1. [Beijing] Ms. Chang Shurong Officially Arrested

Ms. Chang Shurong from the Fangshan District was officially placed under arrest in recent days. Her case has been turned over to the Procuratorate.

2. [Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhang Qingwu Arrested

Mr. Zhang Qingwu from Xinglong Town was reported to the police on the afternoon of May 21, 2020, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. He was arrested by officers from the Xinglong Police Department. His home was ransacked.

Mr. Zhang was taken to a small hotel for 15 days quarantine due to the current pandemic, and then transferred to Yilan County.

Ms. Wang Fenghua was reported to the police on the morning of May 24, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong at the Qingta Farmers' Market. She was arrested by officers from the Qingta Police Station.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Zhang Ye Detained

Ms. Zhang Ye from Gaoqiao Town in the Pudong New Area was arrested in April 2020. She was detained for seven days.

6. [Hejian City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Biansheng and Mr. Wang Fulin Arrested

Ms. Wang Biansheng, 71, from Nanxiaodian Village, Wofotang Township, was reported to the police on the morning of May 13, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong at the Beiliulu Village Farmers' Market in Migezhuang Township. She was arrested by the Migezhuang police, and taken to the Hejian City Police Department. Her Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Mr. Wang Fulin from Beishicao Township was arrested the same day by the Hejian police. He was placed under criminal detention, and is being held in a hotel.

7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Gao Song and Another Practitioner Arrested

Ms. Gao Song and another female practitioner were arrested by officers from the Donghu Police Station in the Hunnan New Area on the afternoon of April 8, 2020. Their homes were ransacked. They were released two days later.

8. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Dou Chunmei Arrested

Ms. Dou Chunmei was arrested at her daughter’s home in Shouguang City, Weifang City, by officers from the Shouguang Police Station on May 25, 2020.

9. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xu Shibo Arrested

Mr. Xu Shibo was arrested by Longkou City Domestic Security officers on May 18, 2020. He was taken to the Bianfang Police Station.

10. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yang Yinxiang and Her Son Mr. Zhong Yuanfa Detained

Ms. Yang Yinxiang, 57, and her son Mr. Zhong Yuanfa, 30, were arrested in Xintang Village, Dalingshan Town, on April 24, 2020. They were taken to the Dongcheng Detention Center.

11. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Dapeng and His Mother-In-Law Detained

Mr. Wang Daping and his mother-in-law from the Huaiyang District were arrested by officers from the Huaiyang Domestic Security Division and the Doumen Police Station on April 24, 2020. Their homes were ransacked. They were taken to the Huaiyang Detention Center.

12. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Xuezhen and Mr. Liu Gaowen Arrested

Ms. Wang Xuezhen and Mr. Liu Gaowen from Shehong County were arrested by State Security officer He Renkui and other plainclothes officers on the morning of May 12, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong. They were interrogated.

Both practitioners were taken to the Pengxi County Detention Center. However, the authorities there refused to admit Mr. Liu due to his high blood pressure. Ms. Wang is being held in the detention center.
