(Minghui.org) I am a young practitioner of Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) who started cultivating in March 2020. Benevolent Master Li Hongzhi still saved me now, despite it being near the end of the Fa-rectification period. Therefore, I can only cultivate diligently, so as not to let Master’s efforts down.
One of the three things that Master asked practitioners to do is to send forth righteous thoughts. As I have just started my cultivation, I could not feel how much power my thoughts have, so everything felt empty. I even suspected that I did not have any abilities, how can a thought from my mind have any power? However, an experience once made me truly feel the energy of Falun Dafa practitioners’ righteous thoughts.
My occupation is human resource manager who is in charge of introducing workers to some of Singapore’s enterprises, helping the workers to find jobs at the same time. Among these workers, there are also people who came from China. After I started to cultivate, I understood that these arrangements are all made for a purpose.
As I started my cultivation during the Covid-19 epidemic, I thought a lot about the purpose of life during the period when we were made to take leave. Are we living just to maintain this human body?! Master’s teachings helped me understand the true purpose of being alive on this Earth.
When the epidemic became less critical, I started working again and I also started to clarify the truth. I place the truth-clarification materials at an eye-catching location in the car where someone who gets into the car would be able to see it immediately. Thus, not only will it be convenient for me to give out the materials to people with affinity, it will also be convenient for me to get straight to the point. Dafa practitioners’ paths are arranged by Master, thus the people we meet with every day are all predestined to meet us.
One day, I brought a worker from China to the body check-up center for his body checkup. In the car, we talked about the current situation of the jobs. I said, “Have you heard about Falun Gong before?” He said that he knew about Falun Gong and repeated the lies from the CCP, defaming Falun Gong.
“That's all propaganda to defame Falun Gong,” I said. “Falun Gong teaches people to become good people. The members of the Communist Party (CCP) are jealous that there are so many people practicing Falun Gong. Thus, they frame and defame Falun Gong. The “Tiananmen Self-Immolation” incident is a hoax made up by the CCP. He said, “Oh, is it?”
I continued, “Isn’t the CCP depending on the lies that they have fabricated all these years to maintain their governance? They promote atheism and reject the idea of suffering karmic retribution for one’s misdeeds. How many Chinese are being harmed by the evil Party?!”
He responded that he does not believe in suffering karmic retribution due to one’s evil deeds. When one does something bad, where is the retribution? Not long after that, we reached the checkup center. I said, “You do your body checkup here and come outside after you are done. I will wait for you outside.”
Actually, I had planned to find somewhere that is not so crowded to send forth righteous thoughts to get rid of the disturbance. After reciting the righteous thoughts phrases, I focused my thought and imagined sending out an “Annihilate” word from the celestial eye position. The word had golden rays and they raced out limitless into the sky, transcending the solar system and penetrating the galaxy. The rays went throughout the whole universe and smashed the evil beings that were trying to destroy Dafa. That moment felt like a reinforced glass being smashed. The evil gods and spirits were being smashed into pieces that fall throughout the skies in the universe and finally disappeared infinitely. After sending forth righteous thoughts, I quietly recited “Lun Yu” from Zhuan Falun once and begged Master to save him.
After a while, he finished his body checkup and came out. I said, “Are you a Communist Party member?” He said that he was not. I asked, “In that case, you must have joined the CCP youth organizations?” He replied yes. Thus, I said, “Do you remember the vow that you pledged to the CCP when you joined?” He said, “I think it is something about giving up our life to the CCP and country and spending our whole life striving for the country and the CCP, something like that.” I said, “The CCP devil came from hell.
"If the Gods are going to settle the accounts with the CCP in the future, won’t you be going to hell with the CCP for the vow that you have pledged to the CCP?” He was shocked and said, “I do not want to follow the CCP to hell!” I said, “In that case, you should quit the CCP organizations! Denounce the vow that you have pledged to the CCP at this time. In the future, when the Gods settle the accounts with the CCP, you will not have anything to do with it!” An amazing magical scene appeared. He kept nodding and told me firmly, “Yes yes yes, quit the CCP organization!” His attitude really took a big turn. Just slightly more than 10 minutes ago, he was still complimenting the CCP, and now he wants nothing to do with the CCP.
I know that this is due to Master awakening his conscience. I can feel that this thought of mine, empowered by Master, has limitless powers that alarm the Heavens and shake the Earth. All the evil gods and spirits’ disturbances and destruction seemed to be not having any effect.
I helped him quit the CCP, gave him Dafa brochures, and put a “Falun Dafa is Good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is Good” amulet into his wallet. Before parting, I said, “Remember that Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good to be safe and at peace!” Holding onto the truth-clarification booklet, he smiled and waved goodbye.
Having cultivated for a few months, I studied the Fa and practiced the exercises every day. One night, just before I went to sleep, I suddenly had this thought: “as a Dafa practitioner, my innate foundation should be quite good. After cultivating for a few months, my body had no reaction while other Dafa practitioners all need Master to help them adjust their bodies, some will vomit, have diarrhea, feel uncomfortable or weak, but my body does not have these reactions. Maybe I am not a common person, I am stronger than them, so I do not need Master to help me to adjust my body.”
On the following day, I woke up only to find that my lower back was aching so badly that I could not get out of bed. I thought that I had caught a cold so I asked my wife to do fire cupping for me. After the fire cupping, I could get out of bed. However, if I moved my lower back hurt. Upon looking into the mirror, I was shocked. In the past, the area where fire cupping was done would just turn red or purple. But now, my lower back was charcoal black. I thought: “Oh no, I still need to go to the Epoch Times Office to collect a few hundred newspapers tomorrow. What should I do now?” Just then, I understood that this is Master hinting to me that I was in the wrong.
After that, I did the exercises. When I was doing the third exercise, 'Penetrating the Cosmic Extremes”, while I was gliding my hands up and down, all the hair on my body stood up and cold air started to emerge from my inner body. Although it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) outside, I felt like a piece of ice. My body was no longer under control, but my hands were still doing the movements as usual. I felt that there was an invisible force supporting my body. After I finished the fourth exercise, my body no longer felt cold. It was a very comfortable feeling and my lower back also no longer hurt. My whole body felt light.
I know that this was Master helping me to bear my karma and cleansing my body. Thank you, benevolent Master!
Due to the epidemic, the government announced that all foreigners who were entering Singapore would need to be quarantined at a hotel for 14 days. I was put in charge of caring for their daily needs after their entry into Singapore. One day, when I was preparing to go home, my boss said, “Quarantine person Manuel (pseudonym) does not know how to install the tracking program. You help him do the installation.” I thought to myself: I can go back later since it is a chance for me to clarify the truth.
When I reached the quarantine hotel, I saw that Manuel was in a very bad mood. It seemed that I would not be able to clarify the truth today – I better wait for a few days. I comforted him and said, “Do not be nervous, you just have to relax and stay here for 14 days, then I will come and fetch you. Someone will bring you your meals, and if you have any problems, you can call me. I helped him complete the installation of the program.
When I was about to leave the hotel my boss sent me a message to say that quarantine person Rita (pseudonym) also did not know how to install the tracking program and told me to go to another quarantine hotel to help her with the installation. I wondered why no one has helped Rita, since she was already here for a week. I guessed that no one was willing to go to the quarantine places as they are afraid of contracting the CCP virus. I thought that since I am a Dafa practitioner who is being protected by Master, the CCP virus will not be able to even come near me.
I helped Rita install the program within a few minutes. She said, “Done so fast? I tried doing it for a few days but just could not understand how to do it. Thank you very much. After being here for so long, no one bothered to check on me. You are the only one who came to help me settle the problem.” I laughed and said, “Do not worry. Next time, if you have any problems, you can just give me a call and I will help you out.” She was very happy. I gave her a Dafa brochure and said, “Take a look at this when you have time. There is much inside you won’t get to see in China."
The next day, I took Rita to do the swab test. Along the way, I told her the truth about Falun Gong. As she is very kind, we communicated well. She empathized with Falun Gong, but she felt helpless about it. I thought, since she accepted the brochure, she would have a good future. I persuaded her to quit the CCP and its youth organizations, and she nodded her head in agreement.
She asked me to come with her to her hotel. She could not understand the display on her hand-phone, which tells her the remaining value left in her mobile plan. As the display is all in English, I said that I would help her to choose the settings. Actually, in normal situations, topping up the value for a hand phone just takes a few minutes. However, this time, it took me an hour.
On the way back home, many thoughts crossed my mind. Master’s limitless benevolence and limitless power and virtue saved countless lives. He gave everyone a chance to understand the truth. The Dafa practitioners in China are using their lives to accomplish their mission to snatch people from the evil’s grasps.
I warned myself again to be more diligent in my cultivation, put my cultivation into practice more, and try to catch up with the other Dafa practitioners on my cultivation path. Let us reach the next stage of Fa-rectification under Master’s protection and guidance together.
