that is truly responsible for these Falun Gong practitioners. This is the current situation.
The situation of Huang Guohua, Wang Yajun and Li Jianhui is unknown.
Since December 6, in order to protest the rape of two Falun Gong practitioners in China, practitioners in Thailand have been peacefully sitting on the sidewalk opposite the Chinese embassy to hand out Falun Gong truth clarification materials to passersby. Beginning December 9, the Thai police, at the behest of the CCP, repeatedly violated Falun Gong practitioners' human rights. On December 10, the Thai police roughly interfered with peacefully protesting Falun Gong practitioners. On December 14, when three practitioners distributed truth clarification materials at Pattaya, a tourist city, two practitioners were beaten by the police, and later, three of them were arrested and later released the same night. On December 15, the Thai police illegally arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested in front of the Chinese embassy and sent them to immigration bureau. The immigration bureau claimed that they would not release the practitioners until a third country accepts them. Now six practitioners in detention are on a hunger strike. Their situation is dire.
In the past days, Falun Gong practitioners from around the world have been making phone calls or going to the Thailand embassies or consulates in their local areas to express their concern over this event. They also protested the Thai police succumbing to the CCP's pressure to participate in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Huang Ying is the daughter of practitioners Huang Guohua and Luo Zhixiang. Her nickname is Kaixin (Joy)
Horrified, little Kaixin watches Thai police take her father away |
Little Kaixin presents a paper lotus flower to a Thai policeman |
Unfortunately, Kaixin has experienced very few joyful moments since her birth in 2001. As the Guangzhou 610 Office was searching for her mother, Luo Zhixiang, Luo was forced to leave her three month old daughter. In 2002, Kaixin's parents (Huang Guohua and Luo Zhixiang) were both illegally arrested by the Guangzhou 610 Office. For their unyielding belief in Falun Dafa, the parents were brutally tortured, even though Ms. Luo was pregnant. In December 2002, Kaixin's mother was tortured to death. Upon seeing her mother's emaciated body, little Kaixin cried and cried. In 2004, the 610 Office tried to arrest her father, Huang Guohua, and Huang was forced to flee to Thailand. With help from the international community, little Kaixin was rescued to Thailand and reunited with her father in December 2004.
Luo Zhixiang, was persecuted to death |
Little Kaixin: I miss mummy. |
Kaixin is a very bright girl. Whenever she received some special
food
or toys, she would share them with other children. Her neighbors all
like her
very much. They ask about Kaixin if they don't see her for just a day.
However,
for a little girl of 4 years old, the loss of her mother has left a
deep pain in
her heart. Whenever she sees other kids with their mothers, she asks:
"Is
this your mummy? Kaixin doesn't have a mummy."
On December 15, Kaixin and her father Huang Guohua went to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand to tell the truth about Falun Gong. Around 11 a.m., two police cars came. Upon seeing the police officers, Kaixin presented them with lotus flowers and truth-clarifying fliers. However, due to pressure from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the police dragged Kaixin's father away, even though he had a valid passport, visa and a UN refugee protection letter. Kaixin was terrified and cried. Afterwards, Kaixin and several other practitioners were also unlawfully taken to the Bangkok immigration bureau.
Though immigration officers and policemen all know Kaixin's story, they didn't show any mercy to the little girl. They detained her and her father in a jail at the immigration bureau and stated that they would not release any practitioners until another country admits them. In addition, they even tried to separate Kaixin and her father, but gave up because of Huang's strong protest. Mr. Huang and other practitioners have been on a hunger strike, and the situation of Kaixin is also troubling.
While the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Gong has become widely known by the international community, the CCP is approaching its demise as more and more people have in succession quit the evil party. However, tempted by commercial interests, some Thai officials gave in to the pressure from the CCP and committed some very inhumane deeds.
All kind-hearted people, please uphold justice and take immediate
action to
help the little ones and prevent Kaixin's tragedy from happening again.

This letter was sent by European Friends of Falun Gong to the Embassy of Argentina in the United Kingdom Embassy. European Friends of Falun Gong is a non-governmental organization of people who don't practice Falun Gong but support freedom of belief for practitioners. 16th December 2005
Dear Ambassador,
We wish to express our deep concern at the assault and theft perpetrated against Falun Gong practitioners in Buenos Aires on December 14. The assailants were described as ethnic Chinese, all wearing suits, and driven by car and van to the scene of the crime; photo evidence has confirmed these descriptions.
The incident took place in broad daylight beginning at 10:30A.M.outside the National Congress building. Several members of the Falun Gong group were injured in the assault, including women. Banners and poster displays documenting human rights violations in China were wrestled from them and stolen by the assailants. The nature of the stolen items strongly suggests a political motive and backing from the Chinese authorities. The assaults themselves were terrible enough, linked as they were to the serving of a lawsuit on Tuesday against the top-ranking Chinese official, Luo Gan, who formerly headed China's secret Falun Gong '6-10' Control Office.
However we wish to draw to your attention the fact that the Argentine police did little to stop the assaults. Police, though at the scene, were said to respond "very timidly," and didn't react even when they themselves received blows from the Chinese attackers. One witness even told of police shielding an assailant after upset bystanders tried to intervene. Police did not arrest or question any members of the attacking group.
It is our belief that the non-intervention of the police was under instruction from Chinese officials. Wednesday's assault fits into a disturbing pattern of violence, intimidation, and human rights violations in connection with visits by Chinese officials around the world over the last three to four years. It appears that in each case Chinese authorities have used economic and political clout to pressure host-country governments into assisting them in the subjugation of Falun Gong practitioners and their supporters, often with the use of violence or arrest.
We hope therefore that you can use your influence to challenge your own government to explain why the incident of December 14 took place, with a prompt and thorough investigation. You must not allow Argentina to bow to the undue political and economic pressure put on it by China in their pathetic attempt to cover up the abuses carried out by their leading officials against Falun Gong practitioners. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
John Dee (Vice-Chairman)
Amid white snow, they stood on the sidewalk in front of the Chinese consulate in Chicago. In cold wind, they unfolded banners one after another which amazed many people who passed by in their cars. The banners read, "Condemn CCP crimes of systematic torture and rape," "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice" and "Bring the rapist to justice"
Amid Snowstorm, protest in front of Chinese consulate
Falun Gong practitioners from Chicago Metropolitan Area gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate despite cold weather on December 17, 2005 to protest the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party. The practitioners particularly protested the rape of two Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi by a depraved policeman from Hebei Province. It is disturbing and shocking that CCP and Jiang's political gang have carried out a systematic and organized persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. The state-sanctioned mistreatment and abuse of women practitioners is even more terrifying and inhuman. The police violate the law while executing the law. Rapes and assaults and other acts of violence are common occurrence.
After the violent act of a CCP policeman raping two middle-aged Falun Gong practitioners in broad daylight, practitioners from around the world have been going to the Chinese embassies or consulates in their local areas to protest. Practitioners in Thailand also went to the Chinese embassy in Thailand to protest. Since December 9, at behest of CCP, the Thai police have violated Falun Gong practitioners' human rights numerous times. On December 15, the Thai police arrested several Falun Gong practitioners who were peacefully sitting opposite the Chinese embassy, several practitioners were assaulted by the police. On December 14, when Falun Gong practitioners in Argentina were peacefully protesting CCP delegation headed by Luo Gan, secretary of Political and Judiciary Committee, they were subjected to assault and beating from a gang of Chinese hoodlums hired by the CCP embassy.
Hence practitioners in Chicago have been coming to the Thai and Argentina consulates to peacefully protest and have a conversation with consuls to explain the facts about Falun Gong and express practitioners' concern over the matter. The practitioners also called for both governments to resist the CCP's despotic power. On December 17, practitioners came to the Chinese consulate again despite severely cold weather to condemn CCP's atrocities and request a dialogue with the consulate officers regarding the above-mentioned events.
Mid-US Falun Dafa Association spokesperson Yang Sen shouted to the closed-door consulate from a loudspeaker, "Friends in the consulate, please listen to us. The suppression on Falun Gong has lasted for over six years, and the persecution is increasingly escalated. But we are all Chinese, we hope that you can walk out to have a talk with us to learn about the truth and learn the fact that how severely our country fellows have been persecuted."
Practitioners also read a statement condemning "the CCP's crimes of systematic torture and rape." The practitioners demanded bringing chief perpetrators Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice and punishing rapist policeman He Xuejian from Hebei Province.
Practitioners also clearly warned CCP officials:
overseas
Falun Gong practitioners will file civil or criminal lawsuits against
all
important government or CCP officials who participate in or continue to
implement the persecution of Falun Gong and as a result, commit new
crimes in
addition to those they have already perpetrated against Falun Gong.
Even for
those who have committed wrongdoings, there is still an opportunity for
them to
abandon the evil path and choose to be good. For all those who have
committed
crimes against Falun Gong but want now to correct their mistakes, they
can
submit, under safe circumstances, a guarantee statement or regret
letter to
Minghui (Clearwisdom Net) or to any regional Falun Dafa Association to
be
archived. We will continue to monitor their actions.

On December 16, 2005, nearly a hundred Falun Gong practitioners in Wellington went to the Chinese embassy in New Zealand to protest the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong and also protest the CCP for extending the persecution to New Zealand and interfering with citizen's freedom of speech.
New Zealand Falun Gong practitioners protest outside Chinese Embassy
In the past three years, Falun Gong practitioners in Wellington have persisted in peacefully appealing outside the Chinese Embassy every morning to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong and call for people to help stop the persecution. Falun Gong practitioners' peaceful and compassionate acts and their unceasing efforts have won positive responses from city government, the police and passersby. Passersby often encourage practitioners by saying, "You have done quite well, I see you here every day, I support you." When passersby see practitioners' persistent efforts in peacefully appealing despite rain or shine, they encouraged practitioners, "Never give up."
Last month, the Chinese Embassy staff was shifted. The newly arrived personnel frequently pressured the city hall, and made phone calls to harass the city hall and the police. Due to the pressure from the Chinese Embassy, the city hall and the police have delayed issuing a permit to Falun Gong practitioners to protest outside the embassy.
The police and the city hall officers said to practitioners, "You are good people, you are very peaceful, but we are tired." Practitioners have doubled their efforts to clarify the truth to the city hall and the police, and gathered outside the Chinese Embassy on December 16 to protest the CCP extending the persecution outside China and calling for people to see through the true nature of the CCP's falsehoods, violence and deception, and help stop the persecution.
Several days ago, Falun Gong practitioners from Wellington received a letter from a city councilor. The letter clearly expressed, "You have the right to peacefully protest in front of the Chinese Embassy."
The activity attracted attention from local media, the newspaper Dominion
Post that has the largest circulation in Wellington, Raido NZ,
Radiolive
conducted interviews with Falun Gong practitioners.

On December 16, practitioners from Japan went to the Thai Embassy to protest Thai police succumbing to the pressure of Chinese Communist Regime, treating practitioners in Thailand violently. They delivered a letter of protest as well.
Practitioners outside Thai embassy |
Delivering letter of protest |
On December 10, International Human Right Day, practitioners in Thailand called for help to stop the persecution of Falun Gong in front of the Chinese Embassy to Thailand in Bangkok. Under pressure from Chinese Embassy, dozens of Thai police ran across the street and searched bags of practitioners, dragging them away and grabbing their banners. On December 14, three practitioners went to Pattaya, a tourist area, to distribute truth clarification materials. Two of them were beaten by police, and then three of them were arrested, but released that night. On December 15, eight practitioners were arrested in front of the Chinese Embassy. The police violated the rights of Falun Gong practitioner.
The Chinese Communist Regime has been persecuting Falun Gong for
over six
years. It has caused deep concern in International society and human
rights
organizations, as more and more demand an end to the persecution, and
more and
more people clearly see the evil nature of the Chinese Communist
Regime. There
have been over 6.3 million people quit the Chinese Communist Party. Yet
Thailand
succumbed to the pressure of Chinese Communist Regime. It was not a
wise move.
The Thai Government should know what is right and wrong, and should not
assist
Chinese Communist Regime persecuting Falun Gong.
