Ms. Sun Li and Ms. Lu Yanru were arrested by police officers from the Xianggang Middle Road Station under the jurisdiction of the South District Department in Qingdao City on August 19, 2008. Ms. Lu Yanru was sentenced to one year of forced labor after she was detained for a month at the No. 3 Detention Center in Qingdao City. Ms. Sun was brutally beaten by police officers from the Xianggang Middle Road Station. At present, she might still be held at the Qingdao City Detention Center. Ms. Lu Yanru was taken on September 20, 2008, to the Third Ward of Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.

At 4:00 p.m. on January 23, 2009, Ms. He Yingchun was watched, tracked, and arrested while she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. At 10:00 a.m on February 12, 2009, three practitioners, Ms. Kou Qiaoyun, Ms. Zheng and Mr. Chen, were reported while they were clarifying the truth in Kunming City. They were arrested by police officers from Yunbo Station. At the police station, Mr. Chen escaped with righteous thoughts. On the same day, the other two practitioners' homes were ransacked. At Ms. Zheng's home, a portrait of the founder of Falun Gong, his new teachings, Dafa books, and truth-clarifying materials were taken. At present, the two practitioners are detained at the Panlong District Detention Center in Beijiaochang Area, Kunming City. Family members have not been allowed to visit.

Mr. Zhang Xinghua, a retired employee of the Yuqing Temple Electric Motor Factory located in Zhongliangshan Community, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, was arrested while he was clarifying the truth at Yuqing Temple. Ms. Zhao Guifang and Ms. Wei Yifen, retired employees of a tire factory, were arrested while they were clarifying the truth at Yuqing Temple as well. Ms. Dai Shuqin, a retired employee from Power Factory, was arrested at Yuqing Temple on February 5, 2009. Ms. Wei Yifen has returned home. The three other practitioners are detained at the Huayan Detention Center at Jiulongpo.

On February 1, 2009, Ms. Zhu Lijin, 61 years old and a resident of Tianjin, was arrested while she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. She has been detained ever since. At 12:00 a.m. the next day, police officers ransacked her home and confiscated two printers and many truth-clarifying materials. On February 16, 2009, Ms. Zhu's family was notified that she would be sentenced to 15 months of forced labor. At present, there is not any information about where she is being detained.

Ms. Wang Peiye, a resident of Pingxiahe Village, Gaoqiao Town, Yishui County, was arrested at home by police officers from the Gaoqiao Town Station on February 1, 2009. On the afternoon of the same day, she was transferred to the Yishui Detention Center. On January 8, 2009, police officers from the Gaoqiao Town Station came to ransack Ms. Wang's home, but she was not there at that time. They ransacked her home and took her satellite receiver and Dafa books.

Mr. Wang Jichang and Ms. Li Yuhua, residents of Changchun City, were reported while they were clarifying the truth at approximately 11:00 a.m. on February 11, 2009. They were arrested and their homes were ransacked. They are currently detained at the Weizigou Detention Center.

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 17, 2009, Mr. Wang Yu was arrested while he was distributing truth-clarifying materials. Mr. Wang was arrested by police officers from the Xindongmian Police Force of the Xingou Town Station. His family members have not been allowed to visit, and they do not know where he is now.

Ms. Gao Shijun, from Longfeng District, Daqing City, was reported while she was distributing truth-clarifying DVDs. She was arrested, and she is now detained at the Changxi Detention Center.

Ms. Xue Baoyu was arrested at the end of May 2008 and detained at the Anjiang Detention Center in Hongjiang City. In January 2009, she was transferred to the Huaihua City Second Detention Center where she was held through February 17, 2009. She was sentenced to three years in prison at the Hongjiang City Court of Hunan Province.

On the morning of February 12, 2009, Mr. Zhang Shun was arrested while he was writing some truth-clarifying materials near the Pinggu District Education Committee building in Beijing. He was taken to the Binhe Police Station. Later, Mr. Zhang was transferred to Beijing and tortured there. There isn't any detailed information on the address. Soon after he was arrested, a group of police officers stormed into his home and ransacked it. They took away Dafa books and some truth-clarifying materials.

Mr. Liao Kairun, a resident of Hongjiang City (under the jurisdiction of Huaihua City), was detained for almost a year at the Xinkaipu Men's Labor Camp in Hunan Province. His term would have expired on March 16, 2009, but it has been extended by six months by guards at the labor camp. Mr. Liao Kairun is going on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

At 4:00 p.m. on February 17, 2009, Mr. Wen Yuxing, the CCP secretary of the Wenjiazhuang Division in Daqinjia Town, Zhaoyuan City, and officials from the Daqinjia Town 610 Office stormed into Ms. Wen Yulin's home. Ms. Wen Yulin was taken to the Linglong Brainwashing Center.

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 16, 2009, police officers from the Babaijiong District Department, with other local police officers from the Chuangye District, broke into Ms. Han Naixiu's home. At that time, Ms. Hou Yayu, Ms. Zhao Hongying and a practitioner over seventy years old were also in Ms. Han's home. The officers took all the Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and truth-clarifying materials. Then, they took the four practitioners to the Babaijiong District Police Department. Three police vehicles were assigned from the police department and police officers took the practitioners to their homes to ransack them. The officers took all their books and MP3 and MP4 players. The four practitioners were all returned home at approximately 10:00 p.m. the same day.

Ms. Yin Jinmei, a resident of Dongcheng Community, Lianhua Town, Lushan District, Jiujiang City, was reported while she was clarifying the truth at the No. 5727 Factory on February 16, 2009. She was arrested by police officers from the No. 5727 Factory Police Station. Her home was ransacked, and all her Dafa materials were taken. Her whereabouts are unknown.
