Gettysburg, Pennsylvania: Senate Hearing Exposes Evidence of Massive Election Fraud

(Minghui.org) “Over 156 years ago, the fate of our country hung in the balance, right here on this hallowed ground for three relentless days of bloody, close combat between two armies that lost over 50,000 casualties,” said Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York City, at Gettysburg on November 25, 2020. “The fate of our Republic was really decided that we’d be one nation, one union, one government sharing values that are enormously important to us.”

Giuliani made these remarks at a public hearing held by the GOP Pennsylvania Senate Policy Committee to discuss irregularities in the recent U.S. General Election. He further presented evidence of election fraud that he and other members of the Trump legal team had discovered. “And I don’t want to overstate it, but I do believe that those values are at stake, not only in this election, but in the way this election was conducted, and what we’re going to do about it,” he explained. “Because if we allow elections in the future to be conducted the way this election was conducted, we will have lost our democracy, our representative democracy.”

Background of the Hearing

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced on November 24 that the Pennsylvania State Secretary had certified Biden as having won the State of Pennsylvania. Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough ruled the following day to halt further action on certifying the state's 2020 election results until her court holds a hearing on a lawsuit seeking to invalidate unconstitutional “no-excuse” mail-in votes.

Upon the request of Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano, the Pennsylvania State Senate held a hearing on election irregularities. The hearing, held at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, lasted three and a half hours with testimony from dozens of witnesses. 

Senator David Argall, host of the hearing, said his office had received over 25,000 phone calls and emails as of November 26, reporting problems in the election.

Quoting Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg address on November 19, 1863, Mastriano said, “That this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” But now, he said, everything is at stake with what happened during this election cycle. “Everything, the Republic is at stake,” he remarked.

Issues with Mail-in Ballots

Giuliani started by thanking the State Senate and said, “We are very, very honored and very appreciative that you are giving us an opportunity to be heard, which we’ve been denied almost uniformly by the media and by legislatures elsewhere. All we ask is that you listen to the facts that we’re presenting and then evaluate it.” 

He noted that voter fraud was seen in many ways. “The most dangerous thing is, it is very, very similar in at least six states ...in Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia. Primary device, were the mail-in ballots.” He said that many scholars and experts have found mail-in ballots to be very dangerous because they are very easy to forge. In fact, President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker produced a report on secure elections and came out against general mail-in voting because “every place it’s been used, it’s led to tremendous fraud.”

Giuliani said that in Philadelphia, Allegheny County, and many other places in Pennsylvania, Republicans were not allowed to inspect the ballots. “You know how important that is to determining whether it is a valid ballot or not. There’s only one time you get to do that and that’s when you separate the envelope that possesses the verifying information from the ballot. The moment you separate them, you can no longer verify.” 

This is a critical moment in the election process. “Several of the witnesses here have been doing this for 20 or 30 years, they’ve never heard of a situation in which the mail-in ballot was just put in without allowing a Republican, a Democrat, even third-party members to take one look at it and object to it, for the very reason that it’s too prone to fraud,” he continued. But now this has happened in Michigan, Wisconsin and other states too.

Furthermore, many of those cities have a history of corruption. “We could ask and you could subpoena all of the outer envelopes. It’d be very interesting to take a look at the 682,770 outer envelopes... But in any event, under the law of your state, which is set by you, those ballots are illegal,” Giuliani explained. “We don’t want to disenfranchise anyone, we want to disqualify 682,000 votes so that 74 million people are not disenfranchised, because that’s what happened by the cheating that went on here.”

But the problem goes beyond that. The state of Pennsylvania sent out 1.8 million absentee or mail-in ballots and about 1.4 million were received back. When counting ballot for the presidential election, however, 2.5 million of such votes were counted. “ I don’t know what accounts for that 700,000 difference between the number of ballots you sent out and the number of ballots that ended up in the count,” Guiliani said. Furthermore, 22,686 mail-in ballots that were returned on the day they were mailed out, another 20,000 were returned before they were mailed out, not to mention 8,021 ballots from dead people in Philadelphia.

Witness Testimony 

Several poll watchers testified at the hearing and described their observations. 

No Civilian Oversight; Duplicated Ballots

Justin Kweder, an attorney, is a resident and registered voter in the city and county of Philadelphia. As a certified GOP canvas observer, he saw many issues and irregularities in Philadelphia with the processing and counting of the votes. First, the Philadelphia Board of Elections processed hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots with zero civilian oversight or observation. “I’d estimate it at, at least, 96% of the board workers were processing mail-in ballots 15 to 200 plus feet from us... Due to the distance of the workers from the erected fences, it was impossible for me or any observer to see what the workers were doing with any type of specificity... No civilian oversight over hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, zero opportunity for observers to observe, challenge, or inspect the mail-ins being opened. I find this to be an issue and to be irregular,” he explained. 

The second point that Kweder made was about the pink highlighted duplicate ballots. He had never heard about this in the past, but as the weeks progressed, he and other observers were told that the elections board was going to be duplicating damaged mail-in ballots that could not be read by the scanners. “I was told that there were more than 5,000 of these damaged ballots. I was also told that the actual number was unknown. It could be much higher... On Thursday, November 12th, the observers were informed that the pink highlighter could not be read by the scanners. They all had to be done again... And the workers, individually, were to fill in the correct highlighted ovals with dark pen, no observation,” he said. 

“Now, I wasn’t around for every election in Philadelphia’s history, but I can tell you, as an eyewitness, for 10 days, for more than 80 hours, what I saw was not a secure and transparent election. There are major concerns about the legitimacy of hundreds of thousands of ballots that were counted in Philadelphia,” concluded Kweder.

Kim Peterson from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, also shared her experience as a canvasser. She saw that the mail-in ballots were opened and separated from the envelopes. Similar to Kweder, on the afternoon of Election Day, she was led back to an area where they were kept at least 15 to 20 feet from any of the representatives. “There were people that were 50, 100 feet from us. The closest was 20 feet... you could not even see at all or witness anything if any misdoing or anything going wrong. It was very discouraging,” she said. “I love this country, and I love Pennsylvania... it is very important to me that this election be fair.”

No Observers, No Line-of-sight or Transparency

Leah Hoops from Delaware County, Pennsylvania was a poll watcher on Election Day, and she was also present at the counting center in Chester, Pennsylvania. She thanked the hearing organizer and said that she would be “forever grateful... to finally have an opportunity to speak about what took place in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.”

Hoops said that from a young age, she was taught to love her neighbor, defend her country, and by all means, always speak the truth. She has applied those values throughout her life, and coming to the hearing to provide testimony was a way to speak the truth. She said the backroom of ballot counting “had no observers, no line-of-sight or transparency into the process.” Even after obtaining an injunction through a lawyer, “we were granted five minutes every two hours. And the setup was sitting in a chair 20 feet from any physical ballot,” she added. 

Because of exposing the fraud, she and other witnesses have been intimidated, threatened, and bullied. They have spent countless hours away from family, friends, and jobs. “We have signed affidavits under penalty of perjury, which should be consideration enough to know that this is a very serious issue. I’m here for one thing only, and that is to speak the truth,” Hoops added. “This is not about party. This is about my country. Every American deserves transparency, truth, and be able to question those in power without fear of intimidation, bullying, or backlash.”

Suspicious USB Drives and Mail-in Ballots

Gregory Stenstrom from Delaware County is a father and a family man. He is a former executive officer in the Navy and a veteran of foreign wars. With a background in data science and forensic computer science, he is also an expert in security and fraud. 

Along with a US Marines officer, Stenstrom said the two of them were the only GOP poll watchers in the city of Chester, which has a population of about 40,000. He noticed several issues. First, regular ballots were given out when provisional ballots should have been issued. Secondly, as a forensics expert, he said over 100,000 out of the 300,000 votes in Delaware County were in question since it “was forensically destructive” for the envelopes to be separated from the ballots and taken to the other side of the room. Thirdly, from a perspective of data integrity, the chain of custody “was broken for the mail-in ballots, the drop box ballots, the election day USBV card flash drives.” The chain of custody had been defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections, but was not followed. 

Another problem was uploading data from USBV to the voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor. The supervisor was not part of the process and was not being observed. Stenstrom witnessed him putting the USBs in voting machines 24 times. Although local administrators said that multiple USBs were often used in voting machines, US Attorney General McSwain and other law enforcement officers said that more than two USBs are unusual. As a result, “they [voting facility staff] denied they did it. But as of today, 47 USBV cards are missing, and they’re nowhere to be found.”

Although working as a poll watcher, Stenstrom was not allowed to observe until three days later on Thursday through a court order. The back office was locked and he was allowed to stay only five minutes every two hours. In addition, he and a Democrat poll watcher, a forensic pathologist, found 70,000 unopened mail-in ballots in one room in the back office. 

“The problem with that was by that time, the mail-in ballots had already been counted,” he explained. “My question is, where did the 70,000 ballots go? And nobody knows.”

Stenstrom’s list of observations did not end there. As a data scientist, he wanted to know the universe (or the total) of the mail-in votes, which were supposed to be only 120,000. But the number increased to 126,000 votes, and later to 200,000 votes. “So, that’s a problem,” he said. 

As an expert in fraud investigation, Stenstrom said those USBV cards posed serious risks. Plus, the BlueCrest sorter machine was only manned by one person. He also spoke to multiple law enforcement agencies and begged them to collect evidence, but nothing was done. Not only that, “we just learned two days ago that virtual all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything, was gone. All forensic evidence, all custody sheets in the county are gone.”

In conclusion, he said, “We have 100,000 to 120,000 ballots, both mail in and USB, that are in question... And I don’t believe, as a citizen and an observer to this, that anybody could certify that vote in any good conscience.”

Additional Testimony

Four additional witnesses also spoke at the hearing, discussing ballot counting abnormalities and threats at poll places. 

1.8 Million Ballots Sent Out and Nearly 2.6 Million Received

Phil Waldron is a retired Army Colonel. He spent the first half of his career as a calvary officer and second half as a psychological operations officer and information operations officer specializing in computer network operations, electronic warfare, special electronic warfare, and counter deception. Since August this year, his team and another team have been studying voting machine manipulation.

“The voting systems in the US and in Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated,” he said. These machines had been used in elections – and in stolen elections – around the world, including in such places as Venezuela, Italy, Argentina, and Singapore. Although Philadelphia uses ESNS, Pittsburgh uses Dominion, and other counties in Pennsylvania use Dominion and alternative systems, “All these election systems have a common DNA. SGO Smartmatic sold Sequoia voting systems to Dominion in 2010 and then the Debold company spun off Premier Election systems to Dominion as the result of an anti-trust suit,” he said. 

That is, these systems have similar codes and similar functions. Although there have been statements claiming otherwise, Waldron had personally debriefed the son of a Cuban intelligence officer who had firsthand knowledge of Hugo Chavez’s family. The son told him not to worry about the popular threat against Nicolás Moduro’s election in Venezuela, “That it was guaranteed. Their father invested the money to build the SGO voting machine system.” Waldron said he had a sworn affidavit from the man.

“So these systems are not what you’ve been told. They are connected to the internet and servers outside of the US. They’re connected from the top to the bottom and the middle. There is no transparency, as our previous witnesses mentioned, as to how the voter information is processed, how and where it’s stored,” he continued. “The voting record is able to be modified and/or deleted by operators, administrators and outside threats.”

Waldron said, “One of our white hat hackers previously discovered a malware that’s present on the servers that captures every log in and every password of every operator down to the precinct level that logs into one of these systems. That’s just like giving the password to your bank account out, putting it on the dark web.” He added that an election storage facility was robbed in Pennsylvania on September 30 where 30 USB devices and a laptop were stolen. 

As a result, “these systems, in a nutshell, allow authorized and unauthorized users to cancel votes, shift votes, preload votes, vote blank ballots, all in real time and in large numbers. They’re connected from the top to the bottom. So one bad actor or a team of bad actors can have equally negative influence,” he remarked. 

He then showed a chart on the spike anomalies, which refer to “events where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that is not feasible or mechanically possible under normal circumstances.” For example, “there is a manufacturer specified rate of speed that a number of ballots can be imaged and processed,” and a big spike in loading and uploading votes is a “prime indicator of fraudulent voting.” On Election Day, there was a spike in loaded votes of about 337,000. All these abnormal spikes added to about 600,000 votes in total, 570,000 of which were for Biden. 

He also confirmed the discrepancy of mail-in ballots sent out and received. Although 1,823,148 ballots were sent out, 2,589,242 were received. Strangely, as these questions were raised, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State’s website deleted the number 2,589,242 without explanation. 

Watchers Barred or Left in the Dark

Gary Phelman is a resident and voter in Philadelphia City and County, and he has a watcher certificate. Upon hearing that Republicans were banned from some polling places in South Philly, he and his friend Will Chamberlain went to a funeral parlor, which happened to be used for the election. He was not permitted to watch even though he has a watcher certificate for the city of Philadelphia, and he was in the city of Philadelphia.

Dave Stisogis, an attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida, used to be a Cook County Assistant State Attorney prosecutor involved in election law enforcement. 

Due to the unexpected rule changes, many volunteers Stisogis recruited as Republican watchers were disqualified. In additional to major changes by the State Secretary, “the local boards, day in and day out, were changing rules as well to make the monitoring process next to impossible,” he said. 

At a major ballot processing place in Pittsburgh, he and other watchers were confined in a location with fences about two and half feet high. The closest ballot processor was about 15-20 feet away, with the farthest about 150 feet away. Furthermore, the mail-in ballots coming into that room were already sliced open at the top. Stisogis said they had “no idea when or where the slicing took place, where the opening took place or what was in fact inside those mail in envelopes.”

Without knowing what was going on, Stisogis asked the county solicitor. But there was no explanation or written protocol. To add to the confusion, “people would come in with big armloads of ballots from the other room. Apparently with no providence, no explanation of where they came from,” he said. 

“There was no way to look at those ballots, and I would say in my experience, electoral experience, one of the things that legitimizes elections is the ability of not a disinterested third party to review what the process is, but actually an adversarial third party to review what the process is,” Stisogis explained. “This was completely and utterly absent.”

In addition to Stisogis, there were 25 affidavits from other people who had seen similar situations in other places in Pennsylvania. 

No Opportunity to Inspect or Monitor the Ballot Counting

Elizabeth Preate Havey, an attorney and a resident of Montgomery County, is the chair of the Montgomery County Republican Committee. She noticed a number of issues concerning a total lack of transparency regarding the handling of the General Election in Montgomery County.

First, the Montgomery County Republican Committee was not granted a meaningful view of the mail-in ballots at any time. Second, Havey and her team were not provided with regular, detailed information about the mail-in ballots over the course of the election. They have submitted numerous requests and were turned down.

Julia Vahey is a resident of Montgomery County and the Executive Director of the Montgomery County Republican Committee. In Montgomery County, there were over 250,000 mail-in ballots requested for the general election. In the weeks leading up to the election, Vahey had trained over 100 volunteers to inspect and monitor the counting of these ballots to ensure the legitimacy of the vote in Montgomery County. “Unfortunately, they were never given this opportunity.” 

On November 1st, they were told no watchers were permitted to inspect or even see the outside envelope of the ballot. Although Vahey and another watcher were eventually allowed inside the room, she could only see the place where ballots were flattened and scanned with “no visibility or access to the room where ballot were sorted, outside envelopes were inspected, and both outside and secrecy envelopes were opened.”

Barbara Sulitka from Drums, Pennsylvania said she voted in the polling place and then printed out her completed ballot. She voted for Trump, but the printout did not show his name while other candidates she voted for had their names there. She asked why, but was not given a direct answer. 

Threatened at Polling Place

Olivia Winters is a professional organizer and a business management consultant in Philadelphia. She was asked to be a minority inspector in a polling place. “I’m a registered Democrat, and I just wanted to help and make sure it was a fair election. I don’t care who wins,” she said. 

After showing up at the polling place at 6:30 a.m., Winters felt the hostility from the majority inspector, the poll watcher, the machine operator, and a committee person. When a woman wanted to turn in her mail-in ballot to vote in the booth instead, a clerk replied she needed to fill in a form for the majority inspector to sign. At that time, the majority inspector, who was supposed to be the judge of elections, had left for home – which she should not have done – and Winters was not allowed to sign as a minority inspector. 

As the conversation continued, the man who was electioneering and was a poll watcher, began to threaten Winters by “getting in my face, cursing at me, telling me that I needed to be quiet.” As the majority inspector came back, he threatened to slap Winters in the face, and said it was going to become a “racial issue.” 

Feeling threatened, Winters called her ward leader, who called the Commissioner for Philadelphia, Al Schmidt, who asked them to call and report that to the DA. About an hour and a half after that, the majority inspector told Winters that the woman wanted to vote. As Winters looked up her name for her to sign the book, the instruction said she needed to remit her mail-in ballot or vote provisionally. 

The woman said, “Oh, I threw that in the trash.” “Well, then you have to vote provisionally,” replied Winters. 

The machine operator and the electioneering began to threaten Winters again. “[They] got up in my face again, told me that I didn’t belong there, that I needed to shut up, started cursing expletives at me again,” she recalled. 

“She voted, and who knows? Maybe she voted twice. Not to mention it wasn’t until I had actually called our ward leader, who had called the Commissioner, who had called the DA, that they then sent representatives down to discuss this with me and defend me,” Winters testified. “I mean, I had maybe six men there, because I was being threatened in the polling place.”

Ballots Received Before Being Mailed Out

Gloria Snover is Chairman of the North Hampton County Republican Committee and she had been involved in the political process in North Hampton County for more than 25 years. “The complexity was due to the new mail-in ballot system and ever-changing rules, the unmanned drop boxes in the general election,” she said. 

Snover once reached out to the election office regarding curing the disqualified naked ballot, which had been unlawfully pre-canvased before election day. But she did not hear back follow-ups. “The solicitor told me there is absolutely no law that allows us to see the counting or to see the ballots,” Snover said, “To this day, we have no idea what or whose ballots were counted.”

Another pattern she noticed was reactivated old voter rolls that kept reoccurring on the SURE system, a Pennsylvania voter system. People who had not voted since the 1990s were all now reactivated and receiving mail-in ballots. This is an “opportunity for fraud on a massive scale that would go undetected, because voters who never intended to vote would not know,” she said.

Furthermore, in North Hampton County, “more than 1500 votes where the mail-in ballot was received in the election office on a date before it was even mailed.” 

Trump: This Election Was Rigged

After the witnesses testified, U.S. President Trump called in from the Oval Office. “This was a, very sad to say it, this election was rigged, and we can’t let that happen,” he remarked. 

“We have poll watcher affidavits piled up to the ceiling, and they’re all over. They were treated horribly all over this, in all of these swing states, I mean virtually all of the swings states... If you were a Republican poll watcher, you were treated like a dog,” he continued, “This is what happened here, this is not the United States of America, what happened. I think everybody knows that that’s why you’re there, and that’s why you’re so vehement about it.”

Trump said he had won 74 million votes, 11 million more votes than he received in 2016 and higher than what Ronald Reagan did when he won 49 states. “Nobody would’ve said we even had a chance of losing... and then very weird things happened, but they’re not weird to professionals, and they’re not weird to Dominion and other people that operate machines, and they’re not weird to the people that handle the ballots where they were flooding the market,” he said. 

He said the entire world is watching the United States of America. There are hundreds of affidavits of such voter fraud stories. “Why wouldn’t they overturn an election? Certainly overturn it in your state,” he said, adding some other places are similar. “You take a look at Detroit, Michigan, you have more votes than you have voters.”

Trump said it is a very sad thing for our country to have this and it needs to be corrected. “It would be easy for me to say, ‘Oh, let’s worry about four years from now.’ No, this election was lost by the Democrats. They cheated. It was a fraudulent election,” he continued. “This is a very important moment in the history of our country, and you’re doing a tremendous service to our country.”

“We have to turn the election over, because there’s no doubt. We have all the evidence, we have all the affidavits, we have everything,” he added. 

Feedback from Senators

Senator Frank Ryan discussed options following these testimonies. “What happened in Pennsylvania, from a process control perspective, was absolutely a travesty,” he commented. He proposed either a special prosecutor at the federal level or that something should be done at the state level.

State Representative Dan Moul also shared his concern about the mail-in ballot issue. Usually it took one week or 10 days for the governor to sign a bill, but he signed the election reform bill including new mail-in voting almost instantaneously. As a remedy to prevent fraud, Moul initiated House Bill 2626 by including a bar code at the bottom of every mail-out ballot. The machine would easily read the bar code and remove illegitimate ballots. 

“The Governor immediately, as soon as we ran that Bill out at Committee, said, ‘That hits my desk, it’s an automatic veto,” said Moul.

Senator Mario Scavello said what bothered him was that when people went to vote, they were told they had already voted. “I must have heard it from 50 people in my district,” he explained. “Some of the other things that were happening, most of the stuff that you said out there, it happened in every county.”

Giuliani said excluding Republicans from the voting process pointed to a big issue. “If you’re doing something as the Senator said, that’s kosher, come on, look, who cares?” he continued. “This was done because they knew this is the only way they could steal this election. When he was ahead by those numbers on Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, they panicked.” 

He said there are witnesses who could testify that what happened in Pennsylvania fits the pattern that Smartmatic used in two elections that they stole from South America. “When the election was getting too far away, they called a halt in the voting count. Well, there was a halt called in six places, including in Pennsylvania,” he explained. “In one place, they made believe there was an overflowed water tank. It happened to be one little toilet bowl. They took a two hour halt, and in Michigan, they brought in a hundred thousand ballots through the back door and counted them with nobody observing them, except three people who happened to be remaining behind.”

He also emphasized that the voting machines should be off the internet in the counting room for security reason. “But they were connected to the internet. And your tally was being sent to Frankfurt, Germany, where it was being analyzed,” he added. 

All the evidence is backed up with affidavits. Guiliani also thanked the witnesses for their courage. He added that there were more witnesses who could testify if time permitted. “But there are probably another 50 who are not willing to testify, including probably what would have been one of our best witnesses, because he’s been threatened with the loss of his job and his children being thrown out of their private school,” he added. 

Regarding the lawsuits, Jenna Ellis from the Trump campaign legal team said that there are pending lawsuits in Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court had granted an expedited review. In addition, there is pending litigation in Nevada and Michigan, plus recounts in Georgia and Wisconsin. She said the Constitution requires the election to be conducted properly. “So although there has been delegated authority to your secretary of state and in according to your law at any time, you [the state legislature] can take back that power.”

Ellis said “that is the provision and the protection that is embedded in the Constitution to make sure that when there are instances of corruption in a state that the state legislature, which is the representatives of we the people, all of these wonderful people who are here in Pennsylvania and all of your constituencies who voted and who want their voice to be heard. Because we are a government of the people, by the people, for the people, we the people need to submit, need to submit our vote.”

A Case that Goes Beyond the General Election

Ellis said these lawsuits are about more than election results. “This isn’t just about overturning an election. It’s not about deriving the outcome. That’s what the fraudsters want to do,” she said. “What we want to make sure of is that we the people get to select and prefer our Commander in Chief, and you have the obligation and the responsibility to ensure for the people of Pennsylvania that that occurs.”

Representative Daryl Metcalfe is the former state government committee chair that had oversight for the election law. He said very often when people talk about fraud, they are discussing things that happened to other people. “But that’s not what we’re talking about. We’re talking about fraudulent activities as far as a fraudulent election, because they’ve not abided by the laws that have been passed by we the people through our elected legislature, as the U.S. Constitution, as our State Constitution, as our laws provide for to facilitate our elections,” he said. 

Senator Mastriano, quoting Jesus, said, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” He called on the news media to report on all of this.

He noted the significance of the hearing location, Gettysburg in Adams Country, a place named after one of the United States' founders, John Adams. And the 1863 battle at Gettysburg was a critical turning point in American history. “History is changing for our country and state back at Gettysburg once again,” he remarked. 

“We could send, 50 years ago, men to the moon, but we can’t have a safe, secure election in Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. What’s going on here? It’s got to be by design because we have the technology... There’s people in Pennsylvania, not interested in safe, secure elections, and we have to correct this,” Mastriano said. 

He continued, “We need to make sure that the real winner is sent forth from this presidential election.” He further emphasized that the system needs to be fixed so “this does not happen ever again.”

Mastriano stressed how serious the situation is. “I saw one man had a sign in Philadelphia and the irony wasn’t lost on me. Democracy dies in Philadelphia. Can you imagine the irony of that? You know where the light of liberty was lit in 1776, it transformed this world where in this very same state, a new birth of freedom,” he continued. “You know, Democracy can die in darkness, in dark rooms with no transparency and accountability. We’re shining light on this darkness here. We’re going to take our state back.”
