(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 17 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

4. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Jinli Detained
5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Xinxiang, Her Daughter and Ms. Sui Guanghua Arrested
6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Harassed
7. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fan Shaolin Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
8. [Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Fengchun and Wang Xinghua Arrested
9. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Cong Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
10. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Suping and Ms. Liu Guijuan Arrested

1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yin Hongwei and Ms. Yin Li Facing Trial

Mr. Yin Hongwei and Ms. Yin Li from Hulan District were scheduled to stand trial in the Daowai District Court on June 19, 2025.

2. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tong Jing Facing Trial

Ms. Tong Jing was indicted by the Dongzhou District Procuratorate on June 17, 2025. She was scheduled to be tried by the Dongzhou District Court at the Fushun City Detention Center on June 24, 2025.

3. [Anshan, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Xiuyu Facing Trial

Ms. Wang Xiuyu was scheduled to appear in the Lishan District Court on the morning of June 26, 2025.

4. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Jinli Detained

Ms. Wang Jinli went to the Liaoyang Court to send the appeal letter for Mr. Qu Hongpeng. She was escorted back to Anshan City by police officers and was detained for half a month.

5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Xinxiang, Her Daughter and Ms. Sui Guanghua Arrested

Ms. Guo Xinxiang, 85, and Ms. Sui Guanghua, 78, were arrested on June 19, 2025, after they were followed by two plainclothes officers at a community fair for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. Ms. Guo’s daughter was also taken to the police station when she went to the fair to ask Ms. Guo to go hom. She and Ms. Guo were released in the evening.

Ms. Sui was held at the Zhugou Police Station overnight and transferred to the Pudong Detention Center the next day. Her incapacitated husband now has to fend for himself.

6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Mr. Zhao Minghua, Mr. Zhao Yougong’s wife and Ms. Yu Zhen’e were harassed by officers from the Renzhao Police Station on June 3, 2025. The officers took their photos without their permission.

7. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fan Shaolin Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Ms. Fan Shaolin was arrested on March 10, 2024 and detained in the Anlu City Detention Center. It was recently learned that she has been transferred to the Hubei Province Women’s Prison at the end of 2024 to serve a three-year prison term.

8. [Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Fengchun and Wang Xinghua Arrested

Ms. Wang Fengchun from Wanghai Township and Wang Xinghua, gender unknown, from Nanda Township, were arrested by officers from the Nanda Township Police Station around June 18, 2025, after being reported for talking to people about Falun Gong. They were given ten days at the Caozhuang Lockup and scheduled to be released on June 28.

9. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Cong Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Liu Cong was recently sentenced to four years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan by the Lianshan District District. She has appealed the verdict.

10. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Suping and Ms. Liu Guijuan Arrested

Ms. Wang Suping was arrested when talking to people about Falun Gong on the street on the afternoon of June 13, 2025. Her home was ransacked.

Ms. Liu Guijuan was reported to police for distributing information materials about Falun Gong and arrested on June 14, 2025.

Both practitioners are detained in the Huludao City Lockup for 15 days.
