(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 36 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun Detained
3. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Changshou’s Home Ransacked
4. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Harassed
5. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Eleven Practitioners Harassed
6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Han Guoqin Arrested
7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuying and Ms. Li Muzhen Harassed
8. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Over Ten Practitioners Arrested
9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cao Shibin Detained

1. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Fu Hong Detained

Ms. Fu Hong was sentenced to five years in prison by the Funing District Court. She has been admitted to the Hebei Province Women’s Prison.

2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun Detained

Ms. Qian Youyun was arrested by Zhifang Police Station officers on October 31, 2025, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was detained for 15 days at the Dongxihu District First Women’s Lockup, then transferred to the Wuhan City Women’s Detention Center.

3. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Changshou’s Home Ransacked

Four officers from the Hangu Police Station went to Mr. Wang Changshou’s home on November 4, 2025. Two of them held Mr. Wang while the other two ransacked his home. They confiscated over 40 Falun Gong books, an iPad, and a photo of Falun Gong’s founder.

The police came back the next day to arrest Mr. Wang, but relented as he experienced a medical condition.

4. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Wang Zhizhen, Ms. Liang Yulan, and Ms. Wan Shurong were reported to police for putting up Falun Gong posters in late October and early November 2025. Their homes were ransacked and their Falun Gong books, photos of Falun Gong’s founder, and media players were confiscated.

5. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Eleven Practitioners Harassed

Three officers from the Laishui Town Police Station went to Mr. Zhang Xiuqi’s home at 8 p.m. on October 30, 2025, and attempted to take photos of him. He didn’t cooperate.

Between late October and early November 2025, several more practitioners were also harassed, including Li Yuhua, Li Xueqin, Zhang Shulai, Chen Guiping, Zhu Changqi, Niu Yuqin, Xin Shuxia, Liu Jinying, Yan Qinghua, and Xu Jianhua.

6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Han Guoqin Arrested

Ms. Han Guoqin was arrested at home by more than ten Hepingli Police Station officers on September 10, 2025. She was interrogated and questioned about where she got informational materials about Falun Gong. Her daughter bailed her out later.

Ms. Han was harassed at home on October 25, 2025. The police took a blood sample and collected her fingerprints. Even her daughter was tricked into having her blood sample taken.

7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuying and Ms. Li Muzhen Harassed

Ms. Zhao Xiuying was harassed at home on November 14, 2025 by officers from the Ciyutuo Town Police Station and the Luannan County Domestic Security Division. She was ordered to sign and fingerprint some documents.

The same officers also harassed Ms. Li Muzhen later that day.

8. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Over Ten Practitioners Arrested

Many practitioners and their family members were arrested in Fuyu County on July 20, 2025. Ms. Yao Aiying and her niece, and Ms. Jiang Cuiping and her husband were released on the same day. Another practitioner surnamed Jiang was also released on the same day due to a health condition.

Ms. Li Yan, Ms. Wang Yanling, and Ms. Wang Xia were detained for ten days. Mr. Fan Jingtao was detained for 15 days. Ms. Zhang Shuqing and Ms. Fu Jing were detained for one month and released on bail.

Five practitioners including Ms. Tang Ying, Ms. Guo Yunxiang, Ms. Jing Guixiang, Ms. Zhang Qing, and Ms. Liu Guiping, are still detained in the Qiqihar City Detention Center and facing prosecution.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cao Shibin Detained

Mr. Cao Shibin, 85, was sentenced to three years and fined 10,000 yuan by the Fuyu County Court in January 2025, for mailing a letter to the head of Fuyu County. Several officers from the Fuyu County Domestic Security Division arrested him at home on the morning of November 6, 2025, and took him to the Fuyu County Detention Center to serve time.
