U.S. Administration Trade Advisor: Six Dimensions of Election Fraud

(Minghui.org) Peter Navarro, Director of the U.S. Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, released a report on December 17 titled “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities,” this 36-page report found consistent election irregularities across six key battleground states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin).

Navarro said at a press conference the same day, “My aspiration with this report is that it’ll be a catalyst for a full investigation of all of these alleged election irregularities on a fast track and done before Inauguration Day. And my view is that let the truth come forward. And if Biden won fair and square, then I’ll be the first to congratulate him. But if there are sufficient election irregularities and illegal votes to overturn the thin Biden margins in those battleground states, then America deserves a different outcome.”

His investigation indicated there appears to be a coordinated strategy to commit election fraud. “Evidence used to conduct this assessment includes more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimony in a variety of state venues, published analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage,” stated the report. “This finding lends credence to the claim that the election may well have been stolen from President Donald J. Trump.”

The report said, “If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again.”

Press Conference: “There’s a Ton of Evidence”

During the press conference, Navarro emphasized the following:

* There appears to be a coordinated strategy effectively to stuff the ballot box with Biden votes, and at least some evidence of the destruction of Trump ballots.* In five of the six battleground states (Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin), the illegal votes already challenged could wipe out relatively thin Biden victory margins. * Each of the six battleground states is different in its own way on election irregularities. For example, “Georgia has consent decree issues. Wisconsin has definitely confined voter issues. Michigan has the observer issues and so on.”* There seems to be tremendous effort from our pillar institutions “to basically self-censor anybody who challenges the results of the election, and it effectively mounts to a coverup.” 

To put it into context, the above are part of a larger issue. “The anti-Trump media, which has hammered him for four years and predicted a landslide win for Biden that never came. We’ve got corporate America. We got surprisingly some of the Republican establishment, and then finally we have state legislatures and the courts themselves,” he explained. 

Still, one has to look at the facts to know what is really going on. “You can’t, as a reporter, at this point responsibly say there’s no evidence. There’s a ton of evidence. There’s a mound of it,” he added, “And you can’t say that just because the courts have ruled against Trump in a number of cases that there’s no evidence of fraud. Most of these cases have been decided on procedure and process rather than the evidence itself.”

Navarro then explained why he did the investigation. On election day, by midnight Trump “showed an insurmountable lead, what seemed to be insurmountable leads in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Georgia was over 350,000 votes, Pennsylvania over half a million, Michigan almost 300,000 and Wisconsin over 100,000,” he said, “And what you saw beginning kind of in the dead of night, these votes counts that started to come in that over time turned the Trump red tide into Biden blue. And what’s striking about what happened is the narrowness, the razor-thin margins by which Biden appears to have won those four battleground states.”

Additional concerns also came from discrepancies between those and data from pollsters. “What we’ve had is basically a national firestorm erupt over a country” he explained. As a private citizen and a scholar, “what’s been missing in this whole debate is kind of a chess board look out of a 30,000-foot view of what exactly was going on across the entire terrain.”

“I just simply got tired of hearing people talk about anecdotes and individual things without kind of connecting all of the dots. So I wanted to get to the bottom of all this. I think it’s important for the future of this country that we do this and we do this before Inauguration Day,” he continued. 

To achieve that, Navarro evaluated evidence including thousands of affidavits and declarations, many of which are not in the public record. He also looked at the testimony that had been presented in a variety of state avenues, along with published reports and analysis by think tanks and legal centers. “There’s videos, for example, of the famous suitcase in the Atlanta arena. Photos, public comments, press publish and the like,” he added. 

Key Findings

The report published by Navarro included a table that summarized the significant abnormalities that occurred across all six battleground states and across all six dimensions of election irregularities. The six dimensions of irregularities are: outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contest process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies. 

“From the findings of this report, it is possible to infer what may well have been a coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket,” states the report. “Indeed, the observed patterns of election irregularities are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election outright, strategically game the election process in such a way as to ‘stuff the ballot box’ and unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

The key findings in the report are:

“The weight of evidence and patterns of irregularities are such that it is irresponsible for anyone – especially the mainstream media – to claim there is “no evidence” of fraud or irregularities.

The ballots in question because of the identified election irregularities are more than sufficient to swing the outcome in favor of President Trump should even a relatively small portion of these ballots be ruled illegal. 

However, each state has a unique mix of issues that might be considered “most important.” To put this another way, all battleground states are characterized by the same or similar election irregularities; but, like Tolstoy’s unhappy families, each battleground state is different in its own election irregularity way. 

This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states rather than any one single “silver bullet” election irregularity.

In refusing to investigate a growing number of legitimate grievances, the anti-Trump media and censoring social media are complicit in shielding the American public from the truth. This is a dangerous game that simultaneously undermines the credibility of the media and the stability of our political system and Republic.

Those journalists, pundits, and political leaders now participating in what has become a Biden Whitewash should acknowledge the six dimensions of election irregularities and conduct the appropriate investigations to determine the truth about the 2020 election. If this is not done before Inauguration Day, we risk putting into power an illegitimate and illegal president lacking the support of a large segment of the American people.

The failure to aggressively and fully investigate the six dimensions of election irregularities assessed in this report is a signal failure not just of our anti-Trump mainstream media and censoring social media but also of both our legislative and judicial branches.

If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again – with the down-ballot Senate races scheduled for January 5 in Georgia an initial test case of this looming risk.”
