(Minghui.org) I started to practice Falun Dafa in 2001. I set up a materials production site in my home in 2012 and provided materials to local practitioners. My husband passed away in 2015. My son got a job in another city after he graduated from the university, so I had time to focus on projects to awaken people. I’d like to share my experience in coordinating local practitioners.
There are many practitioners in our area. The assistant in one group moved to the city. I invited practitioner couple Ling and Bao from that group to my home for a discussion of how to keep the practitioners together to form one body.
Local practitioners felt that Ling and Bao had a good understanding of the Fa and righteous thoughts. It seemed that they didn’t have time to do the coordination work. We cooperated well, and my plan was that the three of us could do the coordination together.
I explained the situation to them. Unexpectedly Ling bombarded me with the following words, “You want to be a coordinator? What capability do you have? You think you are above everyone. What’s so great about you?” and other unpleasant remarks. I was not moved. I remained calm and thought they misunderstood me.
I told her, “Please let me know if I did anything wrong. I will correct it. Who doesn’t make mistakes?” So she continued pointing out more of my mistakes. I apologized to her, “Please excuse me. I didn’t consider things properly and might have offended you. I apologize!” She was still unwilling to forgive me and left my home angry.
I started to look within after they left. Why was Ling so angry? My thought of forming one body was in line with Master’s requirement and was not wrong. We could save more sentient beings this way. Where did I go wrong? I kept looking inside but couldn’t find what I did wrong.
Ling came to see me the next day and apologized. I said, “You don’t need to apologize. Things have already passed.”
Many local practitioners made phone calls with recorded messages as well as clarifying the truth to people face to face. I had to download Minghui Weekly to their tablets, computers and do IT support work. I also bought telephone cards, set up voice broadcasting on their mobile phones for them and taught them how to check the numbers of people quitting the CCP and also the security issue.
I visited the Tiandixing Forum on the Minghui website about how to make phone calls to China. I had two mobile phones myself. I practiced on my phones first. If I couldn’t understand something, I went to the city and asked another practitioner, and bought some phone cards as well. Then I taught the local practitioners.
I copied the perpetrators’ phone numbers from the Minghui website and pasted them onto small cards. I asked local practitioners to make phone calls. If there were no new phone numbers on the Minghui site, I would put a series of phone numbers into their mobile phones and showed them how to make phone calls.
Some practitioners didn’t know how to check the numbers of people who quit the CCP. I took their phones home and listened to the voice recording one by one. Sometimes there were a large number of people who left messages. I felt happy. But I immediately told myself to stop being complacent. Master arranged all of it for me. I only carried it out. I shouldn’t become too happy.
There are over a dozen villages in our township. There was a bulletin board in every village which displayed the names, telephone numbers, and positions of the Party Secretary and other staff members of the village committee. If we could take photos of each bulletin board, we could make phone calls to them and also post them in our truth-clarification materials. After they learned the truth, they might persecute practitioners less or stop persecuting thus they would be saved.
I discussed with some practitioners who were willing to work with me. I had some fear because I was persecuted and my name was on the list at the local police station. I was not willing to take photos. One practitioner said he would go to take photos because he was not on the list. Then we discussed how many cars we would use, how many practitioners would stay in the car to send forth righteous thoughts, and what time we would go. Everything was arranged.
Actually, it was not me doing the coordination work. Master was helping us!
We went to the villages farthest away first and took photos. Another practitioner and I went to the nearest villages and took photos. One practitioner went to the local police stations and got their information as well.
We edited the information and sent the phone numbers to the Minghui website and asked overseas practitioners to make phone calls to them. We also sent the numbers to the two local practitioners who made truth-clarification phone calls. We sent the names and addresses together with the materials printed out from the Minghui website to the two local practitioners who posted mail. Every practitioner did something.
After we did this the perpetrators only came to harass the practitioners in their homes and didn’t arrest them. Local practitioners clarified the truth to people safely.
I had to make large quantities of materials at my production site and deliver them to three practitioners in different places. Sometimes the machine had problems and I had to find a technical support practitioner to fix it. I also had to find time to study the Fa and practice the exercises. I recited the Fa when I didn’t have ample righteous thoughts and I asked Master to strengthen me so that I did everything smoothly.
Time was so limited that I didn’t have much time to sleep. I thought about asking other practitioners to help me. Every practitioner should participate. I shouldn’t do everything for them. So I talked with two practitioners who practiced diligently. We divided the local practitioners into three groups and each of us was in charge of one group. I taught them how to use the tablet and computer to download files, copy files and check the inbox.
The three of us studied the Fa and shared regularly. Both of them did a good job. Thank you Master for your arrangement!
The Minghui desk calendar was published on the Minghui website in late 2018. We needed to make large quantities and distribute them. Previously the practitioners in the city delivered the calendars to us. We acquired a machine for making calendars, and we only needed to buy paper and frames.
I asked the practitioner in the city to buy the paper for me. I went to pick it up and delivered some to the two practitioners who had the machine. I also printed some calendars myself. I live on the upper level of the residential building. It would be tiresome to take the machines to my home, so I asked a practitioner who lived in a rural area to make the calendars for me. I also contacted the practitioner in the other city who had spare calendar frames in large quantities at home and arranged for another practitioner to transport them in his van. I arranged everything and was waiting for October to start.
Soon Ling heard the practitioner who had the calendar frames was arrested. Bao notified the practitioner in the countryside that the calendars would not be made at her place. Ling notified the other practitioner to stop transporting the frames. I arranged to transfer the completed calendars to a safe place.
I later learned that the practitioner was harassed but was not arrested due to her strong righteous thoughts. Another practitioner said that she had taken some frames from her home. On hearing this, my anger immediately surfaced. “You (the couple Ling and Bao) didn’t help me but caused trouble for me. You interfered with a project that was saving sentient beings. I was on the front line while you were making trouble for me from behind. I went through so much effort to arrange this but you destroyed it with just one sentence.”
I was extremely angry. I felt exhausted both physically and mentally. I was furious and ready to fight with them. I reminded myself that I am a cultivator, I must have compassion. I had no other way but to ask the practitioners in the other city to help make the calendars for us. I didn’t even want to look at Ling and Bao anymore. This incident really bothered me.
Local practitioners wanted to distribute truth-clarification DVDs in 2019. Due to the need for large quantities, the practitioner in the city suggested that we make them locally. Ling’s relative had a machine at home and the relative agreed to take on this task. I was in charge of the transportation. We worked together for some time. One day Ling’s relative didn’t want to do it anymore. One practitioner told me that Ling said that I was showing off and validating myself. Too many practitioners went to her relative’s home. Actually I didn’t even know where her relative lived and hadn’t been to his home. So this project stopped. Ling and I were drifting further apart.
Master said,
“...someone may have irritated you today, someone has upset you, someone has mistreated you, or someone suddenly speaks to you with no respect. It is to see how you will react to these issues.” (Lecture Four, Zhuan Falun)
“Why do you encounter these problems? They are all caused by your own karma. We have already eliminated for you many, numerous pieces of it, leaving only that tiny bit which is divided into tribulations at different levels for upgrading your xinxing, tempering your mind, and removing your different attachments. These are all your own tribulations that we use to improve your xinxing, and you will be able to overcome them. As long as you upgrade your xinxing, you can overcome them. Unless you, yourself do not want to do so, you can make it, provided you want to overcome them.” (Lecture Four, Zhuan Falun)
Knowing the Fa principle, I realized that I must improve myself. I repeatedly recited Master’s Fa in my heart: “He’s right, And I’m wrong” (“Who’s Right, Who’s Wrong,” Hong Yin III)
But their past deeds and recent behavior kept surfacing in my mind as soon as I woke up every morning. I tried to eliminate my negative thoughts but couldn’t. It was too hard to let them go. The evil also instilled into my mind how bad they were. The thought of: “Why they didn’t say it in front of me but made trouble behind me,” kept popping up. I was unbalanced in my heart.
Master said,
“If you live very well among everyday people, how can you practice cultivation? How can your karma be transformed? How will you have an environment to upgrade your xinxing and transform your karma? Everyone should be sure to keep this in mind.” (Lecture Six, Zhuan Falun)
I kept reciting the Fa in my heart and felt a bit better. I still couldn’t let it go completely.
Seeing I was not enlightened, Master gave me a hint in my dream. Master let me see the affinity and grudges between Ling, Bao, and myself in our reincarnations throughout history. I understood after I woke up. Actually, it was my fault. I owed them and must pay them back. They came to help me improve and dissolve the karma. Instead of being angry, I should thank them!
When I let go of my resentment, our conflicts were gradually dissolved. If Master hadn’t helped me I would have failed this test.
My landlord didn’t want to rent the apartment to me anymore. I discussed with my son about renting another apartment. He decided to buy one for me. I said, “It is too expensive to buy one. I don’t want to burden you financially. There are a lot of practitioners here. This is my cultivation environment. I don’t want to leave.” On second thought I realized that I was selfish and didn’t want to face the new environment. I didn’t want to bear hardship. I should follow the course of nature.
I moved to the new apartment and started to create a new cultivation environment. A practitioner in the city was arrested when she was distributing the truth-clarification materials in 2020. She was in charge of providing materials to local practitioners. I took over her job and supplied materials to local practitioners.
The Minghui website published the manuals of computer system installation. With the help of other practitioners, I learned how to install the system. I can operate independently now.
I will walk well the remaining cultivation path under Master’s boundless saving grace. Please kindly point out anything inappropriate.
