(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in seven cities or counties in six provinces, where at least ten practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
Ms. Yan Yixue, 89, from the No. 142 Regiment, No. 8 Agriculture Division of the Xinjiang Construction Regiment, was arrested in mid-May 2020. Her whereabouts are unknown.
Ms. Luo, in her 60s, was reported to the police by a plainclothes officer on the afternoon of April 4, 2020. She was arrested on a street in Changsha City by ten officers from the Pozi Street Police Station. Her son took her home at 2:00 a.m. that night.
Ms. Cen Deli was reported to the police on May 13, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was arrested by officers from the Dadong Police Station. Her home was ransacked.
Ms. Cen was released after being held for 21 hours.
Officers from the Chengqu Police Department, Shenze County, broke into Ms. Guo Yanhui’s home in Dongyuanzhuang Village and ransacked it on the morning of June 23, 2020. Ms. Guo was not at home at the time. The officers confiscated her Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Chang Xiuduan and Ms. Shi Xueyun, both in their 80s, were intercepted by Luo Zhaohui, Party secretary of Luotun Village, Shangcun Town on June 16, 2020, while they were posting Falun Gong materials. Luo took their tricycle keys, videotaped the practitioners, and reported them to the police.
Officers from the Shangcun Police Station ransacked Ms. Chang’s home that afternoon and confiscated Falun Gong books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Ms. Li Juhua, 64, from the Huangpi District was arrested by Chen Jianping, deputy head of the Huangpi District Domestic Security Division, and several other officers from the Qianchuan Police Station on the morning of June 10, 2020.
Ms. Li’s sister was also arrested. Both were detained on the grounds that they held an illegal gathering. Ms. Li was detained for 15 days, and her sister was detained for ten days. They have since returned home.
Ms. Yang Shufen and Ms. He Xiaofen were arrested by plainclothes officers who were monitoring them on February 18, 2020, for posting Falun Gong materials. Their homes were ransacked and Falun Gong books were confiscated. They were taken to the Xinxing Police Station and released later that day. The police have decided to indict them.
