Mr. Guo Yunian, 85, from the Longtan District, was sentenced to a six-year prison term. The sentence is to be served outside prison after he failed the physical exam.

Thirty nine practitioners were sentenced to prison in 2019.

Ms. Xu Yanxia was sentenced to an eight-and-a-half-year prison term.

Ms. Song Xuecun, Ms. Chen Yuerong, and Mr. Zhang Kexin were each sentenced to eight-year prison terms.

Ms. Jin Cuixiang, Ms. Wang Liguo, Ms. Gu Xiuhua, Ms. Sun Baoying, Mr. Zhou Xing, Ms. Liao Jie, Ms. Cheng Yurong, Ms. Zhu Weijun, Ms. Xu Li, and Mr. Yu Xiangjia were each sentenced to four-year prison terms.
