1. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Shuyi Detained

Mr. Chen Shuyi, 66, of Dongwangzhuang Village, was arrested at home by officers from the Wangcun Township Police Station on May 25, 2020. His computers, printers, and other property were confiscated. Mr. Chen is being held by police.

2. [Chongqing] Ms. Qu Chi Detained

Ms. Qu Chi of Chongqing was recently arrested. She is detained in the Fifth Ward at Zhengzhou Detention Center.

3. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Sheng Li Arrested

Ms. Sheng Li, 46, was arrested on May 26, 2020 for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked.

4. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiufen Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiufen of Quyang County was arrested at home on May 26, 2020.

5. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Ms. Cui Guixian’s Case Submitted to Procuratorate

Ms. Cui Guixian’s case was submitted to the procuratorate on May 25, 2020. Ms. Cui is a practitioner from Daling Town.

6. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Fengzhen Detained

Ms. Wang Fengzhen, 69, of Minhang District was arrested in the morning of May 13, 2020 after someone reported her for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was detained for 10 days at the Minhang Detention Center.

7. [Anqing City, Anhui Province] Ms. Yu Zhi and Ms. Dong Jinping File Appeal

Ms. Yu Zhi and Ms. Dong Jinping, of Wangjiang County, were sentenced by the Wangjiang County Court on April 27, 2020. They submitted an appeal to the Anqing City Intermediate Court. Their case is assigned to the No. 2 Criminal Court.

Mr. Liu Kexing of Jianghan District was tried by the Hanyang Court on the afternoon of May 25, 2020. A verdict is expected in a month.

9. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Dou Chunmei Arrested

Ms. Dou Chunmei was arrested by officers and community security agents when she was distributing Falun Gong flyers.

10. [Wuhu City, Anhui Province] Ms. Qi Cuixia Tried by Court

Ms. Qi Cuixia was tried by the Gejiang District Court in May 2020. She defended herself in court. The court adjourned without handing down a verdict.
