Australia: Falun Gong Practitioners Clarify the Facts of the Persecution in Auburn and Predestined People Learn about the Practice (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 17, 2012, the Auburn City Hall hosted the Africultures Festival in Auburn Park. Falun Gong practitioners set up a booth to introduce the beauty of the spiritual practice and how it is welcomed around the world. They also exposed the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong in China.

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 15-18, 2012, the Bangkok city government held an “84-km Walk” activity to celebrate the Thai king’s 84th birthday, and to raise funds to build a hospital for the elderly. Local Falun Gong practitioners participated in the parade on March 16. The Falun Gong contingent, which featured a flag team, a waist drum team, and celestial maidens, was bright, colorful, and full of energy. They received high praise from the Thai people and tourists along the parade route.

On the morning of February 8, 2012, officers from the Zhugou Police Station arrested Mr. Li Dewei from Tixia Village, Laixi City, at the market in Shantou Village. That same afternoon, they broke into Ms. Guo Xiuhua's home in Shantou Village. They confiscated a TV, two printers, one DVD burner, three laptop computers, three cellphones, and Dafa books.

Mr. Zhang Zhusan and Ms. Liu Ruying from Huanghua, Hebei Province, Detained

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Zhang Zhusan and Ms. Liu Ruying from Sun Zhengzhuang, Luqiao Town, Huanghua, Hebei Province, went to nearby Liusanzhuang Village and distributed Shen Yun DVDs at about 5 p.m. on February 22, 2012. The Luqiao police took them to the Huanghua Police Department. They have still not been released.
