(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 5provinces, where at least 6 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lin Jinli Imprisoned
2. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Yi Zhiyuan Detained
3. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guan Ruixiang Detained
4. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lin Yanmei and Ms. Lin Lizhen Incarcerated
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Guiying Detained

1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lin Jinli Imprisoned

Ms. Lin Jinli was arrested by officers from Lihua Police Station when she was walking her child to school on April 24, 2019. Her home was ransacked. Ms. Lin was sentenced to four years in prison in October 2019, and has submitted an appeal to Harbin City Intermediate Court. On January 8, 2020, without any court process or family notification, she was taken to Heilongjiang Women’s Prison. 

2. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Yi Zhiyuan Detained

Mr. Yi Zhiyuan was arrested by officers from Lukou Town Police Station for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong on January 7, 2020. He was taken to Zhuzhou City Regulation Center Detention Center for 15 days detention.

Before the 15-day-term ended, Mr. Yi was transferred to Zhuzhou City Detention Center, where he was forced to do daily labor. He is in poor health, and his blood pressure has been as high as 200.

3. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guan Ruixiang Detained

Ms. Guan Ruixiang was arrested at home by Li Quanjin, Lan Kewu, and other officers from Jiangzhuang Police Station on the morning of January 10, 2020. She was handcuffed and taken to Gaomi Hospital for a physical exam. Police detained her for 10 days although the physical exam stated that she had high blood pressure.

4. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lin Yanmei and Ms. Lin Lizhen Incarcerated

Ms. Lin Yanmei and Ms. Lin Lizhen were imprisoned in Guangdong Province Women’s Prison.

5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Guiying Detained

Ms. Gao Guiying of Shijiazhuang City took a train home in August 2019. She was arrested at the Tianjin stop and taken off the train. Ms. Gao was detained in Tianjin for two months, then in Qinhuangdao City. Her family has not been allowed to visit her for the last four months.
