(Minghui.org) The seasons have changed, autumn is here, and world-renowned Niagara Falls continues to attract large numbers of tourists every day. Many people stop by the Falun Dafa booth and are happy to find out about the practice and learn to do the exercises.

Thomas Ndayiragige, a human rights activist from Ottawa, and his son Liam watched Falun Dafa practitioners demonstrate the exercises. Impressed by the gentle movements and the beautiful lotus flower a practitioner handed him, he said he could feel positive energy coming from the practitioners, and was pleased to meet them.
After he learned how practitioners are persecuted in China, Ndayiragige said it was wrong for them to be mistreated for their belief. Before he left, he repeated several times: “Falun Dafa is good.” He said he would share the information with everyone he knew.

Monica, a photographer from New York, said she had traveled to Toronto with a tour group the day before. The trip took almost ten hours, and she was very tired. When she came to Niagara Falls that morning, she said she felt drawn to the practitioners’ practice site as though a force was pulling her. “While I did the exercises, I felt very good and relaxed,” she explained. “I was so touched.” When she finished doing the second exercise, her eyes filled with tears.
After a while, Monica left and returned with her friend Patricia. After they did all five exercises, Patricia was also very excited. “I’ve never meditated before, but today’s experience is so wonderful. I will definitely continue doing this practice,” she said.
Both women were born in Poland. Monica said that she lives in New York, so it was interesting that they encountered an ancient Chinese practice in Canada. A practitioner explained, “Many of us practitioners feel we have been waiting for this practice and its principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance for many, many years.”
“Yes, that is exactly how I feel,” Monica said. Her friend Patricia nodded in agreement.

Lindsy and Jenny were also part of the tour group from New York. “After some people in our tour group learned the practice, they strongly recommended we try it,” said Lindsy.
Because of a neck injury, however, Lindsy had difficulty moving. A practitioner told her that many people who practice Falun Dafa have had their ailments resolved. Lindsy listened quietly and did all five exercises twice. Gradually, her hands stopped shaking and her neck was no longer stiff. “This is great!” she exclaimed.
Jenny from Mexico was in New York on a business trip. After meditating for 20 minutes, she said she was excited to learn such an extraordinary practice. Both of them said they would join a nearby group practice site after they went home.
Nutritionist and diet coach Tracy (right) said she really likes Falun Dafa.
Tracy is a nutritionist and diet coach who lives near Niagara Falls. When she passed by the practitioners’ site, she stopped to read the posters and watch as they did the exercises.
When a practitioner told her that Falun Dafa was an ancient practice based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, Tracy said she was interested in learning the exercises. Because her daughter-in-law is from China, she was curious about Chinese culture and history. “When I left home this morning, I was in a low mood,” she said. “I feel much better now. Thank you so much!”
Tracy felt bad upon hearing that Falun Dafa practitioners in China were mistreated for following the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. She said she hopes they can freely practice their belief soon.
