Breda is a town situated on the border between Holland and Belgium. In the center of town there is a splendid church with exquisite sculptures. On October 15, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners from various places in Holland got together at the square in front of the church to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and let people know about Falun Gong. In addition to exposing the facts about the cruel persecution of Falun Gong practitioners which is currently taking place in China, they also collected petition signatures to support the lawsuits against Jiang Zemin, who is the primary culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Many people signed to support the petition after learning the facts about the persecution. In addition to signing themselves, some young parents also told their children about the situation and asked them if they wanted to sign the petition as well. When asked if children could sign to support the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin and call for help to put an end to the persecution, Falun Gong practitioners told them that all the righteous thoughts will be remembered forever and every kind heart should contribute something to support justice.

Many pilgrims around the world come to Jerusalem and hold a celebration parade every fall during the traditional Sukkot holiday. This year, the parade attracted nearly 10,000 people, and local practitioners participated in this event for the third straight year.

In the morning of October 20, practitioners set up their tent with colorful balloons and lotus flowers in a park where the celebration was to take place. They then practiced the Falun Gong exercises to the elegant music, and the site attracted many residents and tourists.

When practitioners were ready for the parade, an organizer told them that they were not in the list of parade participants. They then went to the most noticeable site of the park, displayed "Falun Dafa is Good" and "The World Needs Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" banners. Their dance troupe then started to dance. Their performance attracted many parade participants who in succession came to the site to watch and gave them warm applause. When the dance performance finished, practitioners were invited to join the parade.

The practitioners' procession was led by the dance troupe in traditional Chinese costumes and with cultural umbrellas. Then came the "Falun Dafa is Good" banner and colorful balloon group, at the tail of the procession is a Waist Drum Troupe.

Jerusalem residents were very curious about the Falun Gong procession. Many asked practitioners in English where they came from. When they heard answers in Hebrew, they were so delighted and shouted "Peace" in Hebrew to welcome the practitioners. Some practitioners along the procession distributed Falun Gong truth-clarifying fliers, which were warmly received.
