Hundreds of Inmates at Hubei Province Women’s Prison Infected with Coronavirus, None of Them Falun Gong Practitioners

Dec. 7, 2021 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Hubei Province, China

(Minghui.org) When the coronavirus pandemic broke out in Wuhan in early 2020, two to three hundred people in Hubei Province Women’s Prison were infected with the virus and the detainees were sent to different places for quarantine.

All of the Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned for their faith were brought to one place. Two inmates were assigned to monitor each practitioner and the three of them stayed in one room. For more than two months, everyone had to do a coronavirus test every two weeks, including blood tests and chest X-rays.

One day, all the inmates were brought together and quarantined separately, leaving the practitioners in their rooms by themselves.

It turned out that despite the fact that a large number of the inmates were infected with the virus, none of the Falun Gong practitioners, mostly seniors in their 60s and 80s, were infected.

After the pandemic eased, all the practitioners and inmates were taken back to the prison. Some inmates said: “It’s really incredible. None of those Falun Gong people were infected, including those who were on hunger strikes or those who were very weak. But look at us, who are young and healthy, we're all infected! There is really a God [protecting them]!”
