(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 4 cities or counties in 2 provinces, where at least 8 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Pingding County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Jinzi Sentenced to Prison
2. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

4. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

1. [Pingding County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Jinzi Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Zhang Jinzi was arrested at home by officers from Pingding County Police Department and members of the 610 Office in mid-December 2024. After being held in a brainwashing center for a month, she was officially arrested and transferred to a detention center, where she remains. An insider recently revealed that she has been sentenced to four years by the Pingding County Court.

2. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Huifang, Ms. Wei Liping, and Ms. Liu Xinli were arrested on May 26, 2025 for talking to people about Falun Gong. They were released on June 11, 2025.

3. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhao Ke Arrested

Mr. Zhao Ke from Xiaotian Village, Baigutun Township, Wuqing District was arrested on May 26, 2025. He was released on June 11, 2025.

4. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Wang Shiguang and his wife Ms. Tang Qingjuan, of Dengta City, a county-level city under Liaoyang City, were arrested on the morning of June 3, 2025, after being reported to the police for distributing Falun Gong materials. Officers from Dengta City Police Department confiscated a computer and a printer from their home. Mr. Wang is currently detained at the Dengta City Detention Center and Ms. Tang at the Liaoyang City Detention Center.

On the same day, a female practitioner in Hongwei District was taken away from her home by local police. She has been released.
