At noon on November 16, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Belgium repeatedly read the announcement published by the Falun Dafa Association on October 9, 2005 in Chinese, French and German in front of the Chinese Embassy.
Falun Gong practitioners wanted to convey an important message to the Chinese Embassy and through them to government officials at different levels who participate in the persecution of Falun Gong inside China: "Heaven's destruction of the CCP is a historical inevitability. Gods must punish those criminals who have sinned against Falun Gong." "However, one of the purposes of the sacred principle of Falun Gong is to save people, including people in all social statuses. Even for those who have committed wrongdoings, there is still an opportunity for them to abandon the evil path and choose to be good."
Falun Gong practitioners have endured huge tribulations since the Chinese Communist regime headed by Jiang launched an inhuman persecution against Falun Gong in 1999. Practitioners have peacefully resisted the persecution for over six years, and have exposed the lies and told the world's people about the truth. They have displayed Falun Gong practitioners' firm will and immense compassion.
During the activity, the Chinese Embassy sent personnel to interfere and videotape. A practitioner walked up to explain to the person about the principle of good will be rewarded and evil punished, and to tell him that the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong is against Heaven's principles, that the persecution will be stopped, and how every person's behavior is recorded. After hearing all this, the staff member turned and returned to the Chinese Embassy.

During the activity, practitioners unfolded banners reading "Falun Dafa is Good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." They also held banners with big Chinese characters, "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice" and "Bring Justice to Malicious Police Officers and Bad People Who Persecute Falun Gong." Photo display boards exposing the CCP regime's brutal torture of Falun Gong practitioners were shocking to passersby.
At the end of the activity, practitioners delivered the Chinese version of the Falun Dafa Association Announcement in an envelop to the mail box of the Chinese Embassy, and presented the French version of the announcement to the police officers on duty, telling them it was the photocopy of the document read that afternoon. The police thanked practitioners and the activity concluded.
Because of their outstanding performance in last year's Santa Claus Parade, Calgary parade organizers invited Falun Gong practitioners to join this year's parade again. Practitioners from Calgary and Edmonton City participated in the annual grand parade for the second time and received a warm welcome from the local residents.

The Santa Claus parade was organized by the Calgary Downtown Association with the purpose of enriching the city's cultural life and providing entertainment for Calgary residents. Among a number of activities that day, the noontime parade was the most prominent. This year, there were 40 groups totaling 1,200 people participating in the parade, and there were thousands of spectators, including children waiting for the candy tossed to them by the parade participants.
Some of the parade groups included city council members, students, policemen and businesses. Among all the groups, Falun Gong was the only team composed mainly of Chinese Canadians. The Falun Gong team had twenty practitioners. Two Western practitioners held a "Falun Gong" banner in the lead, followed by two Chinese practitioners carrying a "Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance" banner. In the middle of the group, there was a beautiful float decorated in golden colors with eight Chinese and Western practitioners demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises. Behind the float, there were six young women practitioners dancing. At the end of the group were two senior practitioners carrying a "Falun Gong" banner. Beside the procession, eight practitioners, including three young practitioners, distributed flyers to spectators along the streets. The whole procession slowly marched eastward along 8th Avenue.

The Falun Gong procession was peaceful and solemn. It was very different from the other processions and it was very noticeable. As the Falun Gong procession passed by, cheers and words of praise were heard from the spectators. "Very nice," "So beautiful!" Though we didn't have candies to give out, people extended their hands to receive our truth-clarification flyers.
Along the streets, there were some Chinese immigrants who had complex expressions on their faces. It appeared that their hearts were moved, but they dared not accept a truth-clarification flyer. The practitioners who were distributing the flyers were regretful after the parade. These people must have some predestined relationship with Falun Gong, but they were poisoned by the Communist Party's propaganda and blocked by human notions, so they missed a good opportunity to learn the truth of Falun Gong. "Dear Chinese people, we have come for you," do you know that?
Manfred Nowak, the UN Human Rights Commission's special investigator on torture arrived at Beijing on November 21, 2005 to probe torture in China. Nowak is the first UN special investigator to visit China. Amnesty International stated that torture is widely used in China to persecute religious groups and Falun Gong practitioners.
Radio Free Asia reported on November 21 that Manfred Nowak, the UN special investigator on torture, arrived at Beijing on Monday and began an 11-day visit. He is the first UN special investigator to visit China.
AP reported, "A top U.N. investigator on torture began a tour of China on Monday, the culmination of a decade-long effort by the world body to visit the country's detention centers to investigate allegations of human rights abuses."
Barbara from Amnesty International in Asia and Pacific said that use of torture is widespread in China and that torture is used to deal with religious groups and Falun Gong practitioners.
BBC reported, "Manfred Nowak told the BBC he had been promised the freedom to see prisoners and investigate claims of torture."
Beijing has repeatedly agreed to allow visits by UN torture investigators and then postponed them. Nowak said in August he was pleased China had for the first time "finally accepted a visit, after years of negotiations."
The former special investigator postponed his trip to China because Chinese Communist regime did not assure his visiting of some prisons.
To have more people know the torture that Chinese Communist regime uses to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, practitioners across the world reenact torture methods using real people. The brutal persecution against practitioners in China is vividly exposed. The communist regime's torture is brought to the attention of people across the world.
