(Minghui.org) I made some phone calls to people in Beijing and Wuhan using the RTC calling platform during the 2020 Chinese New Year. My intention was to warn persecutors of Falun Gong (aka Falun Dafa) that they could face epidemics and other disasters.
Before I made phone calls, I sent forth righteous thoughts to clear any interference by evil factors behind the people who would receive my calls.
I called a person in charge of a local police department. “Happy New Year, sir,” I said to him. “I know that it is not easy to work in the public security sector. You wear the police uniform, which means people give you power. Thus, you should become the people’s police, and not simply protect the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I believe you know how to tell good from bad. Please make sure you do not become a scapegoat for the Party.”
“Falun Dafa is good!” He shouted with a sincere voice. I was a bit surprised and asked him if he was involved in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. He said he wasn’t.
I said, “You police officers have carried out unlawful directives from Jiang Zemin during the past 20 years. You say that you are just obeying orders from above. This is not an excuse to persecute practitioners. In practice you should follow your conscience, and not harm practitioners.”
I asked for his name. He gave me his name which was the same as on my list. This meant he gave his real name to me. I urged him to withdraw from the CCP. He agreed, but asked me not to tell anyone else. I asked him to remember, “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He agreed. I texted Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials to him.
I called the Wuhan Justice Bureau one day, and a lady answered the phone. I asked her about the conronavirus epidemic in Wuhan. She said it was all right and asked me where I was from.
“The whole world is watching how the epidemic is developing in Wuhan. There is no treatment at the moment. I wish you to be safe in the new year.”
“Thank you very much!” she said. “Thank you for your good wishes to us.”
I said, “Do you know why catastrophes keep happening nowadays? No matter the dynasty, if the king strayed from the Way, and was a tyrant, it would cause catastrophes, and people’s resentment.”
I continued, “The King of the Roman Empire persecuted Christians. Four plagues happened, one after the other, and caused the collapse of the Roman Empire. History repeated itself.”
“The CCP staged the Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation incident, and framed Falun Gong in 2001. The persecution of Falun Gong practitioners has continued for 20 years. They even harvest organs from living practitioners. The CCP will be punished by Heaven for persecuting the Buddha’s law.”
She said she had work to do so hung up. I called her again and said, “Please remember ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’. If you repeat these two phrases, you will be safe when you face the catastrophes. There is no harm in believing it. Please do not participate in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Otherwise you may be held legally responsible when the CCP is no longer in power.”
I asked if she was a CCP member, and tried to persuade her to withdraw from the CCP. She didn’t respond. I explained to her the Magnitsky Human Rights Law Accountability Act [it allows the U.S. Government to sanction foreign government officials who are implicated in human rights abuses worldwide], as well as the persecutors’ list on the Minghui website, and the verdict by the People’s Court in Britain.
“This is the legal punishment against the human rights violators in international communities. Anyone who continues persecuting practitioners will be punished.”
She thanked me again sincerely with a gentle voice.
I called a police officer in a Wuhan police station. I called him seven times and he answered the phone every time.
He asked how I knew his phone number.
I replied, “It is listed on the website of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, because your police station is involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. I hope that you understand that practitioners haven’t violated any laws. Jiang Zemin launched the persecution 20 years ago out of jealousy. Please do not get involved in persecuting practitioners. I hope you will try your best to protect them instead, so that you will not be held legally responsible when the persecution ends.”
“Okay, okay,” he said sincerely, “I understand now. Thank you very much!” He then hung up.
I called him again. “You sound very kind.” I said, “I won’t hold you long. Can you please allow me to say a few more words?” But he hung up.
I called him again and he picked up his phone again.
“It is important to understand the truth about the conoravirus epidemic. The Chinese government isn’t telling people the truth. The officially-released figures for deaths and infected people caused by the coronavirus are much lower than the actual numbers.”
I continued, “If you go to the hospital in Wuhan and take a look, you will know how severe the situation is. There are no beds for patients. Many have to stay in the corridor. Dead bodies are right beside them. Photos are online. People outside China can see them. Some crematoriums in Wuhan are working around the clock. You might not know this.”
“The Chinese government blocks the Internet and doesn’t let people know the truth. Do you know that they harvest organs from living Falun Gong practitioners? The CCP has killed 80 million Chinese people in various political movements since it came to power in 1949.”
I explained to him the meaning of “Lifetime Responsibility System for Case Handling” in Chinese law, hoping that he would not become a scapegoat when the persecution ends.
I asked him to recite “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and advised him to withdraw from the CCP, so he will be safe when catastrophes like this Wuhan epidemic occur.
He agreed to quit the CCP, then hung up.
I made about 250 phone calls within 9 days. Only 3 people swore at me. People are changing.
