(Minghui.org) With the spread of the coronavirus (CCP Virus) an increasing number of cities in China were placed on lockdown. This complicated our efforts to clarify the truth to people. Two practitioners in our township are contact persons and usually travel more than ten miles to deliver informational materials or notices to other practitioners in our area. Due to the lockdown, this became even more difficult than usual.
One practitioner in my town and a couple in another town printed materials and delivered them to us every week. After our area was quarantined, we no longer received any materials. We thought about what we could do to save people.
I began printing truth-clarification phrases on money. I thought I should hurry to print and deliver the bills to my customers before the lockdown worsened. The other practitioners sent emails with articles about the current pandemic and how to avoid it.
After I printed phrases on over twenty thousand yuan, I delivered them to a customer in three batches. As the lockdown tightened in some villages, I drove my electric motorbike on remote roads to avoid surveillance.
Eventually I could only ride my bicycle. Each time, I safely returned home under Master’s protection. Each time I went out and returned it felt like I had just survived an epic battle.
Since I couldn't enter some areas due to the lockdown, I asked my customers to use the money in their day-to-day transactions. They are wholesalers and purchase fruits and vegetables at the wholesale market. Then they deliver them to stores in different towns or villages. They're able to interact with merchants in each town.
I thought it would be great if I could go with them and distribute the money imprinted with the phrases. When I asked, one of them said, “You can't get in. We have to scan the code on our mobile phones at the entrance.” But they promised to help me by using the bills during their transactions.
The lockdown eased up in March. When I went to see the wholesalers they said they were able to use my money and only had a few bills left. They gave me a corresponding amount of cash for the bills. I felt that they were great to do this for me.
After I delivered the imprinted bills to the wholesalers I felt I needed to do more. I had three old printers and I regretted not buying a new one before this pandemic. I was able to purchase six packages of printing paper in a small shop near my home. My son purchased 1,000 plastic bags. I thought I would bring printed materials for fellow practitioners in my town and the couple in the other town so they could distribute them.
I began printing articles related to the pandemic that were published on Minghui Weekly and I placed them in plastic bags. But the three old printers stopped working after I'd only printed a few pages.
With other practitioners' help I was able to get a new printer. As soon as the lockdown eased I decided to get more supplies in case we were quarantined again. Within four days we set up a material production site in my township.
I was so pleased that fellow practitioners in my township and nearby towns cooperated and distributed the materials so we could save more people in our area.
Falun Gong was first taught to the public in 1992. Nearly 100 million people across China were soon practicing this traditional spiritual discipline after experiencing improvements in their health and character. Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), perceived Falun Gong's growing popularity as a threat to the CCP's atheistic ideology and issued an order to ban Falun Gong on July 20, 1999.
Minghui.org has confirmed the deaths of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners in the persecution over the past 20 years; the actual number is suspected to be much higher. More have been imprisoned and tortured for their faith.
There is concrete evidence that the CCP sanctions the harvesting of organs from detained practitioners, who are murdered to supply the organ transplant industry.
Under Jiang's personal direction, the CCP established the 610 Office, an extralegal security organization with the power to override the police and judicial systems and whose sole function is to carry out the persecution of Falun Gong.
In the face of continuing persecution, practitioners in China use many creative ways to inform the public of the benefits of Falun Gong and to let them know of the persecution, the nature of the CCP and the current plague, risking arrest in the process.
